I had ordered a bottom wear approx 1 month ago which i returned at once bcoz of quality issue. I requested your customer care to refund my amount not to my bank a/c but my snapdeal account so that i could shop some other product.They promised to give a call within 48 hrs but no one called up.This happend 3, 4 times. I waited so long then i said to refund to my bank account again they promised but no one got back. Now its intolerable. I want my money back asap . Same thing happened with me. Its been a month now I am waiting for my refund which is still not done. Dont expect anything from these frauds. They are not going to refund our money. I have decided to take legal action against them I would suggest you dont waste your time in expecting your refund. Take some legal action against them.
