I ordered i7 4790k for worth Rs.19, 900 (latest price Rs.26, 000) on 9th jan 2016, the expected delivery was 14th to 18th but they auto cancelled my order because i bought the product in heavy discount, however they refund my money
but my issue is why they don't inform me before cancelling and the reason they give is about my location, they told me that the product is not available and product in this price is not available to your location, this is the very silly reason they provide me,
I ask them to provide me the new product if they don't have this one, but they don't want to provide me the product in this price they want I reorder so they charged me at latest price., This might be kind of fraudulent.
If a customer gets heavy discount luck by chance on any product then they auto cancelled the product and demanding more price by suggesting re-order the product .what kind of this service provided by a such big eCommerce site.
I kindly request snapdeal to provide me the product in this price, because they fraud me, "location is not available" is not a valid issue as well as item sold out is also not an issue, they might delya the delivery this is also not a problem, the problem is I want the product at rs 19, 900.
I am attaching all the snapshot with bill and sms form 9th jan to 17th jan
