[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not able to return the product | |||||
My issue in detail. 1. On 31st March I have placed the order. 2. On 1st April I cancelled the order also request[protected] is registered for the same. 3. Still Item shipped and delivered to me. At the time of accepting delivery I was not aware of the fact that I can deny the delivery and delivery boy told me to accept the delivery and raise the request for return so I accepted the delivery. 4. Then I called snapdeal customer care executive and asked him for the return . He raised the request[protected] for return and told me to wait for 48 hrs for the further instructions about return process. 5. On 6th April they sent me an email saying that my product can not be returned. 6. I haven't open the parcel delivered to me because I did not want it from the time when I cancelled the order. Please let me know is this my mistake that my order did not cancel on the time ? Or I was not having knowledge that I can deny the delivery as well.Also I am confused about the 7 days return policy. Hi,
I'm not able to click the 'Submit' button for RETURN/REPLACE of the product I received. The product delivered was damaged (Order Id : [protected]) and I want to place a request for returning the same. Whereas, I'm not able to click the submit button and thereby not able to place a request even after filling the required information like date, address and timing.

I have ordered LG 20 LTR MS2025DB Solo Microwave Oven Black...my order number: [protected]... I am not satisfied with the order recieved...the mode of payment is COD. I would like to return the product...i tried with the snapdeal app but its not getting processed...i have trust on snapdeal and ordered the product but due some product related issues i am returning the product and asking for refund. My refference number[protected]. Please do needful and make me more happier.
