Cancelation CANCLED MY ORDER Dear All, Sub:Cancelation of my order after purchasing online (payment done online ) I had purchased an LG microwave oven by watching an add in eenadu on Monday sale.I purchased the Product online by giving payment through sbi debit card and i got the conformation that your order has been placed successfully.I also got the confermation message that the goods had been packed and it will be dispatched with in 48 hours.After 10 days i got a mail and message that my order has been canceled with no reason mentioned and try to contact customer care i am surprised that there is no option of contacting them directly to customer care executive only IVR is responding my order and cancellation message ear mohana rao, You are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order [protected] have been cancelled. What the snapdeal is thinking that by canceling the order and saying sorry is the solution if there is no capacity to supply and keep the promise you people should not greatly advertise in paper that we are giving this discount and its relay fake one and heard this had bean done to other customers also.you people are not giving complete explanation on this site just giving the answer talked to the customer and what you had said and whats the customer opinion should be written .


Note :please don''t cheat the customer with false add and promises and cancel the orders with face reasons.
