Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered, no refund made | |||||
I ordered an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor order number: [protected] on 8th October'15, they said that it would be delivered by 18th Oct'15, when the same wasn't received I called in the customer care where they said it would be delivered shortly. I waited for some more time and out of patience i cancelled it but the Refund is yet to come. Its 6th Nov'15 today. Snapdeal has stoop to such a level that it has no value for the customers and their trust. Snapdeal must understand If someone pays money to you before getting the product it does not mean that now the money belongs to you, its the trust people showed in you and you are supposed to keep and strengthen it not break it with such a cheap service.
