[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Product return requested

I ordered a Xolo Era 4g phone on 4th march and product was delivered on 6th march. I checked the product and found there is network problem and front camera not working so on same day I put request for return of this product. But customer services of snapdeal are pathetic and after 20 days of my return request snapdeal has not taken any step for pickup of phone. Whenever I called up to customer care I git an assurance that issue will be resolved within 24-48 hrs but after 20 days I have not received any resolution from the company.

I have gone through the whole page of this site, it's height of the customer services and you are only writing we are working on the complaint but you have not provided or confirmed that your issue has been resolved. Snapdeal is not an ethical company and I will never shop anything from this company

After 5 days of communication, I have only update that we are looking for resolution and will get back to you. But no response and resolution provided. It's shows that snapdeal is not a liable and ethical company
