Snapdeal.com — Refund not done after return of item | |||||
W have purchased a sari from snapdeal.com (Order id: [protected]). But when we received the delivery, the quality was not as per picture produced during order. So we had initiated for return at the same day, a representative came at same day and collected the item. But refund is not been done yet. We had complaint on snapdeal.com website and customer telephone numbers but all have been assuring for 24 hours/one day. Its almost 4weeks since we returned but the refund is not been done. No delievery of product..Ordered product not traceble at courier end.
I have ordered with snapdeal for nokia mobile vide order no-[protected].. Courier is not traceable and snapdeal is showing lethargic attitude towards customer service.. Better buy from shops in market than these fancy website.Product ordered cancelled
