Snapdeal.com — Refund Not Returned

i have mentally upset and i wasting my telephone bill also. so i want loss-age amount.

I have purchased (order no: [protected] )the product on 21 September the product was not good that's why i asked refund. snapdeal takes the refund request. i got a mail from snapdeal your refund amount will return you with in 4 days after that i waited for 4 days but amount not returned. so i called to snapdeal customer care they said your amount returned, i said not yet received and customer care officer asked my bank statement to check refund status. i send the document to customer care mail. i called customer care after 4 days, they said some technical issues happen you can wait 48hrs. again i have waited 48hrs but my amount not returned. after two days i called to customer care again. they told me to refund is failed you can wait 48hrs. once again i called to snapdeal after 48hrs complete, i have contacted with snapdeal customer care supervisor. they finally said you can wait 24hrs maximum. but not yet received still now itself. so i have called today after 36hrs one of the customer care supervisor again said to wait max 24hrs. after this post i got call from snapdeal (25.10.2015). they asked another account number and also i get the mail from snapdeal your refund with in 3-4 days. but now itself not yet received refund amount. very very very very very very very very very very worst service & fraud in snapdeal don't buy the snapdeal product
