I ordered a Racold water geyser on 21st January. Order id- [protected] Suborder id- [protected] Item was not delivered and order was cancelled by seller. Snapdeal is claiming that refund has been done and ARN is 74678446047716075222262. My bank account is showing no refund. Where is my money? 29 days, no delivery and no refund till now?? PLEASE DON'T tell your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT details, OTP to any person claiming to be from the website you're complaining here.
The concerned website already has all the details. Online fraudesters are have special eye on refund/ online buyers etc.
You can avoid such fraudesters by simply NOT writing your mobile no. here.
