[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Reverse pick-up not done | |||||
Hi, I had ordered voltas air cooler on behalf of my household help. Within 3 days of receipt of product, i requested for reverse pick-up on 10th of may 2016 and it was scheduled for same day. My household help got a call on 10th saying that pickup can't be arranged on 10th, but will be done on 11th. Same thing happened on 11th also, and she was told that pickup will be done on 12th. On 12th, in my order history, it was updated that pickup failed due to non-availability of person. Already i have escalated the issue 3 times to snapdeal and every time i have got a standard response that pickup will be done within next 2 days. Snapdeal seems to be least bothered about it.
