I ordered Colourslowcashew Purple Brasso Saree against the order [protected].Thereafter Snapdeal confirmed my order and then cancelled it!How can it cancel any order without the consent of the consumer.Moreover it states the order was cancelled due to a technical glitch but this is a clear cut case of deficiency of service! I am a regular buyer at snapdeal!However today i purchased colourslowcashew purple brasso saree saree for my mother against the order [protected].I however got a confirmation that it has been placed (I have screenshots as an evidence) but it automatically got cancelled.How can you cancel the order without the consent of the consumer!You cite is as a 'technical glitch' but it is a 'clear cut case of deficiency in service' and snapdeal could be penalised for this by the state government! I request you to sincerely send me my order at the requirred adress or else i will be forced to file a complaint in the state consumer dispute redressal commision! Sir, i expect a reply asap!
