Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivery and with no response of reverse pickup | |||
Dear Sir, This is regarding the issue i am facing for last one month from Snapdeal. Order ID: [protected] done on 5th feb'16. wrong product delivered on 8th feb'16 Complain no[protected] For last one month i am being assured with reverse pickup and i have called them almost 10 times for same and now they are asking me to do manual courier of the wrong product. This has caused mental harrasment and wastage of my time. Please help me resolve this issue and i need proper compensation of same. The Snapdeal customer care person assured me refund of my amount in freecharge account but still money has not been credited in my account.
