Snapdeal.com — Wrong product shipped by seller | |||||
Hello, I had ordered a product on 22nd of Feb Order ID: [protected]. The order placed was of nearly 20K and today after the shipment was supposed to reach me by 2nd March it was delayed and I received it today. After Opening the Snapdeal plastic cover I checked the item that was shipped to me was an item which was priced at 15k to 16K because I read about the product before hand and I knew about the product before purchase as I had done a lot of research when buying home theatre system. I didn't even open the Cartoon cover. I would suggest please check the seller who you do business with because it was nearly 7 days it was saying awaiting courier pickup. Ultimately they shipped an underpriced product, and taking the full money. I am very disappointed, as my money is blocked for nearly 15 days already. Please send your person here ASAP for sure tomorrow at my place and refund my money in 2 days. Why should i block my funds because of your bad business strategy? Note: It was obvious the seller might not have stock because he was just sitting there and not shipping the item. If you check records then you will find I had already called regarding the same. It has already crossed 48 hours since I received the last call and as per discussion I had sent 5 pics to you already, I would like to know when will you refund the amount and take the product from my place?
Please provide a timeline for the same. It is since 22nd I have paid and blocked my fund.
