We had received an empty box without any product(Zebronics bluetooth speakers) on 25th april 2016, already requested for a return/replacement on 26th april but didn't get a response from snapdeal yet. We have just received a reference number[protected] on 26th april only but doesn't get any update from your end till now. Highly disappointed with the service, as we receive only an empty box with out the product which is not at all fair. Already provided the complete bank details but no response from your end. what do you mean by your internal checks and on what basis you have mentioned that the refund is not possible. We are paying money and you guys are sending the empty boxes without any product .If you want the complete details we will send to you but with out doing that how can you concluded that refund is not possible.
The worst service I have ever seen .
Firstly you delivered a differeent product other than what we ordered, we returned it back to you and then you send an empty box without the product which shows your service .Highly dispaointed with Snapdeal and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
