Snapdeal — Complaint not resolved till time | |||||
I had purchased a mobile intex aqua power hd via snapdeal.I ordered on 11.02.16 & received on 12.02.16 but the product received was not matching to ordered description & it hangs so much. I raised complaint on 13.02.16. On 17.02.16 i receive call from snapdeal. They tell me some instruction & i follow the instruction. But the problem not resolved. Again i mailed on 18.02.16 that my complaint not resolved. Than they told me that they will provide me service engineer. After that day i follow up regularly. I already told them that i am not available on 26.07.16 to 28.02.16. Then i received mail on 25.02.16 after 10:00pm that i will receive help today. & on 26.02.16 i received call from service engineer & i told him that i will available on 29.02.16 . I called service engineer on 29.02.16 to check my product but he told me he will come if his senior instruct him. Then i call snapdeal care they regularly promising me that you will get help soon or 6 hours/24 hour/ till evening. I follow up regularly. I regularly calling snapdeal but till time my problem not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
