Snapdeal — Does not refunding my payment

R/ Pehredar team, Recently i ordered a mobile (iberry auxus prime p8000) from SNAPDEAL, but instead of this, they sent me ''XIAOMI RED MI-2''. The product details on my parcel was correct according to my order, so i did the payment. But inside the parcel i got wrong product, and for that i complained snapdeal and they initiated a replacement. But in replacement again they sent me wrong product (color different from my order), so i canceled the deal before delivery and asked for refund. BUT STILL THERE IS NO REFUND FROM SNAPDEAL, THEY ARE STILL SAYING ''THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS''. PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.
