My order number is [protected] I orderd on snapdeal for samsung galaxy s6 gold platinium color, but i got white color so i returnedd it and returned successfully but still not got refund in my account, snapdeal took my product and money both, when i called on [protected] every time only listen ivr not option to talk with customer executive, i did mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com many time but no one reply got, so kindly i request to you help me to solve my problem. Then why are you not replying of my mail and not contact me, and my number is blocked by you on your IVR, no option to talk with your customer executive on your ivr menu.

Arrange call from you for me, i can't call you only listen IVR on your [protected], yesterday i was got call from you on 7 to 8 pm, but i was on drive in traffic so can't pickup call, so plz rearrange call from you
