[Resolved] Snapdeal — Ifb washing machine (Wrong product delivered) | |||||
Dear team, i have ordered washing machine of worth 29900 rupees(Order ID: [protected]), IFB 6.5 Kg Senorita Aqua SX 1000RPM Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine, but i received IFB 6.5 Kg TL 65RDW Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Ivory White of worth 17700.. so i cancelled the order and asked them to send the correct product, and if not possible means take back the wrong product and refund the amount. but the company not responding to calls and cant able to get any proper response from them. i am calling them to them for past six days, still now i didn't get any proper response from them. kindly log this complaint and help me to solve this problem. with Regards, Manavalan [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
