Sir मै रश्मि कुमारी मैंने snapdeal से Infocus mobile online ख़रीदा था मुझे मोबाइल 5 फरवरी 2016 को मिला था |मोबाइल ख़राब है चार्ज नही हो रहा हैंग हो रहा है मैंने इसकी तुरंत शिकायत snapdeal को की order no [protected] Request no 19085462 Sub order no [protected] शिकायत मैंने 7 फरवरी को की थी आज एक महीने से भी ज्यादा हो गया है कोई भी वापस लेने नही आया मैंने कम से कम 30 से 40 बार फ़ोन किया है मैंने हर बार फोन की रिकॉर्डिंग भी की है कोई भी नही आ रहा हैं snapdeal वाले रोज बोलते है आज आयेगे लेकिन कोई भी कार्यवाही नही होती आपसे निवेदन है उचित कार्यवाही कर मेरा मोबाइल वापस कराने की मदद करे रश्मि कुमारी Was this information helpful? | |||

My Name is Janak Singh Rathore from pali rajasthan and i have first time purchase produce on snapdeal. I have purchase Infocuse m350 5 March 2016 and product Deliver to me 7 march 2016 on 1:30 pm. I have Open product presence courier boy and check that product will be defective received.
Infocuse m 350 toch screen not Working and phone not on. I will compliant right Now on over Snapdeal site and call to customer care [protected] and compliant for this, than Customer care executive say to me, we will call to me sanpdeal team in 48 hour's. but i have no Receive any call for your company side than i will call again to customer care [protected] and compliant for this, after 60 hour's call to me your sanpdeal team and suggest to me that i will go to infouse service center and check the mobile and collect the job sheet and than mail to sanpdeal company than company will be replace your handset. Dear sir I will Ask to you Why is the customer online purchases.If you Agree with me so its answer is customer safe the your time. Dear Sir I have no Nearest any Service center in pali and over Nearest City is jodhpur and it's 80 km away for my city. So How can possible to i Will visit to Customer Care and Check the handset on Service center. Still no any call form company side regarding to this issue and i will again again call customer care on my hand. but no any person help to me. I will Trust your company and purchase the product because sanpdeal is reputed online company site. I have first time online purchases on your company site and give me vary very bad experience.

ये सभी लोग सिर्फ बातो में उलझाकर रखते है
बिना हाई कोर्ट के कुछ नही होने वाला
मै हाई कोर्ट में जाऊगी
केस करुगी और snapdeal पर बैन लगाने की मांग करुगी
मुझे जरुर न्याय मिलेगा
यह लोग इक महीने से मेरा मानसिक शोषण कर रहे है
रोज बोलते आप चिंता मत करो कल आएगा लेकिन कोई नही आया मैंने कुल 46 बार snapdeal को कॉल किया है सारी काल की रिकॉर्डिंग मेरे पास है जो कोर्ट में साक्ष्य के तौर पर पेश करुगी ये लोग मेरा कुल 46 बार कॉल के हिसाब से 1240 रुपये सिर्फ कॉल में खर्च हुआ है
ये सिर्फ बेवकूफ बनाते है
बहुत ही ख़राब सर्विस है snapdeal वालो की इंडिया को लूट रहे है
