Snapdeal — Meizu m2

I purchased Meizu M2 mobile from snap-deal on 27 March 2016.
and I got heating issue on this mobile beside that battery backup drain of this mobile just 2 hour from 100 %. It takes 3.5 hour to charged this mobile up to 100%. So Snapdeal having 7 days return policy, I registered my complaint there.
I am following up them from last 15 days continuously. But no one listening me.They are saying they will pick this mobile within 24 hour. why they are giving 7 days return policy
Please help me on this.

It has been more time but no one calling me
Friends you can see false promises of snapdeal. I talked over phone with 8-9 executive but no one listening me yet.if it would be amazon then i would not have regret.
Snapdeal send an engineer, he was like a sabji wala, does not have knowledge about phone, asking to me how we can do factory reset.He did not listen anything just written in his dicument everything is fine.What is going on?Snapdeal does not have money to arrange a good engineer?

I am not understanding what's going on. I guess Snapdeal having lack of decision making skill.It has been 19 days till today when I registered my complaint, But nothing is going on.

Snapdeal mislead myself, their customer executive told me about DOA letter from Miezu service center for return this mobile.But in reality Miezu does not give any DOA letter.Their engineer came without any tool to my home.
without verify my mobile he said mobile does not have any issue. How come?I want to know why they are saying 7 days return policy If we get any faulty product. When Snapdeal does not have power for refund then why showing off "7 Days easy return policy".

I went to Meizu Pharganj service center.
and thy accepted phone is having issue. and they release a RWR letter.
Now return my money now.
