Snapdeal — Mobile phone return not accepting

I have purchased mobile samsung galaxy j3 (8gb) from snapdeal

But we were not satisfied with the set with its quality and it looked like refurbished product and on 24 june we made a complaint for its return within 7 days of its arrival, the snap deal company's customer care representative said that we will send a person to check your mobile if any issue is there we will take return. The person visited the same day and checked the set, as it was for my parents and i was not at home he talked to me and said that yes problem is there and in 24 hours the courier person will come and collect the same and give you a receipt. I am taking the complaint and you will be informed, within 24 hrs no person came so i contacted customer care and came to know that they have mailed me that i have to go to samsung service center to get it repaired 'i have written mail ' and mentioned that there is minor issue with your phone, when i said that if there is issue then you must return it as you know it and you have sent your system engineer to check it also, now they are saying that the person has reported that the trouble shoot was successful and no problem was there.
This is not a fair customer practice, i had requested for a refund and that too your system engineer has checked it. Still i had written mails no reply and calling to customer care means nothing as they are saying go to service center yourself?? Please help and get me my refund.

After 1 week of holding and saying that they are unable to trace the system engineer now you are saying that you have contacted system engineer and he said the set was normal and working fine to you. If this was the case then why not the job sheet was provided to us at the time of visit and also why he told to us that it will be returned and in 24 hours the courier boy will come and accept it. Very bad and pathetic response from your side. Will never refer any one to you ever again.
