[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not taken any action from snapdeal. I want a new memory card | |||||
I have order a memory of sumsung evo 16 gb class 10 on 29 april 2016. I have recieved this by 5 may 2016. My order is [protected]. I have recieved a deafactive memory card because when i use this memory card in my phone first time. My phone is showing that it is blank and have error memory card then i switch off my phone again on my phone then it started working.. But after 12 hours when again i restart my phone is showing that it is blank and having error memory card. Then i click on it it do format. I don't format.. Again switch off and switch on my phone then the memory card is working.. So i think it is a fake memory card.. I want orginal product... Please do my solution as soon as possible... I am saying this complain second time because first time when i complain about this snapdeal care had called me asking my problem i say this problem. Then they ask my bank account no. To refund the money.. I don't the bank account no. Becoz i don't have.. I ask them refund my money in freecharge account.. But they said no.. Then i say i need new orginal sumsung evo memory card class 10.. Then they ok.. But after 3 hrs i am waiting snapdeal don't do anything i want know what is happening...
