Snapdeal — Order cancellation and dispatch

I ordered an unboxed mobile (order id :[protected]) but later on cancelled it before being dispatched and ordered another unboxed mobile (order id :[protected] ) . The first mobile inspite of cancellation still showing in transit and the later one is still not dispatched .The cancellation request showing in process and the order in transit, the one i actually wanted is still not being shipped .Please resolve the issue as early as possible . Snapdeal send me different product which i have not ordered and then i haven given complaint and they sai they will take return and pick item and give me refund but after 10-12 days they were not take back items i have mailed them many times
