    I purchased "F&D F550X 2.1 Computer Speakers - Black" from Snapdeal on 02 Nov 2015, the product received has not good sound quality and AUX cable not connecting properly to my laptop and mobiles. Also you need to raise volume of your laptop more than normal to make it audible. So i placed return order Request on the website, as i unsatisfied with product quality.       I bought TV (Sony Bravia ) at snapdeal as the I found offer was really good. However, they have takeout 3D Glasses though the TV is 3D. I checked with other sites and though they are selling this TV at a bit higher price however they have included 3D glasses and other accessories. I am feeling cheated

        I had bought an LED TV Order number [protected] during Electronic Sale on SnapDeal in the month of September 2015. According to the Sale, I was supposed to get 10% cashbach ie Rs.1500, Snapdeal Vouchers worth Rs.1000 and few other coupons of Foodpanda, OLA, Humgama etc. I did not receive any of the above. On registering complaint, each time they kept promising me of sending the cashback and vouchers, but even after 3 months of discussion with them, I did not receive anything.           I placed an order at Snapdeal for queen size bed ( order number [protected]) on Oct 15th, 2015. The same was delivered on Oct27th, 2015 in damaged condition. Since then, I have been requesting Snapdeal customer care for reverse pick up and return my money. I have already made more than 10 attempts to request customer care but no progress so far. Snapdeal has bunch of highly unprofessional reverse pick up team who don't even pickup the phone. I, as customer suffered a lot by numerous follow ups without any success. I want my money back. Forgot about interest and penalty, if they give my money that will be enough. Worst experience of lifetime with Snapdeal. Thanks Devendra

            Dear team,
            i have ordered washing machine of worth 29900 rupees(Order ID: [protected]),
            IFB 6.5 Kg Senorita Aqua SX 1000RPM Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine,
            but i received IFB 6.5 Kg TL 65RDW Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Ivory White of worth 17700..
            so i cancelled the order and asked them to send the correct product, and if not possible means take back the wrong product and refund the amount.
            but the company not responding to calls and cant able to get any proper response from them. i am calling them to them for past six days, still now i didn't get any proper response from them.
            kindly log this complaint and help me to solve this problem.

              I have made a transaction on 28-Oct-2015 via snapdeal and the transaction amount Rs 800 was debited from my account and the transaction failed. I have contacted snapdeal several times via email and i have given all the details including my bank statement was given. As per there policy amount is to be credited back within 7 days in a case if the transaction is failed.Till today the amount is not yet refunded

                Hi,
                I ordered 2 items on Nov 2, 2015, with order id:[protected]. and to be delivered on or before Nov 9, 2015. Till today(Nov 13), I have not received the order. I called customer care more than 10 times and everytime they assure I will receive product the same day. Online complaints have been logged and no response from Snapdeal. Please look into this issue.

                      Hi! I purchased products worth Rs 16077.00 on 28th of July 2015 while SBI debit 10% cash back offer was going on! Till 29th September I was supposed to receive cashback by snapdeal in my bank account according to its terms and conditions! I contacted Snapdeal customer executive neary about 12 times and also visited my SBI branch regarding the issue ! As per the Snapdeal executive I also had a concern with SBI customer care executive, but till today I haven't received the cashback! Very poor response and service from Snapdeal! Really disappointed! I hope my issue will be resolved very soon and Snapdeal helps me to get my 10% cashback! And Please don't ask me to contact SBI regarding this issue I have done it many times and SBI doesn't have any answer to this. ThankYou.                             I ordered an Mi 4i mobile from Snapdeal during mega-sale whose last date of delivery was 26th October but there was no sign of status update till end of October. Finally the product reached on 2nd November but it was a faulty device which do not detect SIM of any network.
                            In the busy schedule of festive season and due to complaining to either Mi service centre or Snapdeal, I missed the 7-day mark by just a night before filing for replacement. Firstly they disagreed to replace as per their 7-day return policy but soon they agreed if I could provide them a DOA letter/Job Sheet (as per their first mail) but MI store refused to give any DOA Letter but would only provide a Job Sheet. When i again reconfirmed if Job Sheet would serve the purpose, they declined for any help then and showed a completely rude behaviour.

D, i had already posted a few complaints about Snapdeal earlier, just one of them was hardly resolved, that too they didn't resolve, but they gave my own money back, wasting such a tome span. Suborder Id: [protected] They just kept playing mary go round for a month, assuring that they will replace, but finally, just gave my money back. okay this complaint is not about that, this is a new one.. as below - I had ordered "Sunflame Pride 2burner Glasstop 2 Manual ignition" Suborder Id: [protected]. place on 31st october, and it was supposed to be delivered on 7 to 11 estimated. But, they closed the order near to 7th, and placed the new order Suborder Id: [protected], ok fine there must have been some problem with the dealer... fine... this new placed order was supposed to be delivered on 16 to 20th nov.. but since 7th this new order has not yet been dispatched..!! not yet shipped.. no nothing... no updates, no track details that its here or there.! I called up the customer care, he said, the first order was closed due to the dealer inconvenience.. okay, but why again about this second order, and what about my inconvenience!? what about the customer?? Does this company work for Dealer's convenience??! why it isn't shipped, not even Dispatched... the Diwali period is now almost running out!! i had ordered this gas burner specially for diwali oriented cooking things at home.. and such a huge annoyance from Snapdeal. again.! 3rd class service regarding this order. now i want the order urgent and promt, or, refund me there and then without much ado, snapdeal better celebrate Diwali with the dealers, letting go of the fool customers. isn't it. Amazon.in does a better service than snapdeal.

                                    Recently i bought a mobile from Snapdeal by registering online as its not available in the open market.
                                    After getting it i came to know features mentioned in the site are mentioned much more advanced than the actual features.

                                    Its a basic China mobile which is promoted by Snapdeal.
                                    I am not intrested in china mobile so as i have approached Customercare to return the product.
                                    But Snapdeal has rejected to accept the return saying product can be returned only if it is a faulty product or damaged.

                                    No concern is resolved.
                                    Just a call reiterating that product will not be taken back even if i am not happy with the product.
                                    Its just a violation of the policy " Not happy with the product".

                                    Not happy doesn't mean not just the external look but also the performance of the product doesnt meet the expectation.

                                    Worst customer support by Snapdeal and i would rate ZERO.

                                        I purchased a sony powerbank 10000mah worth 645rs from snap deal in diwali offer. 16 oct the parcel reached in dat the sony powerbank was there bt it was duplicate made in china than also i didnt return dat itz ohk bt itz nt been a month also and the powerbank isnt working onky light flashes bt itz unable to charge, in the features there is written 3months replacement warrenty bt the snapdeal does not provide any consumer phone number to complain properly not the seller has mentioned his phone number in the invoice.I want my money back and these both to pay me back
