[Resolved] Snapdeal — Spark 3 flash sale confirmation email not yet received | |||||
Dear snapdeal members i had successfully placed the order for Spark 3 Through Flash sale on ehich was held on 19th may 2016 st 12 noon.I recieved the email saying "Dear Customer, Thank you for participating in the Flash Sale. We have received your order request. Due to overwhelming response to the flash sale, processing your order might take a little while. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your order very soon. Thank you for your patience. Regards, Snapdeal Team" BUT till now i.e 21 may 2016 i havent recieved any mail from snapdeal.Actually i was very much in need of the cell and this kind of service is causing me very much inconvinience and disappointment as well.At least please send the status or a an rmail so that if it is not booked i can buy some different mobile. Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible and try that we dont loose faith in snapdeal.. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
