I had deposited my mobile as sony xperia z1 on 4/oct/16. They told the estimate to me of Rs 12000 on 12/oct/16. Then i rejected the estimate. N asked for my mobile return. But they are not giving my mobile. I have made calls to them lots of time. But they always reply that mobile has not came yet by courier from head office. Even they had charged Rs 120 for mobile carriage. I have tired. Is it worst company than govt company? Govt company still gives better services than sony. 15 days have passed. They said about courier. While courier can be reach within max 3 days.

    Hi team,

    I am writing this with a lot of frustration and dis satisfaction with sony. I am using sony product for the past 7 years and for being a loyal customer - i was forced to this level of frustration.

    I gave my sony bravia led tv in chennai sony service center virugambakkam in the month of may and i have not got the tv yet

    Initially i got a call from the customer service person saying that the display has to be replaced and it would cost 20000 and i gave a confirmation that they can proceed with the replacement of the led display, after which i haven't got any call or response from the customer service person.

    I called up them after 3 months since i missed their number and got a filthy response from them stating that they have not got the confirmation for replacing the product and the people in the reception has changed and due to which there was a gap, this was accepted from my side

    Later customer service people asked me to pay 2000 for the part replacement and i paid 2000 on the same day evening and they gave a commitment the product will be replaced in a week and after a week got a call from them saying that the received part is a defect part and they are ordering the product again and after a week got a response from them saying that the second ordered part is not available so they informed me that they will provide a new tv costing 63000 and this will be handed over in 5 to 7 business days.

    After the deadline the customer service people failed to update me on this, each and every time i had to call the customer service and ask for an update, now after me calling them they asked me time till saturday (22.10.2016) and when i called on saturday (22.10.2016) they asked for time till wednesday (26.10.2016) and even today there was no update from customer service people and i called them up and asked for update, later they said they need time till next wednesday (02.11.2016)

    Why is that a loyal customer of sony has to wait more than 5 months for the issue which customer service people has done.

    This has pushed me to a extreme level of frustration and where in i have got a mindset not to get any sony products and not to recommend any one in future for sony customer service because of the poor customer service.

    If this issue is not been resolved and if am not getting the part on monday this will be dealt legally where in will take this up very seriously

    In addition the customer service people were so rude and the service where i received one of the ir-responsible answer.

    I am writing this to you just to ensure i get justice as i was cheated here.

    Please make sure that this doesn't happen to any customers in future, keep in mind that not even one customer will wait for 5 months for a product and wont be tolerating all these kind of answers and they will make a big noise, but i have been so patient all these days and finally got a frustrating response from the customer service.

    I would be expecting any senior leads or nodal officers to call me regarding this issue.

    I got a call from sony india and they said they will give me the best resolution and post which i haven't got any call for this issue. i wanted to know whether this issue will get resolved or not,

    i am forced to a situation not to purchase any SONY product and highly not to recommend any of the customers to purchase SONY product because of the very poor customer service and even the issue been notified to high end there is no resolution for this issue, this is highly frustrating and couldnt tolerate the service provided.

    if there is any one who can help me out with the best resolution for this, else this will be dealt very seriously

    sorry if am so harsh and arrogant.

      I have purchase Sony TV on 28 March 2015 and after just 1.6 year old .Now i have suffer this problem. I have chacked my TV by service engineer of sony. He had told and the sony custemer service centre also has been told that the screen must be change by own risk around 9000 rs spent.

      I want to say this should not be occure such as a very short time period...only 1.6 year. So it will be the defoulter peace...of sony...that may be possible...so please refer this ownes again and reply...Waiting your pissitive revert...

        Dear Sony team,
        Product purchased from one of your showroom at Arjay Retail-Sony Center Indiranagar on 13th December 2014.
        Product : KLV-40R482B ( SONY BRAVIA )
        This is to inform you that I brought this product from one of your outlet in the trust of the product thinking the Sony will be the best product but after purchasing it I completely disagree with it because I gone through so much of pain and harassment from customer care team and with your authorized service center ( Vigneshwar service ).
        Below is the pain and harassment with details:
        • I have ordered KLV-40R482B ( SONY BRAVIA ) On 13th December 2014 in your outlet Arjay Retail-Sony Center with full cash bill number : C14/6424 and the product delivered to my place on 14th of December 2014. When I brought this product nobody informed me about warranty extension ( First Mistake).

        • On 13th of August 2016 the TV automatically got switched off and I have logged the compliant with your customer care team regarding this and they informed me that my system is out of warranty so the engineer visit will be done in chargeable basis and I accepted the same and your engineer visited on 16th of August 2016 and informed to replace the Motherboard with chargeable basis the job number: J61964109 and your engineer asked for the advance to replace the Motherboard so I paid him 2000/- INR on 16th of August 2016.

        • The order was placed on 16th of August and the part delivered to your service centre on 20th of August which I got to know from your customer care team and when I called your service centre they informed me the Motherboard is not yet reached and it will be reached on 22nd of August and finally I got a call from your service centre for the replacement of Motherboard and engineer came and fixed the Motherboard and the TV was up in Running condition for which I paid 6485/- INR with the Job Number : J61964109 and at the time of inspection I found the vertical lines in the LCD screen and informed the engineer on the same, And your engineer informed me that even the LCD screen is damaged but I informed him that no this was not there previously this lines are coming after the replacement of Motherboard.

        • And your engineer called the service centre and informed the same to them and they asked me to bring the TV to the service centre and I took the TV to your service centre on 24th of August.

        • After one month they gave my TV back saying your screen has been replaced and I have to pay 575/- INR for transportation. So I paid 575/- INR on 17th of September with the JOB Number : J62254633.

        • After taking back my TV to my home and fixed and found the complete screen is coming in negative image attached is the image for your reference and again I called your customer care team and informed about this and they asked me to contact the service centre and I called the service centre again and they told we will send the engineer to check on 17th of September.

        • And your engineer came on 24th September after one week and checked the TV and informed there is loss connection in the convertor confirm is this was not check when you kept my TV one month in your service centre before giving the delivery to me. And your engineer tighten the convertor and went back.

        • After one hour the same problem occurred and again I informed the same to your service centre and they told me to bring the TV to your service centre on 24th of September.

        • I took the TV to your service centre on 26th September and they informed me that they will check and confirm the issue after two week again I got a call from your service centre and told me the issue is with the convertor and we have replaced it you can take back the TV on 8th of September.

        • And this time I was confident that my TV will work fine but after bringing back my TV to my home on 8th of September I find the same problem occurred and I will was completely disappointed with your service and the brand.

        • And again I have called the service centre people and informed the same and again the engineer came and checked and again he informed there is the problem but we are unable to identify now let me know what is the solution for this.
        Kindly confirm is this is the service you people provide to all the customer who purchase SONY product on the trust of the Brand when there is so many problem with one customer we need to re-think about the other customers who brought the other products from you.
        I am completely dissatisfied with your Brand and service provided to me I will for sure not purchase any of SONY brand anymore. Now let me know what is the solution for this case.
        I don’t want again any engineer coming and checking my TV or I don’t want to keep my TV at my home.
        My finally decision is please refund my money back for which I paid to Purchase this useless TV

          22-oct-2016. they told me give the offer

          2 sony dvd bdps1500

          3 sony gift hard disk

          4 sony gift cp-v10a (power bank 10000m ah)

          Then i have paid the amount through to online. after they suddenly they did not give the offer for me and cancel my order.

          Its ok

          But still i have not receive the payment.

              1. Date of purchase of music system rt3 - 11 sept from bajaj electronics hyd madinaguda.
              2. System installed by sony tech at my place as of 20th sept, delayed by a week.
              3. Woofer display doesnt work starting 25th sept. Reported an issue immediately.
              5. Woofer picked up for service (Pranank service) as of 5 oct.

                In our sony bravia led screen moskito and dust goes inside the led screen after two time service in six to eight months. And we send it two time in service station also, but there is no permanent solution for your side, now a day sony bravia led is also in service station since 4 days, because of that we are facing problem. So do needful and solve it as soon as possible.

                Last day we received BRAVIA LED TV that day there is no issue but next day same issue is occured.moskito are in BRAVIA LED TV Display, now we are facing same issue after servicing.so do needful.

                  Whether is worth invested a brand name sony? No after sale service? Sony is supposed to be one of the top leading brand in india but is it really maintaining its name? What is the meaning of 48 hours in the dictionary in sony?
                  I am trying to register my complain in sony helpline number for past 1 month. But their queries before registering a complain dosent get over. Be in front of television ; check your switch board ; see the setting. Just tell me if my television is not openiopening how could one check. After a struggle of 3 weeks finally my complain was register on 17th october; 2016. But only i have overcome only one huddle ; now the engineer is so busy that from last 1 week he is not having time to call me. Everyday and every time the sony helpline center is telling within 24 hours there will be a call from the engineer and i have put your complain in an urgent basis. But no call had came till yet.
                  I just want to know whether i ll get an after sale service or not? Or my money is wasted in investing a high brand like the sony?

                    Why bangaluru is deprived from audition of Indian idol reality show 7 /2016 . bangaluru is one of the bigest metropolitan city of india.
                    So many talents are waiting for participating in this reality show.
                    But till today audition date not yet declared for bangaluru.
                    My question is ... Why you are ignoring Karnataka . is it motivated. Ans & take action accordingly

                      Following is the message I received from your end on the 3rd of Oct at 1:45pm, after I rung up and requested for someone to check my television:
                      Dear Customer your Service Request ID 34938264 is assigned to New Sai Electronics ; Pune ; Phone No:[protected]

                      I was told by you'll that I would receive a call from the service Center in 2 days.. but I received a call the very same day and was told that a technician would come to my place the next day in the morning.. I was extremely impressed with this.. but guess what.. no one turned up.. after I called and followed up, they said he would come post 2pm.. waited till 7pm and no one arrived yet.. The same thing happened again and again.. finally after some days (not sure how many but I think 5 or 6) finally a technician came.. he said one part has got spoilt and they need to replace that etc etc etc.. we said alright.. he said he would go back and that the store would call me and get back to me on the timelines in 2 days or so..

                      It's the 24th of October today and I have still not received a call from them.. I only have to repeatedly call the Sony callcenter as well as the service centre and literally fight.. but still of no use.. I just kept getting repeated commitments like - it will be done today for sure.. it will be done tomorrow for sure.. we are sending a reminder set email.. it will be done..

                      After a point I also literally cried saying I don't want my tv fixed, just return my part.. I will figure things out on my own.. but they insisted the part was fixed and the technician will come to my place..

                      I also mentioned that I will mention this on social media and file a police complaint against them that they have vanished with a tv part of mine.. but it seems it makes no difference as today I stand in the same place.. I guess I have to take some action now..

                      You'll have caused me too much inconvenience and I have no expectations any more from this team.

                      So a technician came home to replace the part and the tv is still not fixed. I have no problem with that as they had anyways initially said that they cannot guarantee this.. so no issues.. but now I am amazed at their prompt follow ups in order for us to buy a new television from them.. that's not happening.. at least not with New Sai Electronics for sure..

                        This is regarding a SONY television which was bought and had a faltered panel which had to be replaced already twice in one year and I had to pay 1026/- and 1035/- respectively as service charge. Now it has broken down for the third time in a week and they are again charging, then why did i have to pay last time?
                        I have bought a sony tv 44hrs ago and no one has came yet for installation . When I called the one who was supposed to install my tv he talked to me very rudely, and also he is not picking my phone . please reply to this problem

                          I am a permanent customer of Sony. I have 3 TVs, Sony Camera and a Home theater. I brought this home theater DAVTZ210 in the year 2011. My product stopped working after 5yrs. I live in Kharagpur. The service center is in Midnapore. When I went to Videoplaza Sony Authorized Service Center in Midnapore for service, they immediately returned my product without checking stating a reason of external part moisturized. My 1 day of work was cancelled due to journey from Kharagpur to Midnapore (14km). I just want to request you to take action against the service center as soon as possible for the inconvenience caused to me.

                            1. I Col Rahul Doegar had purchased a Sony Home Theatre system model number BDV- E4100 from EZone at Cosmos Mall, Siliguri for a sum of Rs 30090/- vide invoice number 93098798 dt 04 Sep 16.
                            2. The same was installed at my place at Malbazar within a week. However, on 30 Sep 16 (ie within two weeks of installation), the system stopped working. On submitting a complaint through the toll free number, a service centre rep reached my place on 04 Oct 16. On examination he found that the power sup system of the Blue ray disc player was faulty. He was convinced that the fault was not due to user neglect or spike in voltage sup as the system had been connected to the power supply through a digital voltage stabilizer purchased by me.
                            3. Since it had been barely a fortnight since I had purchased the system, I requested the company through their toll free helpline and email that the system be replaced with a new one. However, the same is being denied by the company saying that only the faulty power supply unit of the Blue Ray Disc player will be replaced and not the entire system. I had purchased the system of Sony due to the high brand value, quality and customer satisfaction associated with Sony. However this purchase has left me disillusioned with regard to the quality that Sony systems are known for. A system that develops a fault like this within a fortnight o[censored]se cannot be relied upon for its quality or reliability.
                            4. I am att herewith copies of invoice and warranty card for your perusal.
                            5. May I request you to replace the system or pay full refund against the purchase at the earliest. I am sanguine that my request will be obliged to.

                              I bought my My Sony TV 46"LED in 2011. In the last 6 months it is functioning abnormally. First the picture quality was an issue which was solved by Sony service centre. Now the speaker is torn. I had lodged 3 complaints in the past but no action is being taken. The captioned complaint is also unattended for several days. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND INFORM THAT IN FUTURE SHOULD I CHANGE MY BRAND.

                              I have a Sony LED TV (KLV-32R422A) & have registered a complain regarding repair of TV. Service engineer provided me a Job No[protected] which I checked on status to my utter surprise the Job No showing as wrong job No. Engineer has taken a advance of Rs 3000/- for change of mother board but till date nothing has been done.

                                We got some picture issue - so many lines are coming in our tv. So, we registered a request for service of my led tv on 20.10.2016 and the service request id is 35459343. As all my family members will go to office on week days i requested for a service on today 22.10.2016. I was told that the service engineer will normally come with in 2 days and a visit on saturday can be arranged.
                                Today i am waiting for the service engineer from morning and nobody turned up. Then i called the service centre by 3 pm and they told that the matter was communicated to the service engineer and he will call us with in 10 minutes. As we did not receive any call, i called the service centre again and they gave the mobile no. Of the service engineer. When he was contacted, he told that as he is very busy, he can't tell when he can come. When i asked can he make it today?, he told that is not sure.
                                When i again contacted the toll free number, and spoke to them for about 15 minutes, the person told he can arrange as early as possible.

                                When we bought this tv, i was told that the service is readily available and if you make a call, on the day itself service people will attend to it. But, i am waiting for 2 days and i was treated like i am begging for something from you.

                                The television was bought on 02.08.2015, and just completed one year and two months. I do not know how a sony product is giving trouble with in a span of one year as if it is waiting for completing the warrenty period.

                                Take note of the above and reply me immediately - how far i have to wait for servicing my tv? is sony service ia that much careless towards its customers? are you giving the services freely without, so that i have to wait endlessly?

                                  The worst customer services that I have ever experienced. I bought Sony Bravia in 2014 and now in 2016 due to some reason there is an issue with the display of that company. When I approached their customers complaint centre they just bluntly said that you will have to bare the cost of rs 23 grands and we can do nothing about it. In other way what they are saying is we just dont give a F to our customers once the period of warranty expires. I have a Philips LCD which I am using for 8 years without any sort of major problems.

                                    I bought sony 55w800d led tv yesterday 16 hrs. & Put up installation request at the time from amit sales bilaspur . But till the time there are no tech. Comes to install it. What is yours service in bilaspur. Yesterday one time and today 4 times I call to service center bilaspur. Wrost service here. What should I do can I return my product or anybody comes to install it.

                                      I purchased one sony 22" led tv on 14.06.14 from sound of music, 44, rafi ahmed kidwai road, kolkata - 700016 vide tax invoice no. som/01860/1415 dt. 14.06.14. recently some technical problem occurred. i contact your service center - technoplaza, binoy giri apartment, fartabad more, garia station road, kolkata -700084, west bengal.

                                      But they could not entertained or nor received my complain. so, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible

                                      You provide a contact No. of another Sony Service Centre at Behala vide their phone No. - [protected]. We tried to contact with them in several time but they do not receive any call.

                                      So, kindly consider me under this circumstance and solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased sony xperia z3+ from online retailer amazon invoice no:ka-blr[protected] dated 29th march 2016 having imei=[protected]
                                        On 10th of october 2016, i noticed that the my xperia phone is not responding and touch screen not working.
                                        On 11th october 2016 when i visited you repair center teknoplaza, salt lake i found the center is closed at 12:00 noon
                                        On repeat visit on 12th oct, i was told
                                        A) my touchscreen is broken
                                        B) warranty void
                                        C) tentative cost of repair is about rs.16000, inspection charge rs115, service charge rs. 575
                                        On 13 october, i was told the cost of repair will be rs. 13124.74 plus inspection and service charges
                                        I was highly disappointed looking at list of charges which includes all possible charges under roof including inspecting charge, service charge, display assembly, speaker, loudspeaker, relay module, adhesive charges for under warranty top end hand set.
                                        I asked the center to return the phone immediately as i am in no mood to accept this. There comes the surprise!
                                        I was told that they can only return my unrepaired phone on 17th oct 2016 after 5 working days and 120 hours as it is their normal practice.

                                        We customer spend on the brand name... If brand name is a false concept then why we shall spend on brand name?. The same facilities are available in cheaper non-branded item.
                                        Please give me justice.
