Hi, i purchased sony bravo's 43 w 800d from reliance digital, banjara hills, hyderabad on 28th october, 2016. I purchased this model over panasonic due to its voice search function.

But voice search feature is not working in the remote provided along with tv. After searching on internet, i came to know that a different remote is being sold by sony for this purpose,, which costs rs 2000 odd amount.

Why can't sony provide the correct remote for its tvs? This is just outright cheating it's customers.

Now both reliance digital and sony have washed their hands off this issue, saying that i have to purchase this remote separately. (This was not mentioned at the time of purchase).

Just don't trust sony anymore for its products and features.

    My sony led tv 32" got unserviceable on 18th of october. I lodged the coplaint same day. Service personnel visited on 21st of october could not rectify the problem and took away the pcb to the service centre. Two days later i was informed that the board has to be replaced. I requested them what ever is to be done please do it at the earliest. Three days later a person came to collect the advance amount for placing the order for the board, that was on 25th october. Till date board has not reached the service centre from the sony company.
    So, one can imagine the inconvenience faced by the family without tv for more than 15days and still the status is same.
    This is the quality of service customers are getting from sony. I have decided not to go for any sony products in future owing to the pathatic service of sony.

      मैंने सोनी कम्पनी का Home theater 5.1 ht Rt3 दिनांक[protected] को पटना के आदित्य शोरूम से खरीदा परन्तु आज तक इसका Instaalction नही किया गया मैंने दिनांक[protected]. को सोनी कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने रिक्वेस्ट दर्ज किया(Request No[protected] और 48 घंटों में Instaalction करा देने की बात कही। परन्तु आज दिनांक[protected] भी बीत गया लेकिन Instaalction नही हुआ। ईस बीच मेरी बात सोनी कस्टमर केयर से कई बार हुई और मैं बा बार उन्हें यह बताता रहा की 48घंटा बीते हुए काफी दिन हो गए परन्तु अभी तक instaalction नहीं हुआ. तो उनके तरफ से बार बार यही जवाब मिलता रहा. परेशानी के लिए माफी चाहूंगा आपकी समस्या का समाधान अगले दिन कर दिया जाएगा परन्तु आज तक नहीं किया गया। इस से तो यह बात बिल्कुल Clear. है ये सोनी कम्पनी एक Fraud कम्पनी है जो लोगों को गलत वायदे कर के अपना Product Sell करती है और उसी तरह इसकी कस्टमर केयर सेवा भी पूरी तरह गलत है जहां कस्टमर के साथ मीठी मीठी बात कर के उनका समय बर्बाद करती है और किसी भी तरह का समस्या का समाधान नहीं करती हैं।

      मैं यहां यह भी कहना चाहूंगा कि जब ये कम्पनी Installation and Demo देने में कस्टमर को इतना परेशान करती है तो ये जो एक साल की वारंटी देने की बात कहती है ये पूरी तरह झूठी एवं बेबुनियादी होगी।
      मेंरा 16000Rs Is Company Ka Product खरीद कर फंस गया।

        Purchaged sony xperia z3+last year september.after use of 3 months problems started. sent this set 4 times in sony care but they returned with old set nw after gap of six months.this set again got problem in 2days .again returned and now refused to pay money back.suggesting buy another handset by paying huge amount. already spent 44000.how can a huge brand like sony can cheat people .I think Sony company wants to make money by selling defective Chinese handsets.

          I am Rajeev Kaushal my phone no is [protected] I had purchase the Sony bra-via led TV since 21/07/2014 model no..klv32r412b Sr.no-3310626 invoice no..23325 .last week I had logged the service request in customer care he said engineer visit and resolve the issue after four day past engineer visit and said screen panel is not working concern team visit and change the screen panel free of cost and after five days service center guys visit our address I am on the TV screen on show the Sony log then set off service center check the system says OK and pick the led TV and submitted in service center. After five days service center technical team call me and said screen panel is change but its chargeable 10, 000. it's not good I am not satisfied from the Sony services and Sony products. please resolve my problem.
          Else I need to take legal action against the same and also go to media to highlight the issue and take my words seriously.

            I have purchased a home theater of sony on 27/10/2016.
            It is said according to company norms, the product will be installed within 48hours.
            But it has not been installed till date, excluding 2days of holiday, it's more than 72hours that it has not been installed.
            Pathetic service in the name of brand like sony.
            Please look into the matter.

              Greetings!!

              This looks so pathetic, even after continuous follow ups, continuous mails and calls there is no response from any of the customer service people, this looks so bad and no one has taken the responsibility to do a call to the customer and check whats the issue.

              This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, if the customer service is not able to assist customers, whats the use in having a customer service to solve issues

              I definitely need to speak to any of the higher level persons with regards to this issue, if i am not getting any response for this issue today EOD i will definitely take this to the higher level and escalate this case.

                  I have purchased a led tv set 5-6 days ago from pune and facing a problem regarding its installation.
                  The people from New Sai Service Pune are said earlier that the installation will be done within next 48 hours, they said it will be done by Saturday. Today its monday...!
                  I called them in morning and they said it will be done by our service centre at Baramati and gave me another contact no.
                  I called that guy in Baramati he said i haven't received any mail from pune office yet...i will not come to install single tv set

                    This has refer to my complain id[protected] against 22" led tv on 21.10.2016. i would like to attention that after complain against your service center then they provided one technician from 'technoplaza, binoy giri apartment, fartabad more, garia station, kolkata - 700084, on 22.10.2016 at 4:30 pm. to my house. after his observation he told me, some parts have to change (approx cost rs. 5500/- to 6000/-). he also said to give him rs. 2000/- as advance and he promised to do the job within 2/3 days. after that he could not receive my phone nor no body contact to me from your service center. this is the actual fact and position of your service center.

                    Refer to above my Service Complain dt. 22.10.2016, you provide one Technician from Technoplaza, Binoy Giri Apartment, Fartabad More, Garia Station Road, Kolkata - 700084 to my house to observe my TV on 23.10.2016 at 4:30 pm. Your technician observe and told me that some parts have to be changed for line on screen and Rs. 5500 to Rs. 6000 to be needed for the Job and also he has received Rs. 2000 as advance and promised to do that job within 3 days. But after that no one contact with me nor your technician received my phone. If you are not response or do the above job within 01.11.2016 at 6:00 pm. Then I will not be interested at all to do the job and I will lodge complain against Sony India Pvt. Ltd.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have been using sony xperia z5 (e6683) gold. i have faced lot of issues with phone. following are the issues that i have faced:

                      1) mic: there is echo problem during a call.
                      2) ear speaker: doesn't work sometime.
                      3) volume: the speaker volume is low.
                      4) heating: the phone heats up very soon as compared to the same model.
                      5) camera : focus problems and blurry photos sometime.

                      note: the above mentioned problems have aroused after the repair was done by the registered sony service center

                      i have visited the nearest service center number of times, regarding the issue but couldn't be helped as the standby phone was not available.

                      After repair i sent below mail but i didnt get any response..

                      Dear sir

                      The executives at sony promised me 3 months of warranty extension after the recent repair. i need that warranty extension proof on paper, otherwise i wont accept the phone.

                      The warranty extenson was promised by mr. rishab, also, he has communicated me to replace the handset, if any problem arouses within next 3 months.

                      I need the above detail on paper.

                      Also, i have been misguided by executives at the service centre, ms harsheen maingi and mr sandeep, told me that the warranty extension is default and doesn't need any written confirmation.

                      If the written confirmation is not possible, please provide a new handset. please do the needful.

                      I dnt think after this phone i dnt think i will buy any product of sony
                      Its too much harassment for me
                      Am a working guy
                      I bought 45000 rs mobile but its better to buy a apple iphone
                      If there was a problem they will help us to in a week not like you..

E. On 29th october 2016. But till date the product was delivered in time. Today i. E. On 29th october 2016, i went to the show room and enquired about the delivery and he answered me that he has mistakenly placed order for model number kd-43x8300d instead of kd-49x8300d and has further assured that the product would be delivered and installed on 31st october 2016.

                          Hi All,

                          I have purchased Sony LED W562D TV on 2nd OCT and since the installation time, the logos of the APPS are not showing in the TV and it shows black patches on the screen.

                          The installation guy, asked me to raise a complaint with customer service and since then i ahve raised 2 service request and the first time a sony representative visited my place to check the TV was in 17th OCT.

                          The representative has not been able to fix the problem and from there on the customer service head Mr. Sreenivas has been fooling me with 7 days time period but nothing is being done on the Issue.

                          I have requested for CHANGING the TV Set and provide me with a new TV set, but nothing is being done on this regard and neither they are solving the existing problem.

                            The sales guys here are very rude and talk with no sense. They've given me a Sony Xperia x phone which has a flaw. Now they are not accepting the phone for replacement. They direct say that their work is to sell n collect cash. @Sony if you don't have a proper software development n testing method, please don't put customers in trouble. It seems like I've got a used phone from you're store. Customers now don't have any trust in you. For every thing I've to go to them n ask and they answer like a king. They have a huge attitude, if you place these kind of people in a shop, just remember no one ll step in your shop and you will soon be depleted. Take immediate action before I step for further action to be triggered.

                              Thank you for your response.

                              At least am bit convinced to see that there is a response finally from the customer relations.

                              I have been waiting for more than 5 months to get my TV and the customer service which was provided to me was very filthy.

                              Also wanted to keep you informed that why is Sony accepting such vendors/3rd party as service centers which are actually spoiling the name of the brand Sony, this is not my words these are the words which was highlighted by others customers to that service center.

                              I desperately need an explanation from the customer service people as to why this kind of service was provided and even the people in the reception was rude, the most irritating thing is the manager was even more rude when i asked for an explanation.

                              Customers are not that cheap to be treated in such a way even from the reception people.

                              We are forced to a level that we shouldn't get any Sony products in future as we are concerned a lot about the customer service provided and also about the way they treat their customers.

                              I expect a call from the customer relations or any Higher people regarding this issue, and i need a best resolution for this issue else would not mind to take this up further, sorry if am hard on my words, i am pushed to that high level of frustration.

                              I am actually lasing with others and the consumer products team to get the highest point of escalation in Sony to escalate this issue and get the resolution, meanwhile if you could assist me with this i wouldn't take this issue to that high level.

                                We bought a sony tv for this diwali from the recent exhibition conducted by vasanth & co at chennai trade centre but even after we paid 100% invoice value we did not receive the delivery of our tv. This has been a great disappointment and we as family are big followers of brand sony and we request you to help us to continue using sony.

                                      Very disappointed from the response I got from the Sony service centre Bhavnagar.I always trusted Sony for its electronic products but not after the response I got from the service centre of Bhavnagar.I wanted to buy a new Sony battery as I had issues with my old battery, but I was told that I won't get any warranty on buying a new Sony battery and I was not given any legitimate reason for it and also the there was a price fluctuation after visiting the store on the next day and when I asked them about the same the guy gave very illogical answers.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        Our sony bravia model no. Klv-40r452ain5 was repaired by authorized sony service center star electronics, b-3, c-block, community center, naraina vihar, near c block gurudwara, delhi, india on 06 oct, 2016 but only after 11 days (On 17th oct, 2016) due to same problem in the television the complaint wasagain raised to sony india customer care and the issue was escalated to the same sony authorized service center star electronics via job sheet no. J62652096.

                                        The star electronics, authorized sony service center is now asking from rs. 2, 500/- to repair the same problem which they have repaired earlier and for which we have paid at that time. This issue came back within 90 day of previous repair.

                                        I am going to file a suit in district forum against sony for looting money in the name of fake repair if my television is not repaired free of cost and delivered to me within 5 days.
