I've purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 mobile and it's backpanel accidentally broke and when I went to the service centre to get it fixed they've identified yellow tin effect on the screen which is a manufacturing defect. I wanted to haveyhave phone back urgent so didn't mind much about it and the screen gradually started blacking in a month please take action regarding the issue so the at they did the screen and also the mobile is very delicate not fit to be it's worth

I have had the worst shopping experience with Sony Center Colors Sales, Ghaziabad. The person sits as if he does a favour to us selling the products! He is a master at retrieving back sold products. Not happy with sony retail outlets services. Much over priced too.

    I have submitted my mobile on 29july... for repairing but till today 20septembr i didn't received my mobile,,... they always give excuse dat dey don't received parts always... its more than 50 days... if they don't have parts kindly replace my set as why we have to face the problem

    I have also complain to sony for this but no response,...

    I submitted my handset(Xperia Z3+) on 24th Aug 2016 with job id W[protected] but still today they are saying spare parts not available(almost 23 days). i am unsatisfied with this type of delay service from Sony.your delay thought me while purchasing sony we need to purchase a spare device. kindly get it rectified ASAP.

      With reference to job no. w[protected], and service request no.: 1-[protected] dated.
      I had submitted my mobile for repair at onus service center patna on 28 july.
      Still my mobile is under repair. despite many assurance from their side, they have not repaired till now. every friday since 12 august, i have been calling to service center but they replied same that it will be repaired next week. this is frustrating now. today when i went to service center, they told that it is closed today. already it is more than one and half month and still i do not know when it will be delivered. please help in this regard.

        1. I had purchased a Sony Xperia M5 dual Sim Mobile handset Model E5663 recently and this handset Is known to be water resistant as far as company claim says for 1 meter and 30 minutes.
        2. Recently there was some problem with the handset for which I had visited the service centre and the handset being in warranty the service centre repaired my handset and later informed me that there was some problem with the motherboard which has been changed, until and unless now there were no issues on part of working but some problem persisted with the touch panel, which was said to be mended after the repair process.
        3. Within 2 days after taking the delivery the handset again had some issues with the touch panel, for which I again visited the service centre after sometime, now here after checking the handset I was informed by the service representative that the back panel of the handset was slightly open due to which the handset had ingress of water and he straight forward started laying the blame of such an issue on me, claiming that I was responsible for the damage caused to the handset. He informed me that the handset has wear and tear issues which was done by me with intention to damage the handset due to which the warranty is null and void.
        4. Here I would like to inform you that there was no such thing or damage as claimed by the service representative, on the handset and the opening of back panel for which the ingress of water was being claimed was not even visible with the naked eye, and even if there was such an opening it is fault of asc representative that he left such sensitive point open at the time of service.
        5. After being traumatized by the concerned people I put forward the issue on email towards the representatives of the company, later for which I received a phone call, where I was informed that the ingress of water was from the lower end of the handset that is the usb port, now here to according to the terms and conditions of the company, if at any point of time accidently if the handset gets in contact with water the customer needs to make sure that the handset is not in any situation connected to the charging point, and the handset should be shaken properly and made sure that the port has been dried off, before charging again.
        6. These stories are only being built up to not provide with the warranty claim, and all such claims on part of company is just a cooked up story which changes every time, I have made sure that all situations and conditions are met properly on my part as per company norms still the company is refusing to provide me with claim and proper response to my query, I would like to get the right and justice delivered on my part or else I would have to take such issue further until I get justice.
        i want either a refund and compensation of mental trauma that i have been through for the past 1.5 months or a valid replacement with apology

          I've brought sony klv- w75d 49inch tv on july 1 2016...recently on august ending ive got problem regarding my tv panel..Its showing red light blinking 6 times...i've contacted sony they sent an engineer to check my tv and he said that it need replacement of panel...So its been like 25 days still we didn't get the replacement of panel...very poor service by sony...don't by sony products they are waste of money

            I got an issue with my television for which I registered a complaint on toll free number as on 12/9\2016, I'd being 34512034 and my complaint was immediately assigned to my respective city's service centre STAR SERVICE CENTRE IN RAIPUR. Not being attended by any technician within 48 hours as told I gave a follow up call in raipur service centre and came to know that my complaint has been cancelled WITHOUT BRINGING IT TO MY KNOWLEDGE. I reregisterd my complaint on 14/9 and was affirmed that will be attended in a day's time. after taking regular follow ups 2-3 calls per day my complaint still remains open and unresolved. And to my surprise when I gave a call today I heard directly from the technician of STAR SERVICE CENTRE and he BLUNTLY answered me back again that I won't come today my office hours is over( although it was not so) and will visit you after 2 days. This kind of attitude and service is depleting the goodwill of SONY. I request the person concern to take this issue seriously and act accordingly against the technician.I hope to get my issue solved as soon as possible.

              I have compliant 4-9-16. My TV audio not work . My compliant no.registered with us vide ID 34355479. Now one week ago one techniques come and say I have taken part next day but till date they are not come and I call then they are say me if your argent . Then take the TV in service center . I have Sony many call in customer care but they are not follow my compliant. Then I have say I talk to you senior about my compliant. But they are not have time to talk me

                I am very much dissatisfied with your service I submitted my phone at your service center located at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 4th of Sep 2016 its under warranty and due to some reasons its not turning on Date of purchase 14.08.2016 .I visited there again and again but no positive response .They told me that your phone is not turning on because of water and there will be a charge for repairing around Rs 14000, Frankly speaking I already spent Rs28000 for this phone and with no reason I have to spent Rs 14000 more I asked the service center guy to give me in written or show me the report where it says it is not working due to water according to my knowledge its not working because of moisture but they denied to show me the report hence I know that they want more money from me but its better I will throw this phone in dustbin and never recommend any one to get sony products if its your after sale service. I have all the legal documents which can prove that my sony xperia xa ultra is still under warranty. By your service you can prove that this is India and this only happens in India If this is the service you provide to your customers then best of luck for your future.                   Can the company let me know what would be the cost of replacing the led panel for Sony Bravia KDL EX520 40 LED TV. and where i can procure the panel. We dont trust the service centres as it is not run by the company itself. EArlier the company used to run the service centre and the trust factor was great.

                  My TV was working fine but suddenly last year it started to show pink and green colour. I called the service centre and they told that the panel has to be replaced. But fortunately after the visit, it started functioning normally till now. Now again we see horizontal green lines and pink color. not able to view the same.

                    Hi I have purchased Sony bravia smart led tv last year with the Satyam electronics, pritampura delhi and since the first day the product is defectice and sometimes turn off itself, changing colour and sometimes neber turn on due to which earlier i have made complaint to them with in 2/ 3 months of purchasing the same and their person had come and taken the product to their lab infoming me there is problem in the mother board of the tv and returned back me after one week on much reuests on phone and assured me d same problem vil not arise in future now again the product is having the same problem and it is not working at the time of purchasing the product i have paid the full consideration approximately56000/ rupees but no use .how these people are cheating the money of innocent customer by selling the defective product and snatching the hard earned their money and they are defaming the name of sony and not only that if my problem is not soted out i vil not purchase any product from sony in future and never suggest anybody to purchase the product from them

                        We purchased a sony 42 inch TV about two years before.we handled it very nicely. With out any reason the pannel of tv set gone bad. All of sudden it stop workinganf what only we see on the screen is two bright line. SONY TV Service Center says this is common problem with sonyTV products.
                        repairing cost is more than half of the new set.
                        Do not buy Sony TV. This a watse product of Sony. However other producs like camera are good.

                          Registered complaint on 10th Sept.2016 Request no. 34480482 assign to authorized service center Teknika Electronics Dombivli (E) = [protected] /[protected] . Try to contact them 40 times but they neither receive call nor come back. Today is the 5th day but till our issue has not resolve nor attended. How co like SONY has appoint such unprofessional service centers. We are just stupid we purchase SONY product.

                            This is in reference with job no W[protected]. At the time when phone was submitted to you, phone was switched off and water damage identified by your service center expert. After two or three days I received a call from your end about to change motherboard and battery as damaged by water. The estimated amount for all repair was told 17000/=00Rs. which is refused by me. Received my phone four or five days after that conversation.
                            Now phone started working without any repair being done.
                            Kindly justify whats going on your service centers. I am also seeking for some good consultancy regarding consumer forum.

Phone from Sony in April 2016 and 2 months later his ear speaker getting damage and I submit my phone in service centre fortune hazaribagh in 23/7/2016 and yet my phone not give me back I'm contact in service centre he told me your phone is given back in 7/9/2016.                                 We have repaired the home theatre player on 29/08/16 at Sneha Ele. Sony Authorized service centre Amravati (M.S.) problem recognised centre port not working so change part no.[protected] nos. of IC CXD9788AR invoice no. J6/FY16-08/000440 Amount Rs. 1652.00. But problems continue now the service centre repairing estimated of Rs. 2250.00 for change the Motherboard. Now we totally confused for repair or not. If they firstly give the total cost of repairing we decided for repair or not.

                                  I had purchase a sony bravia Led TV EX520 40 and now I am facing a problem with the panel. It is showning vertical green line and the picture is hazy. I called the authroised service centre for detecting the problem. But they are charging exobitant price almost the cost of TV for replacement of panel. It looks like I can buy one more tv of different brand with the cost of repair.
                                  Sony being a branded TV good at its product. I am surpirsed to go through the review posted on net about this model. It seems every one who has brought this model has suffered within a span of two years.

                                  I there fore request sony India to look into the issue and help the people either recall the model and repair the default panel or give some alternative solution as reduction in the price of replacing the panel.

                                  Hope it fall into the right hands for an early response.

                                    I purchased a 32" Sony LED in JULY2016.­Now i am seeing a vertical bar of white ­line and distortions on the screen.I com­plained to the customer care and they ca­me to inspect the TV.They told that it w­as the display panel problem .                                       I had purchased a sony xperia m5 ds/gold mobile phone on 24th july 2016. After few days of purhasing the phone i started facing battery issue, my phone used to get discharged even after charging for hours. I handed over the phone to service center for looking into the matter but till date i have not yet received my phone back resiong that it is not repaired. I had buyed the phone looking after the reputation of the company but the service faciliyy seems to be poor.

                                        Service given by Aaradhya enterprises(Pune) was not good but it was worst. The behavior shown by Lady over there was quite surprising. She wasn't even listening my problem clearly and giving vague answers to my problem. She was talking harshly and rudely. I thought sony's customer service was best but now i don't think so. If the service people don't know how to do talk with customers and if they don't know the knowledge about technical things how we can trust you.I was so pissed off by such careless service. Please do look into this problem seriously.
