Dear sir
I have purchased sony xperia z5 8 months backfrom starting i have lot of issues with call attending time phone hanging, battery backup problem. After several visits to sony service centre problem not resolved. At last 24th october 2016, job number is w[protected] at
Madona, kollam kerala (Sony authorised service centre). At last they told me that the battery is replaced and the hanging problem is rectified. They kept my phone for aronund 20 days for repairing. That means they took more time for repairing of 12 month warranty peroid phone. But i get back the handset from service centre after repairing the complaint still persist. What can i do your customer support is very bad. I cant attend incoming calls. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

    Dear concern,
    I am one of your customer my phone no [protected] who bought M5 DUAL on Nov 3, 2016 of worth 25, 990/-. I just want to take your concern regarding inconvenience i am facing form your phone and customer care services since i bought the phone till the date.
    I bought the phone from one of your authorised shop named ELECTRO PACIFIC, which is situated at S.C.O 1024, Sector-22 B, CHANDIGARH. The contact number of the shop is[protected], [protected]. The problem i was facing in the phone was of auto shutdown and the device got started only when i put the phone on charging otherwise it kept switched off. I started having this problem from the very next day of purchasing the phone i.e Nov 6, 2016. First to resolve the issue, i contacted with my dealer and further he suggested me to visit your customer care office which is established in S.C.O-128-129, 1st Floor, Sec-34 A, Chandigarh[protected]. I followed the procedure and submitted the phone on Nov 7, 2016. This was the day from the real problem got started. They gave me the printed DOA which they took back from me and didn't return me. They asked me to wait for 15 days and promised me to satisfy with a sealed brand new phone. But this didn't happen, as they handed over a unpacked phone. The back cover of the phone was not properly fixed i.e the back cover was too loose to get attached with the phone body properly. When i questioned over the reason of it the customer care executive tried to make me calm by saying that they are returning me the phone in the same condition they have received it from the head office and get the problem solve from outside. I refused to take the phone in damaged condition and gave the phone back and asked them to make it done. they gave me DOA again, D[protected] on Nov 21, 2016. I got my phone back on Nov25, 2016 the phone was in unpacked situation again. I used the phone for an hour and i noticed the same problem again which means they haven't fix the back cover. For the 3rd time i returned the phone and gave me DOA again, D[protected]. This is very disappointment and disgusting thing for the brand like SONY.
    Furthermore, As i was a I-PHONE user and hence didn't know about any other phone or company. Just for a change and to experience new service and phone i switched to SONY. but i am very unsatisfy with the phone. I never experienced these type of things by APPLE.
    To sum up, i am in waiting to get the seal packed phone and hope to get it soon as i am a businessman and suffering with problem due to phone. And please do tell me what step has to be taken if i get un-sealed and problematic phone again!!!

      We bought a Sony TV last year but due to some personal reason we didn't use it till last month.from September we started using it so we need the stand to fit it on wall .so we contacted the shop dealer and he talked to the company customer care and agreed to give the stand even if the guarantee period is over.last day we went to buy the stand from the Sony shop .they denied our request and told since its not in the warranty period they can't give the stand.disgusting...this stand is free with the TV during installation and the knew we didn't buy the stand yet then why they don't want to give the stand...Sony's service is very poor...

        I bought it before 6 months and now while i connected it to my tv it shows no drives connected. I tried it on my laptop and it tells that you cannot access the files. I formatted it and again copied the files into it. Then also it says cannot open the file and some message appears. And a message appears while connecting the drive to my laptop that that there is a problem with this drive and do you want to fix it. Tried copying different types of files but no use. And now when i connect my drive the next time after formatting it says that access is denied and not able to access it and nothing shown in properties

          This is regards of Mr. Rushi Patil who has purchased handset xperia Z5 dual on 9th May 2016 from Reliance Digital Store.

          On 28th September 2016 due to some problem I had submitted my handset to M/s. Sri Sai Electronics service centre Vashi ( Job No: B1W[protected] & received delivery on 3rd October 2016 but my problem was not resolved so again I had submitted to same service centre & go Job no : W[protected] which they have given estimate of Rs. 27758.23/- which is not acceptable at all.

          When I had submitted my handset earlier that time there was no liquid damaged mentioned & now you people has declared liquid damaged.

          Litmus paper was not red on time of submission & you have mention RED, which is again wrong information has been enter on JOB sheet. I have audio proof of sony service engineer Mr.Mukesh he told that "the liquid indicator is white".

          I want my handset to be Repair in warranty as within 4 months of time it is gone Dead & your service centre giving wrong information to Sony.

          Consider this is last reminder as after this if I not get proper response so will approach to consumer Forum & make sure that my handset must get repaired under warranty.

          Light blinks on the TV, TV works for a while and shuts down by itself. Your technical came and told repair will be either Rs 5000 or part has to replaced which will cost Rs 12000. Just feeling very disappointed on my thought for considering Sony as a brand
          We bought your TV which had back to back issues, you offered a replacement TV which worked for a while and now has problems. Apparently there is a problem with your brand

            I have purchased this camera just 4-years back.
            I am fan of sony and have laptop and music system of sony.
            When i had given this product for servicing then at that time the part was not available in india.
            Service centre people has requested this part from singapore and told will get back to you.
            But i had got a call last week that part is unavailable.

            Sir, want to understand this product is just 4 year old and have cost more than rs. 20, 000/- and now there parts are unavailable.

            So, if such things are there then while buying a sony product we have to think twice before purchase.
            This camera is very nice in terms of quality and as gifted by my wife on my birthday so close to my heart.

            Sir/madam, please help me for the same.

              My Sony television purchased on the date of 31/08/2013, was in problem from last 4 months.I asked sony service provider for rectifying and they found that PANEL is defective.
              After that, up to now Didn't get any positive support from Sony dealer (Technoplaza - Barraackpore division) except odd behavior like sometimes they are telling, "this model is discontinued". sometimes "we will search if this panel available in stock in INDIA/SINGAPORE", Sometimes they offered for exchange.
              Now this has been delayed by more than 3 months and now they are asking for chargeable service visit once again.
              What should i do?we have contacted lots and that time their service and helpline personal wasted my time.and now they are asking for chargeable visit as this thing getting old?need to know why i will pay the service charge again?
              Expecting my television been rectified on ASAP basis.

                Dear sony team,

                I have purchased sony 32 inch led tv kdl 32ex550 on 12th/dec/2012 and paid around 32k. I am getting a display err right now on the screen. Since it was out of warranty, i called up sony authorized service center [madonna sales & service] near me and i went their to repair the tv.

                After one day, they said, display panel needs to be changed, which would cost around 14k. There was an issue two year (April 2014) back with similar complaint related to display and they said issue was related to board and need to be replaced since we don't have any other option to go we replaced it. That was charged around 9k for replacement and model number which they replaced was (A1869884a).

                Currently we are still having confusion what to do and we bought an led hoping that sony would be reputed company who will serve customer values and hopes. But this frequent complaints brings us down and please advise what to do next?

                I have lost the hope of sony brand, such a world wide best brand standing in market more than 6 decades, lost the trust of sony quality.

                Once i get a reply from your side only i will able to do else i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

                Good Day,
                I had Purchased a Sony 43" TV on 13-Oct-2015. On around 17-Nov-2016, I had Complained of Horizontal Lines appearing on my TV.
                With respect to this, SONY INDIA, registered my complain to Tecno Plaza, Garia, Kolkata. Service Engineers attended and found the problem of Horizontal Lines appearing on my television. They took the Television for Panel Change on 24-Nov-2016. They told me verbally it will take 10 Days. Now it is more than 20 DAYS, there are no response from Techno Plaza regarding my television.
                Whenever i am calling them, either their number is busy or the lady on other side is telling me that she will check in their system and tell me. Thats all.
                I Had tried to call the Toll free Number of Sony India - [protected]. But it is useless.
                Please tell me what to do now.
                This was not at all expected from a brand name called SONY. I think i made a terrible mistake in purchasing SONY TV. First of all the panel getting destroyed within almost 1 year, Secondly bad service from your authorized TECHNOPLAZA and thirdly SONY INDIA themself.
                Now can anyone tell me from SONY - "WHAT TO DO?"

                  Sony service centre, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, is refusing to return the damaged LCD screen after replacing it with a new screen. I paid Rs 21000. How do I know if they really replaced it? They could have some repair in the old LCD. I think this is a fraud. The LCD screen belongs to me and not Sony. The service centre person is saying that the screen has to go back to Sony office. I think this is a scam. They are repairing old LCD and selling it as new.

                    I've submitted my laptop(model-SVF152C1WW) on 22/11/16 . the problem is related to the motherboard, yesterday i received my laptop on 25/11/16. but when i checked the pendrive ports of my laptop they all are in rust. the service center in Ashok Bhawan, Nehru Place Pedestrian Subway, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110048 tricked me and install a second hand motherboard and kept the ordered part of my laptop . please give me suggestion now what can i do and also taken strict action against to the engineer who repaired my laptop.

                      I am writing today to complain of the extreamly poor service of sony which i am witnessing from the past few weeks. I am a very disappointed customer.
                      My sony lcd tv is not working and i have been calling to your service center almost every alternate day from the past few weeks requesting to send your engineer to get the tv check & repair but every time i dial to you service center i got nothing but a service request id numbers. Now i have got more service request id’s then phone numbers in my mobile please see the id’s 36286878/ 35641510/ 36501312/ 36286878 and yet not body cares to appear to my house to do the job. This much o[censored]nprofessional behaviour was not at all expected from a reputed company like sony. Now i wish i should’ve never had bought a sony tv.

                        Sony tv model sony led 81cm klv-32r402a purchased on 23/08/2013 suddenly screen is black out and white linings are shown contacted customer care and technician visit home and said lcd panel needs to replaced. Now they say parts is not available, is it true for only 3 year old tv parts is decommisioned?

                        So you are reqested to please arrange to change the said pannel board in free of cost. Every reputed company changed their defective product in free of cost.

                          I gave my sony (Xperia e4g) mobile handset to service at sony service center in erode on[protected]. At the time they told me that battery is the issue and told it will cost me 1250 and said handset will be ready to deliver within 1 week. After 1 week they said charger pin got damaged it will take another week and charged 100 extra. After another week they are saying mother board itself got damaged and charging 6000. If motherboard is damaged. I suspect they broke all my hanset parts and trying to replace and also charging me for that. If i refuse to pay the ask me to get my handset back by paying 150 service charge.

                            I am from alleppey, kerala. i brought a sony lcd tv, (model: sonklv40bx50) from qrs, alleppey in 17/03/2013, invoice no.[protected].
                            One day (last week) the tv suddenly stopped working. display was not working. informed the nearby sony authorised center and one person came for checking. after inspecting he told it would cost around rs.23000 as it's panel is affected.
                            Having brought a brand like sony, am very much depressed that it lasted only for 3 years & felt unworthy. more over i don't want to invest the above said amount over it.
                            Being a reputed brand i expect something to be done by the company.

                              Hi,
                              This is with regards to my sony experia cellphone which was purchased in december 2015. From the 1st day of purchase it has started giving me problem and finally it was given for servicing in july month.
                              Again in the month of november it suddenly stopped working and mobile was given for repair in service centre. Both time i got the same reply as "due to mechanical reason mobile stopped working".
                              I am surprised to know that after spending 29000 rs i need to give it for servicing twice in a year.
                              What's the point of spending so high amount if it needs to be repaired twice in a year.
                              I asked for replacement at sony mobile's customer care email id but they denied the request.
                              Can someone help me on this to resolve the issue as i am sure it will again create problem on 2-3 months. No one is ready to listen and give replacement.

                                  I was a great believer that Sony has the best quality in terms of LED TV & other electrical items and therefore I purchased SONY BRAVIA MODEL KLV-32W562D and SERIAL NO.4014798 on[protected], Purchase Invoice receipt No. CUD1-16 /[protected] FROM SATHYA AGENCIES PVT. LTD., CUDDALORE.

                                  The warranty card is not placed in the pack with the TV when the shop people opened it. When we enquired about card, they said that Sony company itself is not palced with the pack and told that we will get the card with in 3 days from the sony company. but after passing 6days we didnot receive it. Again we enquired from SATHYA AGENCIES PVT. LTD., CUDDALORE, it is said within 7 more days we will get the warranty card. I'm verymuch disappointed, this is the 1st time I've ever had an issue with a Sony product. Please help me toget the warranty card at the earliest.

                                  Otherwise we planned to return the product to the seller.

                                    I broke my mobile screen and so gave it for repair in the month of July, they said I would have to wait for at least 2 weeks to get the approval for repair and the approval took 2 and a half months, then they said they have send the phone for repair and it would take just 2 weeks for repair, another 1 and a half months passed and I still haven't received my phone, not even a call from the worst service centers in existence . Is this what I get for paying nearly 60k for a phone

                                      Sir, I buy my phone on date - 18/Dec/2015
                                      From the till date I repaired my phone approx 3-4 times and still I had problem in my phone.
                                      I went to Sony service center in ludhiana. Staff said that my phone is damage so I have to pay for the damages. It's a Little bit Crack on body part so he said we will change the touch so it cost approx 6500/-.
                                      But the main problem is it is naturally damaged because my phone protecter is till fine condition not even damaged.
                                      So why are you charging me a cost. And it's not a small Amount you are charging.
                                      I spent a 19000/- and I had my phone warranty till the 16/Dec/2016 approx 24-25 days.
                                      In a year my phone went to company many times.
                                      I hope I get a positive revert.

                                        While i am starting the tv it is being srarted flickering/blinking and after few minutes the tv screen has been changed into black screen.
                                        I have complained to cusromer care vide no.
                                        34770300 & 36115407 and the engineer of technoplaza (authorised vendor of sony) said the pannel is not functioning & it should be changed which cost is rs.15584.
                                        I think it is a manufactureing defect. we cannot expect a pannel board may be damaged within 5 years like a product of world famous tv company.
                                        So you are reqested to please arrange to change the said pannel board in free of cost. every reputed company changed their defective product in free of cost.

                                        Sony TV model Sony LED 81cm KLV-32R402A purchased on 23/08/2013 suddenly screen is black out and white linings are shown contacted customer care and technician visit home and said lcd panel needs to replaced. Now they say parts is not available, is it true for only 3 year old tv parts is decommisioned ?
