Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Sound Bar on 05.11.2016 and got delivery on 06.11.2016. As we are a working couple, so we are available only after 8.30 PM on all weekdays, so we requested installation after 8.30 PM and accordingly we were assured of the same.
Accordingly I got an SMS on 06.11.2016 from Sony intimating my Service ID as 36115726 and is assigned to Teknoplaza, Garia Station Road. A person called and inform that he will be coming for installation and never turned up and later on, the mobile he called from was found switched off. On 07.11.2016 received a call at around 12 Noon wherein the person wanted to come for installation, when nobody was there in the house. I called Teknoplaza and requested to send person after 8.30 PM and they agreed. On 07.11.2016 at around 9.30 PM, 2 youngstars came for installation and tried to do so. But the sound quality was not at all satisfactory. On complaining, he called up his senior who advised them to hold the installation. The person on phone told me that he himself will come to install and give Demo on 08.11.2016. I again requested him to make the time at around 8.30PM and he agreed.
Today I waited for the installation and nobody came to install and the item is still lying packed in the box.
In view to the above, I request the concerned person to take necessary steps and help me to get my Soundbar installed and enjoy the world of Music on my Sony set as I always had been a very big fan of Sony systems.
