Hello All,

I bought this LED TV on 3/05/2012, within one week of ownership the display panel was faulty and as they were not able to return it within 10 days, i received a new TV of the same model. Now i have the same problem again and recently got a quote from a dealer . I am a loyal fan of Sony as the reason to buy was for the quality and durability you offer, however i have been severely let down by the quality and the price of parts supposedly required for the repair.

The TV was purchased for 55750 INR and in 4 years i have to spend another 23000 INR for repairs, 78750 INR does not make sense for any 40inch TV, How can an LED display go bad ? give me a valid reason to buy a sony product again. Please advice and im waiting for a valid reply.

Still didn't replay from your side so you didn't take care of your customer???so we can move consumer court and social media ???i know u cant affect this problem but at least this message see the public, they will think&decide you r cheaters or not ?
I have purchased sony led tv 48'' one week back and till now it has not been installed. I have received the customer service id 35898050 on 31st october through sms service but no one has attended me till now. I have even complained about this matter on the sony toll free number but there is no response.
Kindly help me to get portable speakers for xz xperia... Yesterday I purchased it showroom infrom me that offer only on Diwali but I ur valuable customer previous I used xperia z5... I am using Sony Mobile from w810i to xz xperia kindly help me with this.. I am waiting for ur valuable reply

    I am shocked to experience such disgusting after-sale service by such reputed company. I purchased Sony Home Theatre (BDV E4100) on the eve of Deepawali (28 Oct 2016). Till date, i.e. Nov 6, 2016, I made several request and complaints, but still waiting for someone to give Demo and Installation.I don't know what to do? The company doesn't give any direct email or phone number to register complaint. I even send mail through their website. I even didn't get any acknowledgement for that.
    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    There are lines showing up on the display and spreading rapidly.In the last 3days it has almost covered half of my television screen. It is a new TV and all these kinds of problems cropping up is absolutely not acceptable. Please send an engineer through to check and sort the problem out as I do not want any unauthorised dealer to deal with my TV

      Pathetic level of customers service
      I lodged complaint on 31.10.2016 complaint number 35876175 but to utter surprise no one has even bothered in last seven days to take care or even call back to customer for the issue. I have a Sony bravos TV which has gone faulty and this arrogant company is least bothered for its customer. for this TV only I lodged earlier complaint on 07.10.2016 to which engineer first visited to check after two reminders. and asked first you pay the money at service centre then we will replace the part. now finally after lot of followup they got it replaced on 27.10.2016 refer job no j62711182 and the set was again dead on 30.10.2016. To which I again lodged the complaint.
      It is really shocking to see company from Japan in such pathetic state of affairs. I have other consumer durable as well of other companies but to utter surprise I did not have had a bad experience in after sales service as with Sony. this company is all set to die. don't go for Sony products they are hell and arrogant company

        I sukhendu shenai given my sony xperia m5 ds black model costing 35000 rs to sony service center zeal infotech panjim( jairam complex mala ) and my job no is w[protected] ticket id [protected] given on 21 sep 2016. After submitting 15 days i called service center they said it will take more 15 days to resolve problem after one month that is 24 oct 2016 i personally visited same place they said i will get sony xa ultra model f 3216. Even informed me mobile will come in 7 days . Till date no call from service center today i again visited and reception lady is saying it will take more days.

        What service you are giving.

        Pathetic service this word also not suit for you.

            My Sony Bravia ( KLV-24R402A - SN[protected] is restarting automatically since last 2 days ( its restarting every 2 mins ). When searched on internet for a solution found that it is a common issue with KLV model .
            This is no more in warranty.
            My point is
            1. IF THIS IS A COMMON DEFECT IN THESE MODELS Why should I pay for such defects ? ( this is not a common issue ).
            2. Why the company has not recalled on such common defects. ( Most of the people with this model reports this WEIRD issue ).
            3. I want a Free Repair, Company should not charge to repair it after warranty on common defects on these models.

              I already submit a complain no. Id:1407337 dated 05.10.2016, against the job no. J62470414, after this complain i pay to sony india rs. 9299/- as draft and rs. 2900/- cash on 21.10.2016 for replace my television. But still now sony india no response in this regard.

              I asked to service center several times but they told me there nothing known this matter. Pl. Take this matter seriously.

                Hi team,

                I purchased sony headphones (Model- MDR- ZX100) from Chandigarh on 9th May 2016. At the time of purchasing your dealer did not mentioned model number of headphones. on 3rd October one side of headphone stopped working. I went to your service centre loacted in patiala then they told me i had to deposit the headphones for replacement. But i denied for same at that time. Again on 28th of Octobet i went to sony service centre located in Patiala (Punjab) with the name of Sankalp Electronics. Service centre staff told me that sony handset model number is not mentioned there so that have to send mail to higher authorities for the replacement of headphones. They deposited headphones and provided me Job sheet. I called them on tuesday to know that statis then service centre staff Sachin spoke with me very rudely. And even i called service centre manager Manoj Aggarwal and he was also very rude on call. And he directly told me that its your fault. He told me that he have not reeived any approval for headphones replacement from head office. He told me that i can not understand the policies of sony because i don't have ant sales knowledge. He was very abusive on call. I called to sony customer care on wednesday and they take serive centre manager on conference call. Service centre managet was not aware that he is on conference call with sony customer care. He was thinking that i called him individually and he told me that apprpval has been rejeccted for replacement. He was very abusive on call. You can check the call recording. I called on customer care from [protected]. Here i want to know that i am not getting an proper assistance from your side. I am very harassed from your services. Even as per governmeny policy and sony policy that if any service centre is taking any product from customer for repair or replacement then service centre has to provide job sheet to customer. They gave me job sheet but job sheet no or job no was not mentioned there on that sheet. So your service centre breaks all laws. Now i will file against sony for this. Beacuse your service centre make me fool. I need immediate resolution for this.

                  I gave a display broken Xperia z2 mobile for service. While giving for service display is visible but touch is not working. All other functions are perfectly working. But Sony quote Rs30285 for servicing the mobile. Current cost of new mobile is around Rs. 31000. they gave me an offer of Rs 5000 for exchange old mobile with new one. From this it is clearly evidenced that their moto is not to service me but cheat me and sell the product. I gave the mobile in sony authorized dealer in Dindigul.

                    My job no is w[protected], it has been one month since i submitted my mobile phone at goa sony service center..every time i inquire about my mobile the only thing they say is that, the mobile is sent banglore service centre.. i tried to contact the toll free no but could conect i was it as soon as possible..i am having lot of difficulty. .cannot open facebook, or whatup, or even emails

                        The phone had problems from 3 mnths from its buying. its display is damaged and hangs a lot and now just in 1 yr its now not charging. switches on and off automatically.
                        Therefore i request you sir to plz help me and stop making products in china. china doesnt produce good quality phones which sony has and is decreasing ur goodwill.
                        Therefore start making products in japan itself.

                            Hi, i purchased sony bravo's 43 w 800d from reliance digital, banjara hills, hyderabad on 28th october, 2016. I purchased this model over panasonic due to its voice search function.

                            But voice search feature is not working in the remote provided along with tv. After searching on internet, i came to know that a different remote is being sold by sony for this purpose,, which costs rs 2000 odd amount.

                            Why can't sony provide the correct remote for its tvs? This is just outright cheating it's customers.

                            Now both reliance digital and sony have washed their hands off this issue, saying that i have to purchase this remote separately. (This was not mentioned at the time of purchase).

                            Just don't trust sony anymore for its products and features.

                              My sony led tv 32" got unserviceable on 18th of october. I lodged the coplaint same day. Service personnel visited on 21st of october could not rectify the problem and took away the pcb to the service centre. Two days later i was informed that the board has to be replaced. I requested them what ever is to be done please do it at the earliest. Three days later a person came to collect the advance amount for placing the order for the board, that was on 25th october. Till date board has not reached the service centre from the sony company.
                              So, one can imagine the inconvenience faced by the family without tv for more than 15days and still the status is same.
                              This is the quality of service customers are getting from sony. I have decided not to go for any sony products in future owing to the pathatic service of sony.

                                मैंने सोनी कम्पनी का Home theater 5.1 ht Rt3 दिनांक[protected] को पटना के आदित्य शोरूम से खरीदा परन्तु आज तक इसका Instaalction नही किया गया मैंने दिनांक[protected]. को सोनी कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने रिक्वेस्ट दर्ज किया(Request No[protected] और 48 घंटों में Instaalction करा देने की बात कही। परन्तु आज दिनांक[protected] भी बीत गया लेकिन Instaalction नही हुआ। ईस बीच मेरी बात सोनी कस्टमर केयर से कई बार हुई और मैं बा बार उन्हें यह बताता रहा की 48घंटा बीते हुए काफी दिन हो गए परन्तु अभी तक instaalction नहीं हुआ. तो उनके तरफ से बार बार यही जवाब मिलता रहा. परेशानी के लिए माफी चाहूंगा आपकी समस्या का समाधान अगले दिन कर दिया जाएगा परन्तु आज तक नहीं किया गया। इस से तो यह बात बिल्कुल Clear. है ये सोनी कम्पनी एक Fraud कम्पनी है जो लोगों को गलत वायदे कर के अपना Product Sell करती है और उसी तरह इसकी कस्टमर केयर सेवा भी पूरी तरह गलत है जहां कस्टमर के साथ मीठी मीठी बात कर के उनका समय बर्बाद करती है और किसी भी तरह का समस्या का समाधान नहीं करती हैं।

                                मैं यहां यह भी कहना चाहूंगा कि जब ये कम्पनी Installation and Demo देने में कस्टमर को इतना परेशान करती है तो ये जो एक साल की वारंटी देने की बात कहती है ये पूरी तरह झूठी एवं बेबुनियादी होगी।

                                    I am Rajeev Kaushal my phone no is [protected] I had purchase the Sony bra-via led TV since 21/07/2014 model no..klv32r412b Sr.no-3310626 invoice no..23325 .last week I had logged the service request in customer care he said engineer visit and resolve the issue after four day past engineer visit and said screen panel is not working concern team visit and change the screen panel free of cost and after five days service center guys visit our address I am on the TV screen on show the Sony log then set off service center check the system says OK and pick the led TV and submitted in service center. After five days service center technical team call me and said screen panel is change but its chargeable 10, 000. it's not good I am not satisfied from the Sony services and Sony products. please resolve my problem.
                                    Else I need to take legal action against the same and also go to media to highlight the issue and take my words seriously.

                                      I have purchased a home theater of sony on 27/10/2016.
                                      It is said according to company norms, the product will be installed within 48hours.
                                      But it has not been installed till date, excluding 2days of holiday, it's more than 72hours that it has not been installed.
                                      Pathetic service in the name of brand like sony.
                                      Please look into the matter.

                                        Greetings!!

                                        This looks so pathetic, even after continuous follow ups, continuous mails and calls there is no response from any of the customer service people, this looks so bad and no one has taken the responsibility to do a call to the customer and check whats the issue.

                                        This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, if the customer service is not able to assist customers, whats the use in having a customer service to solve issues

                                        I definitely need to speak to any of the higher level persons with regards to this issue, if i am not getting any response for this issue today EOD i will definitely take this to the higher level and escalate this case.
