Dear sir my Sony laptop E15136/S I[protected]GB-W8 stolen I also complaint to the police station but not yet telling please help me. I purchased my laptop in kopal computers at Secunderabad in 2013 June .my laptop stolen in Vizag December 2015 22nd date. Immediately complaint to police station in gajuwaka Vizag but no one address my laptop please help me....

My laptop Sony vaio svf1512sns has 3 year warranty under 2 year they have repaired more than 4 times again hard disk issue rised and have to replaced i have given laptop on 27_08-2016 and today they called to take the laptop[protected] when I went to received the laptop they are charging 12800 rupees and I said why should I pay i[censored]nder warranty they said u have not mentioned that I told them but now they are saying like that now they are...

I had given my Bravia TV for repair almost a year back. Service after more than 1 month confirmed that the TV set is not repairable due to unavailability of spare parts. As the TV of out of warranty they informed that Sony is giving 25% discount at the list price on the purchase of the New TV set. We are Ok with that and went for purchase of new TV to the service centre. But they denied to accept our Cheque and asked to submit the draft....

I have given my TV for service to your Authorized Service Center M/s Onus Services, Patna vide Job no. J62067466 dated[protected] with symptom – Lines on screen. Upon inspection of the set by our engineer, the Display Panel needs to be replaced to service the product.

Self approached authorised sony service station at yamuna nagar haryana named as 'vipan electronics' for enquiring price of new remote of sony dvd player for model no. Hbd-dz 340 k, however they told me to submit first 290 rs & then only they will advise price of remote & if i donot buy then this money is non-refundable. Just to enquire the cost they took 290 rs which is highly unethical as per policy. Kindly look into matter & revert. Awaiting...

I had purchased sony 32 inch lcd tv on 2013 from croma with an extended warranty.

Around two to three weeks back my tv started giving me display problems and i called the help center, even wrote a mail to them but no action is taken.

The tv mechanic told total cost involved would be 14-15 thousand. After spend 36 thousand on the tv, in three years i would need to spend again 14-15...

I buy sony experia m5 of Rupees 35, 500/- on date 30/11/2015 and getting some problem in it, like i can't make call from it and touchpad also not working so, i went to sony service center (S.S ELECTRONICS KANGRA) on date 08/09/2016. I've purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 mobile and it's backpanel accidentally broke and when I went to the service centre to get it fixed they've identified yellow tin effect on the screen which is a manufacturing defect. I wanted to haveyhave phone back urgent so didn't mind much about it and the screen gradually started blacking in a month please take action regarding the issue so the at they did the screen and also the mobile is very delicate...

I have submitted my mobile on 29july... for repairing but till today 20septembr i didn't received my mobile,,... they always give excuse dat dey don't received parts always... its more than 50 days... if they don't have parts kindly replace my set as why we have to face the problem

I have also complain to sony for this but no response,...

I had submitted my mobile for repair at onus service center patna on 28 july.
Still my mobile is under repair. despite many assurance from their side, they have not repaired till now. every friday since 12 august, i have been calling to service center but they replied same that it will be repaired next week. this is frustrating...
