This is the user of sony products, 2 years back i bought your product sony hometheatre dav-tz 215, at jainson tiruchirapalli. Now i am expriencing a fault that the display of push power protector is displaying. I gone through your authorised service centre, they replying me that the motherboard has got failed and the price of replacement is 6500/-. I bought that for 12, 500 for the usage of only 2 year your product showing this damage. Then why should i go through the sony products in future. This showing me the faults and the quality of your products. This is indenting me not to buy any sony producs in future

    My self siddarth patil and i bought sony xperia xa F3116 white mobile on 14 july 2016 and i am facing battery, speaker, camera, and mother board problem as mentioned by the service centre so i requested them to replace the mobile, this is the JOB NO W[protected] and Ticket no [protected] and IMEI no[protected] . it has been 15 days i am roaming like a dog and visiting the service center and screaming daily to customer executive regarding the issue and i am not getting any reply . so please kindly replace my mobile.. otherwise return the money which i have paid for mobile.. i will wait for 2 more days after that i will go to consumer court and i will place a complaint on your company.. and even i know how to get my money back.. dont mess with us and dont encourage me to do so by ur act..

      I have bought 32" led sony bravia (model klv32r422b) before two years. now the screen panel of that has been broken. i just need a service and want a repair for the same. tried to contact for the service over phone for several times but unfortunately no one is picking the phone ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected])
      Ultimately i have visited the service centre: fortune 157 new baradwari, sakchi-831001. i have stunned listening what service they can offer to resolve issue.
      They said panel is not available. they could not give me the tentative date also when it will get available. what they can say only that approx cost which is not only absurd, although it is not matching with the cost which is readily available in sony india website. simply they just dont want to listen.. dont bother to provide service.
      I bought the television only two years back and i am ready to provide the service charges and all the cost through getting original bill.
      Requesting to get service as earliest.

      Please help... help... help

        As a reputed company don't you have minimum common sense of keeping such illeterated and abnormal people as your sony dealers, just think and make them sure in keeping such people as your executives, as i bought sony 51D back 2 months, since 2 days it has been not getting on, have said to the dealer about the problem, as he is saying that we will send the technician, till now he didn't, and was speaking vulgarly, how you people are keeping such staff, dont you people too are illeterated??

          I bot my sony lcd 40nx520 bfr 4 yrs n js bfr a mnth it got sme issue as screen was showing double colours lik red n green... I complaint at "next showroom guwahati" from wer i purchased d lcd thy snt a service centr person who didnt evn touchd d tv n said tat display has gne n u wil hv to put up a new display wrth 20000... N if nt ur tv is of no use... Earlier whil purchasing i paid 50000 n now again 20000 tat means a total of 70000 tat too with no gurantee tat lcd wil run prop fr years aftr tat. Sony bravia is a brand wich we buy being so costly tat it wil provid service fr lng n if i wld hv bot a chines tv tat too wld hv wrkd atlest fr 5 yrs yaar.. So now my complain is i dnt want to repair my tv i want a setlmnt amount n take bck ur tv i wil buy a new 1 as m nt intersted in spnding mre on this

            Complaint against ap network services, (Authorised service centre), b-1, plot no. 5, new rajdhani enclave, vikas marg, delhi 92.

            I had submitted my request for repair of sony led tv, model no. Kdl-40ex650 in[protected], on 26/8/16 on customer care no.[protected].
            On my telephonic request your goodself forwarded my request to ap network services, (Authorised service centre), b-1, plot no. 5, new rajdhani enclave, vikas marg, delhi 92 (Job no. J62127713, date 31/8/16, serial no.3045414).

            Thereafter, engineer from the aforesaid authorised centre visited my house and inspected my tv set. He told me that initially i have to pay rs.2000/- as advance money and thereafter i will have to pay rs 5000/- after repair and delivery of tv set. Accordingly i paid him rs.2000/- as advance money and he took away the tv set for repair at his workshop, promising to deliver after 3-4 days. Even after the lapse of promised period he did not do the needful. I telephoned the authorised service centre many times to know the status of my tv set. I was told that since the spare part required for repair of tv set has not been procured from your good self, hence the delay was been caused. Ultimately, after about a month the service centre rang me up and told me, that revised over all charges for repair of my tv set will be rs. 27, 239/-. On hearing this i was simply aghast. I asked the service centre to return the tv set without repair. Service centre returned the tv on sunday, 25/9/16. After delivery of tv the service centre refunded me only rs. 1195/- instead of rs. 2000/-

            I would like to your kind notice, that in the given circumstances deduction of rs. 805/- on the ground of transportation etc. Is totally illegal and unjustified. This money should be refunded to me. If it is not refunded, it will poorly reflect on your company, giving an impression that you are protecting and promoting unscruplous and fraudlent service centres. I hope you will take strict action against the errant 'service centre' so that the reputation enjoyed by your company is not tarnished in public.

              Dear sirs,
              As asked for on phone i handed over my phone referred to above to your authorized service centre at palakkad-mannarkad, a-tech services, palakkad-mannarkad, on the 20th sept., and was promised i would be contacted the next day. There was no response and to my query, i was informed i would be contacted the next day; there was no response again and when i rang up, i was informed the technician was busy and i would be contacted the next day, which did not happen and when i telephoned, i was informed on the 24th there was no problem with the tv and as i insisted a technician installs it, i was informed the technician would have a final look again and it would be delivered on the 26th. And on the day, when i rang up i was told, to my surprise there was some problem - ic i suppose, and it would cost me rs.850/- to which i readily agreed and was assured it would be delivered on the 27th. On the day, ie., yesterday, i called up and was informed it was on the way and would. Reach me soon.in fact, to facilitate early delivery i had suggested my driver would help, i was told there was an autorikshaw specifically meant for it. As there was no sign of it, i contacted the office and was assured it would certainly be delivered. It never happened and there has been no response either to my email or and!! My house is just a couple of minutes drive from the service centre!
              I hasten to add here i have been used to sony for well over two decades and this is my first bitter experience. I am a senior. Citizen, 70+, and so is my wife. I gather quite a few have had similar experiences but have chosen to be silent.
              I observe there is absolutely no coordination in the office and there is no accountant with the result phones are not properly attended and problems have to be recounted each time. That there has been no reply so far speaks volumes for their irresponsibility. It certainly is not an attribute to a reputed mnc such as sony and i have ever y reason to conclude excellent service has been the hallmark of most other mncs that have been thriving.
              Even we, addicted to sony from the beginning do plan to go in for a change, what with the poor device being offered by your firm!

                My sony xperia m4 was given for repair the first time for a non funvctional mic after repair the volume buttons, the light sensor, the camera button all stopped working ., After giving the phone for repair for the third time the phone wasnt properly closed, only one volume bbutton started working and the phone started overheating.Very poor service

                  I have bought a sony bravia led tv 46"for an amount of 85000 rupees but now the screen panel is not working. so i contacted the customer care and they asked me to approve an amount of 30800 rupees just for its repair which is more than 1/3rd of the cost of tv. moreover, i can buy another tv like loyd 42" in that amount. also there is no guarantee that the product will be working even after repair. the main thing is the product i m using has never been mishandled and it has never gone through any external impact, even then the screen failure is an evidence that the sony led tv has a manufacturing defect. then i decided to put forward my point to sony india through email and they didn't even bother to reply at the end. i was so frustrated and decided never to buy a sony product. today we see a lot of advertisement on tv about sony bravia led tv and sony is spending a lot but if the company spend only half of that money on hiring better engineers, the product wouldn't be a failure. so i advice to all that never go by brand name sony and advertisements.

                    With extreme disappointment i am writing my bad experience with sony led kdl43w800c product. Within 1 year the motherboard which is the main component of the product stopped functioning. I have to call service centre many times to get same repaired. Mr shakil ahmed customer care representative was really rude on my request of extending warranty because i lost my trust from sony product.

                    From product quality to customer service was worst experience ever compared to other product i have purchased.

                    I am writing to get either my complete product change or extend the warrant complimentary. So i get a self grantee from sony that they them self trust their product and in return can assure their client that the product will not damage me for another two years because of their poor quality.

                      Sony Channel has stepped behavioral attitude towards serial Ek Duje ke Vaste. Its a harassment for the whole cast and crew to stopped /wrap up the show 7-8 episode in the middle of story. This show is very famous among many people internationally. They have stopped repeating and put all the blame PH. Any show may get definite slot so how can they pressure PH to change the lead or wrap up the show. This show has 5 th position worldwide. .One can check twitter/ facebook where all complaints about not to close show in the middle or pressurize PH to wrap the show. They have done like before also. Better if this channel's broadcasting right be cancelled.

                        I had registered a service request for my sony home theatre system repair on 19-aug-2016. This complaint is assigned to benchmark infotech, ganganagar, bangalore on 20-aug-2016. Till today nobody has called & attended the complaint. Some how i came to know that the problem is with my dvd optical lens. I have disassembled a lens from dvd myself & took defective lens to benchmark infotech service centre to order new lens on 14-sep-2016. I have explained the above thing to them but they didn't respond properly. I have ordered new lens on the same day. They took rs. 1000 advance to procure the spare lens from head office since the part was not available with them. Till today (26-sep-2016) i didn't receive the part. I called them several times but they are not responding properly. My home theater is idle from last 1 month.

                        I have purchased sony TV 2 years back, TV started flickering and i contacted sony customer care for the same, service techinician was assigned he told panel needs to be replaced which costs 1/3rd of the TV cost.
                        There ia a line showing in my led and i raised a request almost 2 months back and still there is no reaponse. I called customer care several times and everytime they said kal aa jayega parso aa jayega hamra technician. But there is no reaolution. Please suggest or i will go to conaumer court.

                          Sony's products are good until anything happens to them. After sales services are worst than any Chinese phone makers in the market none of the Customer Support Calling Agents, Chat Support or the service center will help you if your product needs repair either in warranty or without warranty. It was my bad luck that I bought a Xperia M5 dual and so is the result I'm having in my hands.

                          The Sony service has now become a big headache for me. I submitted my phone on 17th August at Rai & Sons, Sector 47C, Chandigarh they send it to L4 Ludhiana after 25 days phone came back and service request was closed and I was told that my phone will be swapped and it will take 1 or 2 more days but after 4 days I received a message that says that a new service request has been created to swap my phone and when I called Sony Center they said in a day or two I'll receive my phone. Today when I called customer care they are saying we don't know how much time will it take but it may take 5-6 days. I'm getting sick of Sony's after sales service.

                          40 days is too much long time to wait for my phone(and still waiting). My newly created ticket id is: W[protected] and the older one was W[protected] please help me.

                          None of the Sony representatives is helping neither the calling agents nor the Rai and Sons also I'm not getting any reply even from servicehead(a)ap.sony.com this is really weird. Please help me to get out of this, just swap my phone and send it to me.

                          I'll request everyone not to buy any of Sony products.

                            Sir I have complaint sony customer care centre on August 14, 2016. One technician has came at my home one August 17, 2016 and open LED and working for one day he charged 600/- Rs . for that. he has not given any kindly of receipt of payment. Sir I contact to service centre of Club Electronics, South Extn.II, New Delhi. on august 21, he said product will bring at centre. I brought and gave centre of sony tv. one august 21, 2016. he said today or day after day I will convey the message what is problem. he convey on august 27, that panel of LED will replace with new one. total amount panel is 10670 /- Approx. I have deposited half payment of that. He has not any telephonically talk with me from his side I have contacted many times. he told that part will come within 10-15 day. Sir I have facing problems after i have paid the half amount as he required. Sir he had not conversation with me so far regarding that how time will take for resolve.

                              Gave playstation 4 500gb for repair, no display.service center says can't be repaired has to be replaced as it was in warranty.it's 15th day today no response from service center.called sony india representative.he said wait for fruitful decision of sony india.they are just lenghtening the time and not responding in a systematic way.they should tell me what and when i will get the exchanged ps4.not sent to upper officer thing

                                Dear sir my Sony laptop E15136/S I[protected]GB-W8 stolen I also complaint to the police station but not yet telling please help me. I purchased my laptop in kopal computers at Secunderabad in 2013 June .my laptop stolen in Vizag December 2015 22nd date. Immediately complaint to police station in gajuwaka Vizag but no one address my laptop please help me.

                                  My laptop Sony vaio svf1512sns has 3 year warranty under 2 year they have repaired more than 4 times again hard disk issue rised and have to replaced i have given laptop on 27_08-2016 and today they called to take the laptop[protected] when I went to received the laptop they are charging 12800 rupees and I said why should I pay i[censored]nder warranty they said u have not mentioned that I told them but now they are saying like that now they are saying call me on Monday[protected] i told I want today they are saying if you want today we will open the parts and take the laptop behaviour is very rude I need justice I know again they will change the parts please help me

                                    I had given my Bravia TV for repair almost a year back. Service after more than 1 month confirmed that the TV set is not repairable due to unavailability of spare parts. As the TV of out of warranty they informed that Sony is giving 25% discount at the list price on the purchase of the New TV set. We are Ok with that and went for purchase of new TV to the service centre. But they denied to accept our Cheque and asked to submit the draft. We talked to the customer care and they had confirmed that both the Cheque and Draft shall be acceptable to the service centre. However even after that the service centre is not ready to accept the Cheque. Now after almost 1 year they had called again and still stuck to the same point. Also the executives at the service centre are very rude and that very shabbily. Can anyone look into the case.

                                      Reference : Sony BRAVIA TV Model KLV-32EX300 Serial no. 2672637.

                                      I have given my TV for service to your Authorized Service Center M/s Onus Services, Patna vide Job no. J62067466 dated[protected] with symptom – Lines on screen. Upon inspection of the set by our engineer, the Display Panel needs to be replaced to service the product.

                                      Till date my TV do not get repaired and now I got mail that it would be be get repaired and I have to buy new TV.

                                      I got the following reply from SONY TV:

                                      Since the spare avaibility is limited, as an alternate option we provide you an offer of a new Sony BRAVIA TV at 75% of the set’s Maximum Retail Price (MRP) i.e. 25% discount on the MRP of the new product.

                                      Though this complain I want to raise some point:

                                      1. I have purchase this on March 11, approx 5 and half year back and this was my second SONY TV which I have purchased in 2004 and its running successfully till date. DO you want to say that life of new TV is shorter than old one?
                                      2. When Sony have sold the TV, why they should not give the parts and service?
                                      3. Why should I buy new TV again from Sony where parts availability is too tough?
                                      4. Is the resale value of the 5 years old TV is 25% ? We are already getting discount of 7 to 10% in Sony, so only additional discount is only 18 to 15%.
                                      5. What is my fault?

                                        Request you to please call me against job No. W[protected],
                                        its just 3 months post my phone being repaired twice once for motherboard replacement and second for screen replacement due to screen touch issue under warranty, just in 105 days my screen touch has stopped working and the service dept advised me to pay 6K to replace the screen

                                        Just a year and my Sony Xperia C4 mobile is in the service centre for the 3rd time.

                                        Firstly in March for motherboard issue which was resolved under warranty,

                                        Secondly in June for Touch Screen Issue for Screen replacement which was resolved under warranty but within 3 months my phones touch screen not working and i've asked to pay Rs. 6K to replace the same, Does it mean the screen they replaced was not worthy, without the phone being in water or fallen down
