Service request was made on 2/11/2016, id[protected]. It was picked up on 3/11/2016 by neosa electronics(P) Ltd. they promised delivery within 10 days. but till date they are not communacating with me. They are not responding my call. sony customer care also does not taking proper steps. So what is the solution? the product was purchased on June.will it be in service centre month after month.

    This is regarding my sony experia m4 aqua display broken issue.

    I would like to draw your kind information for the fact that as per in precautionary measure case, my sony experia m4 aqua 2363 monce
    Again serious faults on lcd and blew it seems that one by one the
    Certain complain check attachment. I don't understand why a major
    Brand manufacturer would bring out something like this junk. The crack
    Has just formed to the point that we cannot bear it anymore, we
    Incerely request you to replace all reaming display fitted with our
    Brand value of phone on warranty basis.
    Again like to bring to your notice that being a global mobile manufacturing giant how consumer are being chited by service center may bring down your brand image as of yesterday i got the following sms over my cell phone.

    "dear customer, your set submitted against w[protected] is ready for collection, kindly carry your service job seet to collect your set".

      My Sony Xperia M5 screen is not responding to the touch, so I took my phone to Sony authorized service center in MUMBAI [ KRISH ELECTRONICS, Shop No:- L 113 Lower Ground Floor, Prime Mall Society Road, Irla Vile Parle ] on 28/10/2016. After two days, I received a call from service centre, that the estimated cost of repairing of my phone is RS. 20, 641 and the reason for problem are due to water. But the XPERIA M5 is Dust/Water resistant phone under IP65/68. Also my phone is in warranty period but the service centre denied repairing in warranty. The problem are due to water in the phone is because of manufacturing defect and now the service center asking me to pay estimate for repair. I also spoken to Sony customer care executive for the same but no positive reply was given. In the reply from Sony Regional customer support-West, it is said that the problem is only in Display Cover Assy Gold (cost Rs. 5436) but in estimate every component of the phone is mentioned (cost Rs.20641).

        I bought a sony bravia klv-32r402a in5, serial no. 4304964 on 12th oct, 13 from electro world, paonta sahib, himachal pradesh. the display panel turned out to be faulty and this was noticed within a few days of the purchase. the repairman turned up twice after a complaint was registered and diagnosed that the dispaly panel was faulty and will have to be replaced. he took a few hundreds as his fee both times. the display panel hasn't been changed still, even after approx two years. i request the company to kindly ensure that the display panel is replaced at the earliest and that this action be carried out free of cost because the complaint was lodged well within the warranty period and the delay in replacement has been from the company's side.

          I purchased a brand new SONY TV ( KLV- W56D) 48 INCHES from Bhumi Enterprises, Gandhinagar on October 22, 2016. My T V was installed on October 23, 2016 (Sunday) by a Sony technician and he left in 5 minutes. After that, we had to go out for some work. On 27th October 2016 when I switched on the TV I saw some green colured hues and colours and un-even green coloured patterns on TV.

          I called customer care toll free number and I got a number service request ID 35733133 on Oct 28, 2016. I called Parshwa Sales, Ahmedabad ( the service centre) and the person on the other end said the store will be closed till November 3, 2016 because of Diwali, so we left for our home town. On a day before Diwali some technician called me around 7:00 pm but by that time we had left because of misguidance from Parshwa Sales.

          Again on November 3, 2016 I got a new service request number 36003543 and a technician visited my house on November 8, 2016 that too after repeated requests. He stated that cable inside (LVDS cable) is a defective on and will be replaced. Today after 9 days also there is no solution to my query.

          My TV did not function properly even for an hour. They provided me a defective set of TV. Did I spend 63, 000 rupees for such a defective piece.

          The toll free number of Sony India, the service centre and the store from where are purchased are asking me to wait for two more days. That is their standard answer. I was told that the cable will be imported from Singapore so its delayed.

          The grievance redressal of Sony is the most pathetic. They give reply to email after 36 hours only. I have sufficient proof as I have their reply in my inbox.

          My concern is
          1) How can a brand new TV have a defective LVDS cable? Is no quality check made before supplying to the customer?

          2) What about the mental torture, I had to go through all these days. ( Since October 22, 2016 till the date of complain on Consumer Complaints forum its 25 days)
          3) Why should I accept a TV which is already supplied with a defective part. Is it not a customer's right to ask for a new set. ( Why should one spend 63, 000 upees on such a Set of TV?)

          Sony is turning deaf ears to my problem. I feel helpless and cheated. Kindly help.

          I have a SONY Bravia LCD TV Model No. KLV-32EX400. It has power supply problem. I have registered complain ( Complain No.[protected] by calling on toll free no on 7th November 2016, but not got any response yet. I have even visited SONY services center located in Patna... But not got my problem resolved. Please resolve this issue.

            My led tv kdl 40ex720 bought on 11 oct 2011 suddenly stopped displaying any picture while sound was intact. When contacted service centre 'smile care' at dehradun, uttrakhand with tv on 11.08.2016, they intimated that they need to change display panel which will cost me around rs. 25000/-. It was very shocking for me to pay a repair charges of rs. 25000/- for a tv of rs. 80000/- within 5 years of purchase. However even after agreeing for being looted, i am still waiting for my product. The service centre never provides the status on its own and when contacted, i was told after 1 and 1/2 months that the display panel is not available and i need to accept another tv of substandard quality which was not having features which my tv has, more particularly 3d features) on paying of rs. 25000. I refused to accept the tv and insisted on repair of my tv. However even after lapse of more than 3 months, i have not received my tv back. Now service centre does not entertain me properly

              Dear sir/madam
              I bring to notice[protected] has been purchased sony led tv "47" inch in girias
              Showroom but within 2 yrs there was power issue (Off and on) so i had register a complaint on[protected] & no is {35463755}. Technical person came on[protected] and the checked told us there is a power flechwation so mother board has shorted.
              He told with in15 working day it will be sorted out, so i told told him ok go ahead but dealer of service center are asking to pay 50% advance for spare replacement of 11000 rupees & they are not believing the customer of payment. And technical person inform as with in 3 month it will be warranty & what is product of sony & it is international & how it possible with in 2 yrs power issue.

                I am a customer of sony products.. I have bought approx 2 lacs value items in 1 year from sony india.. But i have problem with service center in my city.. Engineer /mechanic hve always misbehavior and loose talking.. Two time i have given my phone for repair and he always loose talk and now when my home audio having problem, first he was denied to check the same at home, after he said he will take 1500 rs without any service invoice from sony to check the problem.. How i can give any money to him without any receipt. Now if sony will not take it seriously than we will post the same with social networking site to stop bying sony products to other people in my friends circle.

                  I was purchased a sony tv model no. klv 32 bx300 having serial no. – 2392051 on 22.09.2010 from doordarshan, alamganj bihar sharif, nalanda (bihar). i was facing a problem from december 2015. i was go through your authorized service centre on 30.01.2016 id no j60271083. they told me to your panel is damaged. i give order for panel but they not provide. again i give order to panel vide ccid – 33251412 on 12.07.2016 & deposited with rs. 5, 000/-. they could not change my tv panel due to non - availability of panel in company, on 21.10.2016 one call was sony deepak jee to change your tv &discount 25% of new purchased tv. i give order model no. – kdl 55w 800 d on 21.10.2016. but still they can not give tv as on date.
                  Please look into this issue and please arrange to provide captioned tv as earlier as possible. you can call with me at [protected], raj pal singh.

                    It is for your kind information that on 24/10/2016 i had repaired my phone and after one day the pasting problem at the back cover occurred. and again i visit to service center and they are saying that our engineers on diwali leave so please visit again after diwali and 11th november I again visit to service center and they are saying that it will take 4 to 5 days to repair as we have a no pasting bond.

                      This is to tell you that my experience with Sony Service is really disgusting.

                      As we have filed a complaint for Sony TV and complaint no was sent to us and we received a message that Krish electronics is was assigned to our service request ID 35822365.

                      Now its 15 days that we have lodged complaint and they have picked up the TV on 1st of nov 2016 and told that it will take 3 to 4 days. Now there is no satisfactory response from them and they are saying they cant help us as its the fault from Sony that they are not giving us the required parts.

                      Its being long that every time they tell you TV will come tomorrow but still waiting for the same.

                      I want sony to take proper action so that we can get the TV back. Now i feel it would have been better if i would have gone a local TV repair shop atleast then i could have got a proper response from him.

                      It doesnt look nice for a big company like sony and its appointed dealers to behave in such a way.

                      While selling TV they told that if the parts will not be available we will even replace the TV, but these are all fake promises i think we have been told at that time.

                      If you feel the part is not available kindly provide atleast a smaller TV as an alternate for few days.

                      As I spoke to a senior person in Krish Electronics They are saying we cant tell when they will get the part.

                      You tell why the customers should suffer such along time or for small things we should go to Consumer court or so.

                        I have given my "sony xperia m4 aqua dual" for service twice with in 15 days (Which was inwarranty),
                        When i gave the mobile for service at first, i had mentioned about over heating issue on upper part, mic not working and display problem, and battery backup issuse, but they resolved only mic issuse, and replaced battery and they told that they have replaced display but there is a problem with display also.
                        After using few days i noticed that there is a problem in display, camera, and over heating issue,

                        O i again went to service centre on 2nd november 2016. I showed all the problems to them and they even agreed that and they took my mobile for service (Which was inwarranty),
                        After few days when i called them they told that my mobile was repaird and already dispatched from factory, they told tht i can collect my mobile by today afternoon.
                        And when i asked about repair status they told display battery and camera has been changed,
                        But when i called them in afternoon they told my mobile is not yet repaired, battery spare part is not available.
                        And i waited for 2days and when i called yesterday they told tht thr is problem with battery and spare is not available, i had a very long conversation with them, and they told me to wait for 1 day or 2 day,
                        O i suddenly got sms next day that is today to collect the mobile from service centre, they were telling tht battery spare is not available, but i donno suddenly where they got battery spare.

                        O i went to service centre today to collect the mobile after waiting for 10 days,
                        I was very dissapointed to see that all my issue is not at all resolved, when i showed them the issuse with the mobile on spot. They had no answers and they asked me to wait for some days so that they will again send it for service,

                        *service is very very weak, they dont even check properly,
                        *they made more scrathes on the back pannel,
                        *they replaced battery in 1st service and again in the 2nd service they told there is a problem with battery, i donno y did they put fault battery in 1st service which was replaced just 15 days back. I think they put fake or used spare parts.
                        *and even the display, they replaced the display in 1st service but it had white dots, and they didnt resolve it in 2nd service.
                        *and they didnot resolved camera issuse in the 2nd service.
                        *and they didnot resolve the over heating issue even in the 2nd service inspite of telling them many times.

                        I didnot collect the mobile, it is in the service centre only
                        I am very upset becoz o[censored] people, u people took it for service twice and didnot resolve the issue and caused more damage to the mobile.

                        I request you to give new replacement for "sony xperia m4 aqua dual", coz they didnt resolve the issue not once, its twice. And i think they put fake or used spare parts. I dont have trust in your service team.
                        O plz give me replacement.

                          I have bought c5 ultra last year. My phone is still in warranty,. One day suddenly my phone stopped charging so i went to chennai tambaram service centre which is 30km far from my house. I gave my phone, after a week i got my phone back, but what i saw is same problem is still there. So i again submitted, but again when i got my phone same problem was there.

                          Like wise i submitted it for 5 times. Charging issue is not a big problem, but what they are repairing and how they are repairing i don't know. Yesterday when i went to take my phone, they told ur phone is ready. So i took my phone, i checked it. But still it was not able to charge, also i can see now my speakers is also not working, my main screen came out, also the back panel is got damaged.

                          O i went to manager i told him, for a simple problem i have submitted my phone for 5 time, you should ask your team what they are doing. But he started shouting on me, he told when we gave you ur phone, it was working. You only did some thing that is why it is not working. But i checked it in-front of them so how he can accused me like this?

                          Now i am asking for a replacement because you can also understand if your phone is getting open for 5- 6 time, what will be the condition of my phone now. My phone 27000 rs. So why i will ignore this fact.
                          And again again i cant travel 60 km.

                          I was not asking for replacement before, but after i saw my phone yesterday with multiple issue so now i want replacement.

                          O please help me in this. I don't know where to go, sony is also not helping me.

                              I am a PSU executive and owner of so many SONY products.Fortunately I've not visited your service centre earlier as it was not required .But today a minor problem has raised some doubts regarding your service rendered to your sophisticated customers.What will happen if tomorrow there will be some problem in my very costly sony products.
                              What happend today that I ve gone to your service centre M/s Shreejal Services at Cuttack-Odissa for the matter that I've purchased a sony pendrive 32gb before 10 days and lock clip is not working - a clear case of manufacturing defects...but the service engineer did not agree and told me to operate it by holding the lock which is not supposed to be the right way of operation...He talked to me in a rather nasty manner ...when i asked for the complaint/suggestion register he told me that there is no such register maintained here. Is it true...Pl.clarify so that our trust on sony will be intact...

I went to service center and asked for replacement but they said only replacement is till 7days i accepted it and gave my mob for 2weeks for service now I am having speaker problem.                                   I was in my search for a good a 4k led television when, in the month of october, 16, after watching sony tv's ad on the newspaper by Guru Maa Enterprises Haldwani dist. Nainital, Uttarakhand(Sony Exclusive Showroom), my son asked my to go for sony 43x8300d which was launched in the same year that had many good features like 4k hdr and motionflow 800.
                                  When I finaly went to purchase that television the shopkeeper manipulated me to buy the 43 inch x8500c, by telling me that it comes with an hd tv camera and is the ditto same television with same specs.
                                  I was in the illusion that I made the right choice by listening to the shopkeeper until my son checked the model 8500c and
                                  compared it with 8300d.(I was shocked to know that it was released in the june 2015, had a panel refresh rate of only 50hz(or motionflow 200) and did not have 4k+hdr feature).
                                  When I went to the shop to ask him to replace the television he said there is no way he is going to replace it with 8300d as he had already told me that you are going to buy the c series.
                                  I ask for your help to kindly look into this matter and get back to me asap.

                                    With reference to the reference number is 1-[protected].
                                    i submitted my cell to the service centre on 5.11.16 regarding the charging problem rest my phone was working well, after submitting i was informed that in addition to charging problem the power key is not working plus some headphone jack issue but before i submitting the cell everything was fine and now the service centre is refusing to take the responsibility. i want that the service centre should repair the damage caused by them to the cell on their own expenses.
                                    please solve the problem as soon as possible or else i will have to take legal action

                                      Madam/Sir,

                                      Pursuant to the trail-mail, after repeated telephonic requests, a representative visited our home at Nadiad and without due examination of the TV set for repair of any minor snag, insisted that the disruption required replacement of LCD panel and removed the TV set to your Authorized Service Centre at Anand (20 kms from our residence) whereas, the set was purchased for Nadiad and that I was told that the transport will cost Rs.600/-.

                                      After considerable telephonic follow-up, the annexed mind-blowing estimate (dated 22nd October, 2016) for approximately Rs.12, 000/- was sent to me whereas, the TV set was purchased by me (as the latest model - stated in subject) for Rs.39, 000/- on 30th October, 2010 and within six years of operation with due care at home, the undersigned came to be saddled with such a huge cost. Left with no other option, I agreed to the estimate and gave the permission for the repairs on 22nd October, 2016. I kept on following-up with the personnel at your Authorized Service Centre including Mr Gaurang but, I was told that they are awaiting for the required spare-part; to be told to me yesterday (i.e. after a lapse of over two-weeks) that the company has stopped the manufacturing of the said spare-part for the TV owned by me and that it is obsolete/redundant and that if I could share the date of purchase of the TV set, the company is ready for a buy-back offer.

                                      From the very beginning, the way my TV set was removed from my premises in a hurry without any examination for minor snag which could be rectified at the spot, the huge estimate for replacement of the part costing Rs.12, 000/- was given to me, the information that the model is obsolete/redundant and parts not available and the buy-back offer; all point to some foul-play to burden me with another sub-standard product of Sony which, I feel, given an option neither I shall think of buying or recommend anyone to do so owing to my bitter experience.

                                      I have always had great regard for Sony products and the brand but, the bitter experience with the said product bought out of the hard-earned money of my spouse and myself and the unfair way in which, your Authorized Service Centre is handling my grievance with an intent to further put me into greater loss with the buy-back offer, compels me to re-think.

                                      The matter requires due consideration and a visit of a company's representative to the Authorized Service Centre for fact-finding without advance notice to establish the real fact including any foul-play at the Service Centre since in my feeling, the TV set had a minor snag and instead of quoting the repair charges and getting it repaired promptly at my home itself, I was taken for a ride with the said exaggerated quotation of Rs.12, 000/- and to further take advantage of my plight, an attempt is being made to further put me into heavier cost with the buy-back offer; whereas, the original part for which, quotation has been raised might have found its way to some other set.

                                      Kindly investigate the matter and ensure speedy justice.

                                        Hi team,
                                        Myself n subramanyam from bangalore, i have given my sony m4 aqua dual mobile for service on 13.10.2016. An estimate was given to me on 18.10.2016 for 9350 rupees. I have immediately paid 4000 rupees as advance which enables them to start the work.

                                        Till now i did not get my phone, on nov 03rd the concerned person told that a particular part is not available, he would give me a new phone (Sony xperia xa)
                                        Now today 11.11.2016 they are saying they would be giving my old phone only, but they did not mention me any date regarding that

                                        Such an idiotic replies which i never expected from sony authorities and worst service ever. Henceforth i will never purchase sony products nor i will allow my friends to do so. I regret being a member of sony family
