Bought my mobile on 19/10/2016 I had display problems on 27/10/2016. I went to service center and asked for replacement but they said only replacement is till 7days i accepted it and gave my mob for 2weeks for service now I am having speaker problem. Why do Sony India not repair Sony phones purchased on online sites. Sony allow their phones to be listed on Amazon these are then sourced internationally, this is the same as local India sales as no Sony phones are actually manufactured in India.

I understand there may be problems with warantee, though my phone is out of warantee and i want to pay for the repair. I actually want to give them money to repair the phone. however...

I have a number of issues with my Sony Xperia XA Ultra Dual since a have bought it. Its been almost a month now that I am using this phone and have faced these issues :

I am shocked to experience such disgusting after-sale service by such reputed company. I purchased Sony Home Theatre (BDV E4100) on the eve of Deepawali (28 Oct 2016). Till date, i.e. Nov 6, 2016, I made several request and complaints, but still waiting for someone to give Demo and Installation.I don't know what to do? Pathetic level of customers service

This is no more in warranty.
