I purchased sony xperia z3+ from online retailer amazon invoice no:ka-blr[protected] dated 29th march 2016 having imei=[protected]
On 10th of october 2016, i noticed that the my xperia phone is not responding and touch screen not working.
On 11th october 2016 when i visited you repair center teknoplaza, salt lake i found the center is closed at 12:00 noon
On repeat visit on 12th oct, i was told
A) my touchscreen is broken
B) warranty void
C) tentative cost of repair is about rs.16000, inspection charge rs115, service charge rs. 575
On 13 october, i was told the cost of repair will be rs. 13124.74 plus inspection and service charges
I was highly disappointed looking at list of charges which includes all possible charges under roof including inspecting charge, service charge, display assembly, speaker, loudspeaker, relay module, adhesive charges for under warranty top end hand set.
I asked the center to return the phone immediately as i am in no mood to accept this. There comes the surprise!
I was told that they can only return my unrepaired phone on 17th oct 2016 after 5 working days and 120 hours as it is their normal practice.

We customer spend on the brand name... If brand name is a false concept then why we shall spend on brand name?. The same facilities are available in cheaper non-branded item.
Please give me justice.

    Sir/madam,
    This is in reference to my sony m4 aqua dual which was purchased on 25/10/15 and was taken to the service centre with the problem of no network in sim1 is under warranty but service centre people are saying that this problem of no network is out of warranty. This time handset submitted with job no. W[protected] dt 3/10/16. When the product is under warranty why i am asked to pay for the same.
    This handset is a defective product of company and having problem in month or two.
    Earlier the set was submitted thrice to the sevice centre. First time for the display problem on 25/4/16 with job no w[protected] and received on 12/5/16 and second time with the camera problem submitted on 16/5/16 with job no w[protected] and third time on 23/6/16 with job no w[protected] for display problem.

    Looking forward to intervene into the matter.

      Hello,
      I gave my ps3 for checking on 8th of october, and after 2 days got a call from the service center and they asked a rs 11000/- dd from me. I asked them to please set a reasonable amount for it as the problem is faced by many ps3 users worldwide but they said nothing and hanged up my call. Then i called the sony service toll free number and manged to talk to the manager somehow. He was such a rude person. He also refused and told me to pay 11000. They think that money grows on tree.
      At first they want us to buy ps3 for 20000
      Then buy games at rate of 3000 bought 10 of them = 30000
      Then they want us to pay a premium of 11000 rupees to get it repaired (The problem is faced worldwide)
      The total sum = rs 61000
      They think that we are money making machines they don't understand the value of money.

        I am customer from India, My TV had little problem so i contact in India Sony service center and send them TV for repair before 3 months (Job no. J[protected] . But unfortunately TV was not repaired and damaged completely and now not in condition of running of it.

        I have contact several times verbal and written in Indian Sony repairing center as well as Sony help center. But i have not getting my TV back and also i have given advance money Rs. 5000 for repairing the same that also not getting back.

          I purchased a Sony Experia device from Amazon, as per the manufacturer there is a replacement warranty for 1 month. I dont know why the the device showed som symptoms of faulty immediatly after one month. I submitted the device in Sony Service centre on 8th october and called and informed the Sony CC as well. I requested for replacement of device as there are so many issues with the device( hardware and Soft ware), but i got a strange replay from the customer care executive that they cannot replace the device and they will repair the same and give to me back. I asked when ??? They replied that they don't know because the service centre not having the part to replace the faulty one and I want to wait for the same.

          I agian asked them to replace because there is no use o[censored]sing a device which is faulty within 2 months.

          Requesting you to help me on this.

          I had complaind at your local service centre in my city JAIPUR i.e. Global Service Centre in civil lines last friday on 7/10/2016 and now its been a week i.e.14/10/2016 and till date no one bothered to visit and solve my problem regarding the audio functions of my home theatre system. Is this the services of sony in india????

            I submit my Television set date of purchase 17.05.2012 (out of warranty), Model No. KLV-32BX350 IN[protected] serial No. 3271741 for repairing Job No. J 62470414 dated : 05.10.2016. I deposited Rs. 4500/- as advance for above repairing job at your authorized sony service center Neosa Electronics (P) Ltd. 158, S. P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700 026.

            But still now nobody reply me delivery date or approxmently period for this repairing Job.

              I have purchased product -Sony CP-S15 Power Bank 15000 mAh . and it was not working properly . Very bad product not expected from sony. i used one week only and given to service center to repair/replace but from once month service center people are not giving the proper response. not sure if they are taking the action or not. they are not giving my product since one month . i am very much frustrated with Sony service center.

              Hence kindly request you to please support to the customer and provide me the new or repaired product or refund me the money ASAP.

                  Handset was submitted for servicing on 29th Aug 2016 and has not yet been serviced. No specific ETA provided for the handset repair and i have called several times now to enquire about the same and i am being told that it will take another one week. Received a message on 15th October that the initial WorkID has been expired and they have generated a new one for the same.

                    Sony power bank is fake delivered from emart.com is not working emart.com is a fake web site which selling local products under names of some superior companies like sony. this web site make money loss to people who wish to buy those products under offers offered by emart.com.they shiped a fake power bank in not working condition and without having complete components.

                      I am really frustrated with your sony service i am going to throw my 1 lac android tv to your store and make it worst for your company if you don't get my tv fixed. I called on 11th october 2017 they said they have some technical issue so call us on 15th October and our tv gurantee expired on 13th ocotober .

                      The problem was SONY sound there was some little bit noise so technician tried to help from phone of service centre and then all sound gone now worst technician visit us who even don’t know how to put wire (single) my family had to help him out to carry from wall. Now TV technician saying without any knowledge that tv sound card is gone it will cost 15k (without checking or testing anything)

                      THIS IS SONY BRAND i am really surprised.

                      IF YOU PEOPLE DON”T RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH 48 hours i am going put all over internet and POPULATE this note and throw you TV to SONY CENTER STORE .

                      YOU Have torched me mentally i am frustrated because of you people

                        In only 4 yrs sony tv become non functional.
                        I have spent 57 thousand to buy it, with a mind set that i want to buy a best tv.
                        But it was my mistake to purchase it as in only 4 yrs their is a display problem with this tv and the company is saying it is of no use to get it repaired, as it will take 12 to 14 thousand to get it repaired, where as you can buy a new tv in 16 thousand with 5 yrs warranty.

                        Please help me to understand that, sony is equivalent to chinese brands, where we can not trust to pay a huge amount.

                          I have sony xperia z2 7 mobile brand which was i bought 32000rs as expected that mobile have all kind of applications and good brand mobile but as per specifications i was search this mobile have worked with lte services but actually there is no any option to change the network so as i understand i can't use this mobile as per 4g network so please kindly request to you please respond and resolve this problem otherwise i will communicate with owner of the company as soon as possible if not resolved. thank you. my contact no is [protected]

                          I have problem with Sony xperia M5, mobile front camera doesn't works, its totally black when use IMO calling sony, company provide wrong toll free number on box, or doesn't receiving the call pls soll the problem & best service to customers to long life name Sony.

                            I have purchased new Home theater in the month of July 2016. But it started giving problems. It always go on standby mode. I have complained to sony customer care and they have visited the hose to check. But it was temperary solution and the issue is reoccurring. I had call customer care and complain again. They never came to help. I called back to check the status of the complain but still no response from Sony.

                            I have a TV that is 2 years and that does not on some times. After giving complaint one executive visited our house and said the TV Screen is damaged and hence it does not run. Asked for 28 thousand to replace it. But how come it runs when we unplug the power cable and re-plug it. He said bcz of display is damaged.

                            Need support in fixing the issue.

                                I had complained many times since 06/10/2016, regarding repairing of my TV.to the customer care, Raipur (G C )as well as to the delhi office through toll free number.Last complain is ID 35281717.But nobody has attended the complain till date.Also the same has been register to the complain board.The TV has sound but the picture is not appearing. I had checked up with the cable connection, which is ok. i had purchased this tv from LOTUS, RAIPUR &the bill no. Iis. 81R 1006726, dt.13/02/2016.my reg. mob. nob. is [protected], &[protected].

                                  21/08/2016 I made an installation request and got revert message - assign to B.R Enterprise. Same day Mr.Anuj Mittal mob : [protected] visited and after opening the box found that table stand and wall mounting are missing. He took photocopy of invoice with him. On 22/08/2016 I got message - assign to star electronics and on 23/08/2016 Mr. Roshan mob: [protected] called me and said that we are unable to help you contact your dealer. After contacting dealer they didn't give any satisfied answer.

                                    Sir, My above model TV was running quite well but since one week it is giving a problem. The problem is when I switch on the TV it sometimes starts and sometimes picture did not apper on the screen. After -3-4 gentle knock/thud on the top of the TV /or moving/ or jerking the TV it blinks and picture starts appearing on the screen and TV works very nicely. The picture and sound quality is excellent. The TV switch on/ off button is also needs to be checked, whether the problem is due to that. But my layman"s understanding is that either something is loose or some parts etc. is defective, which is causing the proble. Therefore, I lodged a complan to your All India Toll Free No. on 06.10.2016 and the complain number is 35030394, I am putting up in Patna. The Patna service man visited my residence yesterday i.e. on 13.10.2016 and refused to do anything saying that the TV is old and he would not touch it. Then from your Toll Free service I was advised to put an e-mail to this effect which is narrated above. Since TV Screen and sound is excellent, I feel there is still not time to discard the TV and rather try for its repair. I request you to kindly, look into the matter and suggest the course of action/ option to me.

                                      We bought Sony Bravia TV in the month of MAY, 2015th great hope of spending another decade in its company.
                                      We bought it from FLIPKART vide Invoice No: KOL_DAN_01L[protected].
                                      But the set started malfunctioning in AUGUST this year, precisely after 15 months of purchase.
                                      Next, the Sony were contacted job number 33938541. A technician visited us with strict vow that he would not touch the TV set, (since he is not authorised to do so. What for he came ! ), but collected his fee of visit ( for which he is authorised, at least) and left. Of course he promised, the Sony would contact us for repair of panel.
                                      Next Sony contacted us and started bargaining for the cost of replacing .starting from Rs 16000 + fitting charge to fitting + transport charges -with no guarantee that this will not malfunction again.
                                      Their standard plea is that the set has crossed one year of purchase.
                                      I want to know whether after spending huge sum for SONY BRAVIA
                                      can a buyer not hope for uninterrupted performance for several years?
                                      Can the SONY take cover under the stale plea o[censored]npredictability of electronic item for defects of its product?
                                      Am I to believe that SONY is marketing third grade products here with no quality assurance but free to charge high prices for it ( since complaint forum is flooded with similar complaints from many customers) ?
                                      Future customers should be aware about the experience of their predecessors before thinking for a TV set at home.

                                        This complaint is regarding the sony bravia kdl - 48w600b we had purchased on september 13, 2014 on 25/09/2015, we faced an issue with the television automatically switching off while we were watching it. when tried to restart the set, we experienced an issue which is a known issue worldwide i. e. 6 times red led blinking issue. the red led blinks on and off for 6 times and the tv is not operating properly. before calling customer support, we performed factory reset; however, the problem still persists. even the technical support couldn’t resolve the issue and informed us that an engineer would visit us there will be a charge for 230 inr for the visit and service charge would be rs 1200 as service charges inr. also, if the problem is with any part, we will have to bare the charges and this entire process would take 10 – 15 days, which didn’t make any sense as the issue is not because of mishandling or careless use of the product but with the product/model itself. during my conversation with customer care, i requested to speak with a manager so that i could escalate the issue and expedite the process; however, i was informed that there was no manager available and i would receive a call back, which i didn’t. it is very disappointing when you have to go through this with a brand like sony. if an led tv from a brand like sony doesn’t work for even 2 years, on what basis should customers differentiate between sony and other brands? it makes more sense to buy products from cheaper brands which cost far less, and unfortunately if there are problems, the repairs are also going to be cheaper and faster. thanks! syed sajid [protected]
