I recently purchased television, which is not working.
I raised a complaint (no.[protected] on 30th August and was told that someone will come and attend to the problem in 48 hrs.
When no one came to attend to my complaint I raised another complaint (no.[protected] on 3rd September.
The service request was assigned to Neosa Electronics (P) Ltd. Phone No.[protected] / 40159525.
I also spoke to the person there but no help.
It has been 2 weeks and no one has come to attend the problem. My television is under warranty and this is unexpected from a company like Sony.

Hi Team,

I bought a new TV in 9 month back (SONY 32inch LED TV). I raised the request for installation on 02Jan2016, the Service Request Number[protected]. yet Installation is not happened. Please do the necessary action to complete this request.This is 2nd time face this type of issue when i bought TV in Sony.

    Sir i am sunil jain from panipat.my mobile number is [protected].and my complaint number is 34473929.i purchaged sony led tv one month before in panipat.today sony service enginer come to at home and checked the led tv. he told me led tv panel destroyed and told me we are repaired led panel desplay but i am not ready for repaired of led tv. please replace with new led tv .thank ing you.

    I have z ultra phone, it has stopped working and I had gone to the service center and they were like it can't be repaired.THEN WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE RELEASING A PHONE WHICH CAN'T BE REPAIRED?

      Hello,

      I am using Xperia Z5 premium Dual Phone since November 2015, but I am facing lot of Problem.

      1. - Hang
      2. - Heating Problem
      3. - Poor Battery Life
      4. - Poor Camera ( Response Time and Taking picture is not clear in low lights)
      5. - Head Phone Jack port un-functional ( Hardware Issue)

      I replaced my Phone Recently via Sony Service center and they gave a a swap phone after 1 month of waiting.
      Here is the Sony Service center ticket ID : [protected] Dt. 17-june-2016
      But the Problem did not resolve all the problem/issue fully except Point 1 & 5. All other Problem remain as it is.

      After getting the new phone and use it for several weeks ( Normal Use) I found this issue -

      1. - Hang ( fixed)
      2. - Heating Problem (Heat very quickly)
      3. - Poor Battery Life ( Battery drain more quickly then previous phone)
      4. - Poor Camera ( camera hangs, and no clear photo)
      5. - Head Phone Jack port un-functional ( Fixed)
      6. After heating the back side plate is totally coming out.

      So I feels the phone is no longer water resistance and dust proof..

      Seems i have been cheated by Sony mobiles India, they have given me a faulty hand set again.
      don't understand what to do now!!

      can any one let me know how do i file a consumer complain against the company directly ? or what is the process ?

        Sony is worst, pathetic, disgusting. Even the customer care centers are worst... I have Sony Vaio laptop purchased in 2013 end and I got it repaired in 2014 then 2015 and now it is in the worst situation. I don't think there is any laptop which will stop working in 1 or 2 years. Its built quality is cheap and hardware also. My laptop is now 180 degrees, front panel is broken, DVD player doesn’t work and it doesn't start without charging it and it never fell down or something like that. I went to Sony customer care Kolkata and they said we can’t repair it and we don’t have a part. I told them you can take 10-15 days and send it to the company and answer to that was it’s of no use we can’t repair it. If the company cannot repair the product then who can? I was not expecting this from Sony. Even I had a phone and 1 Sony camera both the gadgets stopped working in a year. I don’t know Sony has issues with me or they just have marketing skills.

          I have submitted my phone to Sony Authorized Service Center nearly a month ago, and all I am getting the reply every week on Saturday evening that "it is under repairs it will take 5-6 days", this is the fourth week I am getting this message from the service center.
          I have called the Service Center all they say that Product is not with them its at main service center .
          I have called there toll free number and compliant about the delay in repairs, all they say that "they only provide the information about the current repairs they have no idea when the repairs will be done."
          I even escalated their request, even mailed them as I get is the thanking mail from there as a reply saying we will revert in 48 hours but nothing happens.

            I have purchased C4 Dual on 23/12/2015 but I started getting problem from july 16. First time I have deposited phone to Sony service centre siliguri ( W. Bengal ) on 16/07/2016 ( job no – w[protected] with the complaint of touch, but after repair there was again problem after 4 days. The mobile becaume dead so I again deposited the mobile.
            Secoun time I deposited mobile on 08/08/2016 ( job no. w[protected]. But after repair there was again problem of camera was not working and remaining of 40% battery mobile shut downs so I again deposited mobile to Sony service centre siliguri ( W. Bengal )
            Third time I deposited the mobile to Sony service centre siliguri (W. Bengal ) on 03/09/2016 ( job no. was not provided ) and get return back on 10/09/2016 but after 4 hours there was again problem \with camera so again I deposited the mobile forth time
            Forth time I deposited mobile to Sony service centre siliguri ( W. Bengal ) on 10/09/2016
            The service centre is harassing to me again and again they are unable to repair the mobile and every time they handover me temporarily repaired mobile wmich gets problem after some time and their behavior is also not good.
            So I request please replace the mobile
            I have purchased the mobile for use not to deposit again and again at service center and track them again and again so please don’t harres me
            Kindly please solve my problem

              I purchased a 32" Sony LED TV KDL-EX650 in Nov 2012.Now i am seeing a vertical bar of white line and distortions
              on the screen.I complained to the customer care and they came to inspect the TV.They told that it was the display panel problem which should be changed and it would cost around 17k. I mean after buying a top quality product and that failing within 3-4 years o[censored]se is totally unjustifiable. I never expected this from Sony.I have been a regular customer of Sony from the past.
              I found out from the repair guy that lot of people are facing the same issue with this model.So i believe that it would be a manufacturing defect.And i request you to kindly considering repairing/replacing it because even if i buy a new panel i doubt that it will also fail like this.
              Terribly disgusted with the quality of product from Sony.
              I seriously would reconsider buying from Sony in the future if such is the quality of their product.
              i think the concerned authorities would take it seriously.

                I purchased Sony TV KDL-46W700A on 19th Feb 2014 for INR 75, 000/- within short period Sony tv panel created problem., while enquiring with Sony service centre they asked to replace the panel. Which costs around INR 30, 900/-. whether Sony TVs panels had designed short life span upto 2 to 3 years., , Common people can't able to spend every three years to replace the panel. I trusted the word (make.believe) and purchased the Sony product., Now I believe that Sony TV panels are not trustable one. Regarding this I approached Sony India via email sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com., complaint no is[protected] regarding job no J62153482 but I was not satisfy by that reply by srinidhi.R customer support executive, customer centric division-chennai., simple word they replied as " a failure may happen in the electronic product" . within 3 years a failure will happen in Sony tv panels means how a common people like me will believe and buy a Sony product. ( For example if I share my experience with my friend who planning to buy Sony tv means ., Sony tv panels are capable to withstand upto 2 to 3 years ., after that if you ask with Sony India means their reply will be" a failure may happen in electronic product" means he will buy Sony TV. The answer will be No . No one will buy., In future common people like me should not affect like me., So I'm sharing my experience with you

                  Hi all I am sharing my problem with others. I bought Sony home theater Model no = HT-IV300 Rs.21990 on[protected] from Big Bazar Zirakpur .but on the sale time I told to sale person I don’t have LED.i have 34 inch big TV.that time sale person mr. Sanjay said this system is working with tv.i trust him but when company person came to my home to install this system and give me demo he said this system is no working with tv. Its only working with LED. I[censored] play this system with ur tv then one HDMI to Video convertor available in the market but convertor is made in china and sony not recommended this convertor. and there are 2 speakers are not working, I called to Mr.Samjay in Big Bazar and I told to him all the things now he says sir I don’t know this model is latest model may bee not working with TV .i have no idea company changes in the models day by day . then I told him now what can I do with this garbage then sanjay said sir you buy a new LED then this system is working with LED . what a bull [censored] I spend Rs.22000 but its garbage for me now he says to me buy new LED then I call Sony customer care call center and told everything then company person ask to me its not company fault sanjay is not sony employ he is Big Bazar employ then I told to him when sony give sony product to Big bazar for sale then who is responsible if customer is not satisfied now I am very upset cos my Rs.22000 is dead I am requested to all i[censored] plane any Sony product pls think 100 times i[censored] save ur money and this model is totally useless there are no gud sound no feel like home theater.i call so many times to Mr.Tarun he is a Manager of Ezone in big bazar pls change my garbage and give me some another model but he said there is no option.now m highlight this complaint in Newspapers like The Tribune, Hindustan Times. Cos I am also media Person m working in Startv India as a distt head.

                    Today 08.09.2016 Thursday evening at 7.00 pm I went to the show room for purchasing one home theater at the above mentioned SONY Dealer, for my grand daughter I have selected one model of the Home Theater and asked for billing, after payment done by cash to the Dealer I just asked when the technician will come for installing the product in my house which not even two kilometer from the Show room while the conversation between the cashier and me the owner suddenly interfered and told in a very rough tone it will take 48 hours. when i was asking the proprietor about the rough behavior he suddenly asked the cashier to return the money back

                    i surprised such a best brand in the world SONY (ITS A SONY) I am using the SONY product more than four decades I am aged 58 years. I have a very good image about the quality of the product.

                    How sony selected such a worst character dealer. In fact myself and my friend Mr. subramani was with me we both are very unhappy

                    When I asked the cashier to give me the customer suggestion and complaint book both of them denied .

                    I expect from SONY that necessary inquiry and advise to be given the above dealer the same situation should not occur to any other customer.

                      From the Date of Purchase Xperia M5 Shutdowns automatically which is NOT resolved by neither Sony Service Center nor Sony Customer Care. They only recommend to Update the software to latest version which did not resolve the problem till date.It is purely a deadly handset during emergency. Sony should provide AOD certificate across these Sony Xperia M5 Model to exchange with different Xperia Model. Going forward this M5 headset should be banged. Looking for a genuine solution.

                          Delayed, unprofessional and fraud installation service from Bangalore Sony Care.
                          - 2nd Sept'16: Bought the Sony HD RT3 sound bar
                          - 3rd Sept'16: Called sony customer care for quick installation. I had a plan for hoing out of station.Request launched :ID34346404
                          - 4th Sept'16: No body appeared. Called sony care again, they promised to install by next day
                          -5th Sept'16: No body appeared.
                          -6th Sept'16: Called sony care again. They said my request has been cancelled because I have asked for delayed installation. Very Funny...when I complained they laudged another request: Id: 34389532
                          - 6th Sept'16: I got a call from sony engineer Mr Manjunath (Ph no:[protected]) who promised to install the product next day 6PM
                          -7th Sept'16: Mr Manjunath didnt appear. Another gentle man Mr: Babu ( ph no+[protected]appeared at 8:45 PM . Mr Babu said he will give the demo only...installation will happen next day by Mr Manjunath. During the demo also I needed one ox cable to connect my TV with the sound bar. Mr Babu said he has a cable for which he will charge Rs 650. I found the actual price on the box written as Rs 243/-. While asking he said his supervisor asked him to charge Rs 640/-. The price tag was tried to be scrathed out...but unfortunate for them that it was still visible...otherwise I could have fooled.

                          The conclution: 6 days over but still my product is not installed. Worst service ever. I have all other appliances like LG, Whirlpool, Samsung...all installations were very smooth. With Sony product my life is miserable. Sony care bangalore...full o[censored]nprofessional and fraud service engineers. I will never buy a Sony product again.

                            12-14 horizontal lines have appeared on the screen of my sony xperia tipo handset in the notification region. Also, i can't make calls immediately. If i dial a number, the call is made after 5-10 minutes. Also the music player starts playing songs on its own without my knowledge. Please suggest what to do. What is the most economical solution for this?

                              I bought a sony bravia klv-32r402a in5, serial no. 4304964 on 12th oct, 13 from electro world, paonta sahib, himachal pradesh. the display panel turned out to be faulty and this was noticed within a few days of the purchase. the repairman turned up twice after a complaint was registered and diagnosed that the dispaly panel was faulty and will have to be replaced. he took a few hundreds as his fee both times. the display panel hasn't been changed still, even after approx two years. i request the company to kindly ensure that the display panel is replaced at the earliest and that this action be carried out free of cost because the complaint was lodged well within the warranty period and the delay in replacement has been from the company's side.

                              I have purchased the w950c 43 inches andriod tv last year in august . Its adopter found faulty said service center man in nagpur i just want to know the cost of new adopter and where it wiil be available
                              I bought it 18 Its months back. Its not functional for last a week. Some problem in plugging the cable. can it be repaired?
                              The Sony guy called up my father and promised to come the other day. A week has passed but no one has turned up. I think I am going to file a proper complaint against you Sony India. This is atrocious customer support. You people are making a fool of the customer. Never again in my life am I going to buy a Sony product and I'll recommend the same to my peers and colleagues. Thanks a ton!

                                I brought my xperia z1 from uae in1.7years before. Now my phone battery wont work properly. If battery get 100% charge, i used more than 15 or sometime it shut down and if i'm restarted, it displays 1% charge and shutdown again.
                                Also its touch can't work properly, keyboard presses are not correct, it automatically type another letters...
                                Now i'm in kochi (Kerala) i go to a sony service center (Madonna electronics, edappally), the staff says its not service here. I also asked her to "how much money need for repair this phone?" she replied me battery service cost is about 4000 rupees.
                                Reply me sony's original battery price and ur openion about these kind of service center...
                                What i do???

                                  I bought sony xperia z3+ 4-5 months ago, 20 days ago it showed a problem in its autofocus. I took it to the service centre and they said that they will send it for repair. Its been now 18 days and still they are saying that we are not getting reply from the other party for the device and they are also saying that the colour (White) i had is no more available there.
                                  What should i do?

                                    I bought sony tv with pride in 2013 but after couple of years, now all of a sudden i noticed display color changing & in a while display will go blurred after 5/10 min of power on. I called the sony customer care and a service engineer visited the next day. He just switch on the tv & said that there is some issue in the display panel & the display panel needs to be changed. He gave me an estimate of rs-11000/-. More than one third of the value which i paid to purchase this tv has to be spent on fixing it. After seeing this, i went across the internet to find out a lot of such complaints on sony about their defective display panels across all lcd/led models which is not lasting more than 2-3 years. I could had chosen some other brand's tv which costs less & ready to give 2-3 years of warranty unlike sony's 1 year. This is really a pain for a middle class person to spend such a huge amount on one particular household appliance and also to spend more on the same item. Now i regret why i choosed to buy sony tv. If this is a manufacturing defect why do you even sell it to consumers? Why not fix it? Rather than spending money on advertising, why not spend money on r&d to get defective piece fixed.in sony's caption, it is mentioned as "make. Believe". You "made" & we "believed" you. But you "betrayed" us with the defective pieces. Expecting your response at the earliest on how to take it forward.

                                      I purchased atv set with klv32r402a si, no 4315787 on 12/9/2016from pittappallail, ettimanoor, the diplay became not working and it handed over to madona customer care, kottayamon 06/8/2016. They sent it to their vytila repairing station i am inquired as complaint about it frequently. But they repeating the word wait', parts is not available!
                                      I answered if so please replace the tv set. But they repeating 'wait', parts is not available!
                                      I trusted the sony india and believe to get better an good after sale service
                                      And buy it
                                      My complaint against non replacement or repairing of tv set is still unanswered.
                                      What shall i do for a better result?

                                        Dear sir had purchase sony 28 inch led may 2015. And create problem in aug 2016 and i had purchse in 25000 and it's very costly and branded product i have give complain in sony tv but no response. It's very costly product but no long life. So please replace it. Its problem arise immediately. And it's not good for consumer so please provide justice. Satish jain
