I bought a sony vaio laptop fit 13 model no-svf13n1asns in5 on 01/05/2014... Job sheet number is - j61592080 and i also bought 3 yr extended warranty..2-3 months ago my laptop started giving me some problems.. There was heating problem along with high noise of fan and the charging point was not working properly.. Side beneath the battery started bulging out due to unknown reasons.. So on 05/07/2016 i took my laptop to sony service station...

I am literally fedup with Sony Xperia C4 dual model. Since my purchase of this mobile last 8 months, I have given 3 times for service center. I have given Rs. 2500/- extra for white color and now this service center offering me black color in same model. I can accept higher model but not black color in this same model. Pls help it has been 25 days since I have given mobile to service center.

Sir i have purchase sony led bravia r41b model in april 2015 approx 24000 and after one year arise problem display. And tecnisian said 9000/cost chang. Sony its branded product but pour quality of product. I am unable to waste more money. And shop person said its tv cost 50/rs as a scrab. Please give guidance satish jain [protected]. Sony - not like old days. Last 10-12 years, all sony products have started showing one or the other complaints. Very bad quality product, always highly priced & horrible after sales service.

Sony still uses its "old" brand image to mis-sell their bad quality products, i must say. All sony products has lost its quality & no after sales support no matter how genuine the complaints are.

The complaint was the Red color was not visible in the picture. The picture quality and the voice quality was perfect. There was no problem with the picture or the voice.

Its very bad. I have logged complaint to change TV screen from last month but there is not any action by Sony. I have extended warranty also . Its not cover under it. But I think Sony is not serious or interested for service. Can anyone from Sony look in these matter and resolve it on priority?

My 42inch (sony bravia )LCD not working properly a 4inch white strip coming on screen and over heating please provide me a proper suggestion and information what should I do. I was facing some technical problem in my LED. As such I complained on your Customer Care. The Technician came and he took the LED and committed me that it would be OK with in next two days.

I have purchased Sony Bravia LED KLV-28R412B worth 25k in March 2015. and only within 14-15 months, it has started to show several black vertical lines on the display. The technician sent by the sony service center told us that display panel need to be replaced which will cost 10, 000. Servicing center is not very cooperative when asked about how a brand like sony can fool people like this. NO action has been taken...
