Dear sony team.
This is to inform you that i have purchased a sony c5 cellphone on 17/09/2016. Bt due to the poor build quality i have given for services more than 3 times in span of one year. I wanted to tell that i am not at all happy with the service and the performance of the particular phone. Also i had a mail conversation with the sony team, bt i haven't got any proper response with your team.

    I have purchased Sony Mobile/Xperia M4 Aqua Dua(E2363)l from Bajaj Electronic's Hyderabad on[protected] bearing the following Invoice No: FRM/15/4917. After two months of purchase started facing problem with camera when contacted with the customer care they had to say there was software problem as there's clash with other app which has been downloaded. Slowly the problem was resolved after re-setting. Later the system has to get hanged with a blue screen and the mobile used to not work. Camera completely stopped. Later in the regard have contacted the customer care to provide the Managing Director's address so that mobile can be sent back to them so that they have a look of how the mobile has to operate / Function. But they have refused to provide the address and given a mail id for complaining. We have invested around 22, 000 Rupees and the mobile has hardly functioned not even a year. What is the benefit we have received as a customer a defective product in hand . How come a company like sony india launch defective products and sit quietly. When there are n number complaint arising out of Xperia M4 Acqua cant the company recall the product and check where there's a problem, also check on what needs to be rectified. Even Service Center's are hardly available we have to travel atleast 30 to 40 Kms again investing around 300 to 400 Rs for Auto/Cab. It's really pathetic to see a company sony india operate in this fashion. Do the company needs only sales which generates revenue and not all bothered about the customer who has invested huge money for the product. Where is the Quality of Sony India standing in the market. Now since the warranty has been over were are again being penalised to pay the replacement charges where the replacement quality is also not guranteed. It's a shame on sony india as it launch defective products and loot the customer.

      I have handed over a lcd tv set serial no.4315787 in model klv 32 r 402 replacement of display on at madona customor care kottayam. They sent it to the ernakulam vytila madona customor care. They simply told that there is no parts at present and whenever the parts get then only give it back to kottayam and call them frequently.. The kottayam madona customor care crew told earlier that if the parts is not available the set itself will be replaced with usual charges, now they don't say anything about it. What a service this is?

        My bravia tv got vertical line and need to replace display panel and I paid deposit and many many follow up also no action taken. It is very upsetting that SONY as reputed company treat the customer this way MY this issue was first highlighted in[protected] and again on 27-06-16 by job number J61528037.

        Please do the necessary parts replacement and if the part not available please do change new TV at the price agreed by SONY for the parts

        I have spent lot of time and money to get definite answer from me and I do not agree any other proposal except change the parts or change new TV

          I have purchased one sony led 32r482bin5 on 13.03.2016 from m/s raj electronics, nayapally, bhubaneswar. Due to double image on the screen i have lodged on line complain with company and as per the direction from the service engineer i have handed over the tv for repairing at service center on 09.08.2016. They have assigned job no:-j61907529 by service center. Despite my regular follow up with company and service center i am not getting any status of my set. Even they are not sure when the set will be repaired. This is quite ridiculous. Kindly take up with the company. I am giving the details phone no of the seller and service center.

            Sony service centre is not accepting my xperia z3 compact for repair as it was purchased outside from india (Purchased from qatar). My mobiles' suddenly half of the touchscreen stopped responding so on contacting customer support they asked for showing to service centre, but the service centre refused to accept it saying that they do not have its serial of product and asked for showing it to local vendor. But as this is a sony product why are they not accepting it, as a local vendor would not know about specific repair of this problem better than the manufacturer itself.

              My set is taken by the prompt services, bhopal - service centre of sony mobiles, who had not provided us the set after rectifying the camera problem even after 6 days. Sony service centre staff are not bothered the inconvenience of the customer who is without mobile set.
              Even after continuous contact with the service centre and personal visit, they are getting us agreed as to hand over the set stating that there is no problem with the rear camera, as it is functioning with its high potential.
              When we got compared with the other same model set, the images and performance of both the cameras, even though, they are not concentrating and stating that there is no clarity problem in the rear camera. Even they are not ready to compare both the sets to come to a conclusion with the rear camera clarity and images.

              When we compare both the same model set, it is automatically exposed that the images are not coming clearly in compared to other set. They are not ready to rectify the rear camera.

              We can't expect from such a highly reputed world fame company i. E. 'sony' who is having a variety of product around the world. Whether, the sony company's officials are also not bothered with their customers or after the product is sold out to the customers.

                I bought a phone xperia m5 in feb 2016 which automatically shuts down on it own accord and became dead on 5.08.16
                I gave the mobile on the authorized service center they took my mobile for out of warranty repair saying the glass back is cracked when i later on checked up i found it is a common problem occurring in the phone model m5
                The service center is higly uncooperative and unreachable
                There is no other centre also
                They refused to help when the problem is of software n internal and within warrenty period
                Even long delay and line is a comon problem at the center

                I had given my mobile for change of display at collection center, Sri Radhey complex, science market (CC Id-48) on 9 may 2016. Since then 3 may months have passed but they have not returned my phone yet. Every time they promise to return it in 2-3 days but don't do so. Pls help.

                  Gave my sony experia m4 on 21 august for repairing... They told to receive it after 7 days. But when i went to take it.. They told me to come after some days... They kept on delaying the service... And it has been almost a month since then and i still have not received my mobile... And the people providing services at service centre does not behave properly and are very rude in our conversation, they are paying no attention to any of my problems...

                    I buy sony xperia m5 of rupees 35, 299 . on 10/10/2015 and getting some problem in it, It get switched off by its own many times after getting in contact of water due to rain but on the manual it is clearly given that this handset is water proof. I went to service centre (Aligarh ) and they said that your handset is not in under warranty but I have the bill of my handset with one year warranty.

                      I purchased sony xperia m5 dual smartphone for rs.25000 from sony
                      Center, sai balaji enterprises vizag on 25.06.2016.

                      Submitted at authorized service center innovative technologies vizag on 23.07.16, while its in warranty period, by only using just for 10 days the
                      Handset started showing severe problems of auto off & while submitting
                      For complaint never really starting.

                      I was told for 15 days of delivery time, now that its almost 30 days
                      What is the status of my handset.

                      When enquired at customer care they are telling its waiting for the
                      Hardware spare.

                      A company like sony if they cannot afford to have spare part of a
                      Product why they are selling it in market.

                      A company like sony if they know that the handset is having problem
                      Why do they launch it in market.

                      I want to have my handset at the earliest or else i will go to the
                      Consumer court.

                        I purchased an xperia z5 premium dual with all my savings. Last week due to rain the phone stopped working. It was in my pocket when it was raining. I remember all the flaps were closed as they always are. The screen started flickering and then the screen was non responsive. The device seemed like it got crash or something. I went to nearest xperia store where the attendant told me that the device is water damaged and the only option i have is to pay 80% of the initial cost of new phone to get it replaced.
                        {moreover, i don't have an insurance on the device because the only insurance retailer is syska gadget secure which i found in my previous phones to be a fraud investment.}
                        This is horrible service. I don't want my phone to be replaced by some other phone. I want my phone repaired!!! I want my data back!!! I don't want refund for a device which your company claimed to be water resistant or waterproof ipx8 or anything. I am a sony lover, i respect your phones. It is unfair to pay for my device to be restored or replaced. I want my important college research data which is in internal memory of my phone.
                        I am very disappointed with the response of customer care guy from service centre.
                        If you don't take serious action on this, i believe the only option left for me is to file a complaint on your company under indian penal code 1860, section 415 & section 209/ or simply under false claim act.

                          I purchased a sony led 42 inch led costing 64000 on oct 2013 at jodhpur, on 18 jun 2016 while i was watching tv suddenly screen started
                          flickering and showing dual images and there after some vertical lines.next i lodged a complaint to customer care accordingly a rep from service centre came and after inspection informed me that panel gone defective and repair cost is around 23000.so far despite of my frequent mail and personal contact my problem is not resolved.now i feel purchasing a sony tv is a mistake

                            Purchased a new Sony Xperia M5- E5663*on 13th Oct 2015.

                            Phone was getting auto switched off and gets started only after it was plugged to Powe socket. Phone used to roast and heated like anything.

                            Took it to the service center and they just did software refresh but it didn't solve the problems so took it back within two days and they told told keep it for 10 days and changed motherboard after which they gave it back.

                            Few days it worked but again the same problem continued.

                            Went to the service center and the phone is with service center from 23rd July with no response.


                            Told them that I am ready to pay the difference for a higher phone X5 premium and they verbally agreed but later refused saying there is no such policy.

                            I am just waiting and waiting and waiting.

                            They agreed to give same model which I don't know if it is a new one or a refurbished one.

                            Please help.

                              Very first day when I receive this handset I face problem regarding voice communication to another person. When I call anyone they reply they not able hear my voice clearly. I think a new handset approximately price 30000/- with problem with mike given to naive customer. After this I go fourtimes to service center in jaipur rajapark. Any time situation remain same. Last time one person of this center behave very rudely and they use my handset 45 days and after this no improvement. Kindly resolve problem asap.

                                Sir / Madam,

                                A Sony Xperia C5 Black cell phone with ser No and IMEI No as[protected] and [protected] respectively, was bought vide the bill No 6690 dt 07 Jan 2016 from M/s Raj Musico, Agra.

                                It has since been about 07 months; and we have been COMPELLED to visit the 'service centre' at M/s Ankur Care Center, MG Road, Agra, for not less than EIGHT times - or even more - owing to the incessantly cropping up of FAULT after FAULT in the aforesaid cell phone out of the range of products from your company.

                                The latest LATEST 'fault' has been booked with the above stated service centre vide the service ID [protected] and job ID W1-[protected] dt 13 Aug 2016 due to a) inoperative OUTGOING voice, b) hung touch screen, and c) inability to be connected to TV.

                                It is nagging & extremely disgusting that a product of Xperia range from Sony, out of SUBSTANTIAL cost, could be of such 'inferior' quality that keeps on bothering the user with one or another issue all through the INITIAL 08 months. What are we to anticipate thereafter when the 'warranty period' gets OVER ? One fourth of the of the time of possession of the product has been spent in parting away with the product at the service centre ! Henceforth, we will NEVER heed to any suggestion of recommendation for Sony cell phones.

                                Besides, the attendants at the service centre would not listen to the customer's grievances - and instead EDUCATE them more on the experience that the customer would intend to share with. The attendants NEED to be a little patient as well as polite.

                                Kindly reconcile, and ensure, that hereafter it will NOT be mandatory for us to keep on visiting the Sony Service Centre repeatedly and frequently. The cell may be retained for a reasonably extended period; to be returned with a SOLID GUARANTEE of 'sustained hassle free' service to the convenience of the user, please.

                                I bought sony led tv 32'' on 20th july 2015, it got damaged 10 days back only, means it got damaged after 10 days of warranty, i paid 30000 for 1 year.very disappointed, i think they only designed for 1 year, you never win customer hearts by using terms and conditions, picture tube got damaged, its worth very costly, what would i do now

                                    This mail requires your immediate attention .

                                    We had purchased the Sony TV Remote from Vigneswara service center one of your authorized dealers in Bangalore Koramangala. The job sheet number was J61017212. The television Model"KDC-32EX420" was also mentioned to him along with our TV Remote No RM- GD020 . After waiting for four long months we got the remote which we ordered but to our dismay the remote is not working with our television, the reason being the remote given to us is fora different model . The remote given was GD032.

                                    We have expressed our strong dissatisfaction to the customer service center today at 5.00 PM . We spoke to one Mr. Pavan and expressed our dissatisfaction. He has taken time to consult his seniors about the issue and has given the complaint number as "33873104"

                                    Kindly see that i should get a replacement for the remote i purchased. Awaiting a positive reply

                                      We have complain many time at Sony Dealer & Sony Service Center, We purchased new Sony TV which was defected . After complaining to Sony Dealer & Sony Service Center, We are not getting any proper revert from then.

                                      Please help to get TV Replaced .

                                      Still Complaints is not resolved, Why this ticked is marked as Resolved. As of now we got Temporary OLD TV from service center, Still we have not get New TV in replaced of TV which we bought.

                                        Dear,
                                        I bought an led in oct 14 from ashoka trading sec 16 from faridabad, product was financed from bajaj finserv.I was told by mr parminder (from Sony) -[protected] to extend the warranty of the product on which i agreed.He prepared a rough estimate about the extra Emi amount to be paid as extended warranty & told that all details will be updated online with bajaj finserv.I didn't notice the amount of emis & make all the payments clear on time.But few days back my led stop working and when i called cust care they told to pay the service charges, i told them that its on under warranty but they deny.
                                        I visited today 12 aug 16 to check with ashoka trading and showed the proof of receipt which mr parminder has prepared that time for extended warranty but they simply told that might be parminder forgot to mention the same in documents.Kindly let me know where i am faulty & why i need to pay the charges when i was told that your product is under warranty.
                                        I still kept the Sony led box carton cover where it is mentioned Bravia 2 Year extended warranty * sold separately in the assumption that this is the proof of extention of warranty but i was wrong.
                                        I am attaching all the documents which i am having with me.
