Sir, my name is ambreesh pandey, i received a xperia t2 ultra dual on 7/3/2016, on the next day of receiving my phone. I started facing problems like not charging, sim slot not working, micro sd card slot error, heating issues, battery drain and software related issues, i visited service center on just next day of receiving phone and requested them to replace my device because there are a lot issues in this phone in just one day, but they never replaced my device nor replaced it, i submitted my phone 3 to 4 times in service center janakpuri d. C delhi, every time they repair my device and after 2 or 3 days, the device gets dead completely, now its almost 5 months and i haven't use my device, sony manipulated me, today i visited service center in noida sector 18 so that may be they can help me out. But they don't submitted my device and told me that the service center where i submitted my device has created damage to the pcb, and they will not submit it in warranty, invoice and pics attached.
I want my device to get replaced immediately. Else i would like to file a case in consumer forum against sony and service center. Please help me.

    I have purchased new sony c4 handset on 25/09/2015 and after few months i started facing problem with my handset touch problem sensor problem over heating problem my handset has been to service centre 4 times but still it's not working properly company executive saying that they had replaced touch panel motherboard but nothing is fine with this phone i want my handset to be replace please resolve my problem

      Hello team,

      This is to file a consumer complain against sony india.

      My sony smart tv model - kdl-43w950c which is still under warranty, stopped working last month around 12th of july and is at the service station since then. I have been chasing them for the repairing/replacement of the product. It has been over 45 days and i still do not have any resolution from them. The service center says that they have raised a request for the replacement of the product since the product parts are not available with them. However, nothing has happened yet and i am still waiting.
      I really need you to look into this and help me. This is really an harassment to call up/visit the service center every day.

      Hoping that you will take my case and get me what i deserve.

        I hereby to say that I have my Sony Xperia z1 compact bought in September 2014. I have faced some problem in my mobile on 14th Aug 2016, as my volume down button making the function of power button and fluctuation came on 14th and on same day it was dead. So I decided to go for Sony authorized centre and submitted my handset on 15th Aug. They told that it is dead so we will forward to Chennai for estimation for cause of dead of my cell as what problem caused would u get resolve this after 15 days after estimation comes. And after four days the Sony called about estimation and that was shocked for me as I was bought this of Rs.28000 and estimation came of Rs 26800. They told that the board will change and screen problem there and all. I told that there will not much more problem in my mobile. But they told the estimation has come and you want to repair or not. I told just bring back my handset. I got my hand set on 26th Aug. And they are also demanding for inspection charges of Rs 115. And I visited to local and nothing any problem I am facing in set. As only charging required then it started and I am using it without any problems. So how estimation has come for this handset if board has to be change and screen... But here is no such any issue. If we take out the valuation of my handset after 2 yrs it will apprx come around 23-24. So how this estimation come of rs 26800. All are trying to make fool to the customer to make money as such a important. I am very much unsatisfied from this estimation and your chekup services for this handset. You have provided wrong information to the customer and violated with wrong estimation. How I manage in 10 days without handset as I am in service job. I want the compensation which I got loss within this period if there is no such problem and you took more time in resolve. I want explanation in this issue... Please look into this matter from customer concern.

          I have given the sony music system to your authorized service centre - m/s club electronics at south extension new delhi vide job no. J61985107 for the symptom “set goes to standby mode”. The complaint no was[protected]' for music system model no.-hdc-az33d, serial no.6106236.

          Upon inspection of the product, engineer observed that the main board, sledge motor and belt are defective and need to be replaced for satisfactory working of the product. Therefore, the initial service estimate of rs.5, 749/- was informed on 22 august 2016

          Again when checked on 26 august 2016 it was informed that the product has lived its life. Now, it is very difficult to get the parts. The system was lying at service center for since 6th august 2016.

          I have bought the system 8 years back and music system is hardly been used. I have purchased a high quality and a costly system of a brand of sony, thought it will perform for years but sorry to say very poor and hopeless services by such a big brand.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased a home theater system bdve3200. and complaint to customer care for installation of the above said home theater system on august 19 with id34010571 and it was insisted to shrusti enterprises davangere. but one person from shrusti enterprises called me by cell [protected] and told me that he will send a technician. but no one called me on aug 22. i called back to the same number through which he called me but he didn't pick my call. i again complained to the customer care number & lodged a complaint of the same on aug 24 with id34117855. the person from customer care assured me that he will make arrangements within 2 days. but no one from the above said enterprises visited & made installation. again on aug 27. i called to the customer care with id 34188766.& asked for the reason he said me that first time when he called me. i never got the call. the second time there was a power failure. which seems so silly to me.& said to the third person of customer care that if i never picked his call. how could i call him back. & for the second reason how come he knew that there is no power in our place. my home is equipped with u. p. s which is enough for installation. i also said the 3rd person from customer care whom i called on aug 27 that if you can suggest the service center technicians to install by one day. but till date no one of your service center customer care called me up & resolved my problem. i fell shame to say that such a huge reputed sony company does not have a proper customer care service & installation team. hence please buy back the home theater system so that i can purchase an another company's home theater system or else take action against those presons who are spoiling your reputation. hope you will do the needfull& reply to me the action taken against them.

              Submitted my tv on 16 june 2016 with job sheet no. J61697705.
              For the complaint of lcd panel broken, ,
              but till now my problem of the tv is not rectified .
              Says - parts not available .
              They are not even ready to replace the tv with the option of 25% reduction on the mrp. With the similar size tv.

              More over the worst part is i have been calling the service centre, patna since 15 days but they r not replying it.

              Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                Sir i have purchase sony led bravia r41b model in april 2015 approx 24000 and after one year arise problem display. And tecnisian said 9000/cost chang. Sony its branded product but pour quality of product. I am unable to waste more money. And shop person said its tv cost 50/rs as a scrab. Please give guidance satish jain [protected]. Vadodra gujarat. I have believe in sony product its my mistake.

                  Sony - not like old days. Last 10-12 years, all sony products have started showing one or the other complaints. Very bad quality product, always highly priced & horrible after sales service.

                  Sony still uses its "old" brand image to mis-sell their bad quality products, i must say. All sony products has lost its quality & no after sales support no matter how genuine the complaints are.

                  The 55-inch 3d led tv model no. Son-kdl55hx750 bearing serial no. 3255289, was purchased on[protected] from qrs retail limited, west nadakkavu, calicut via their invoice no.[protected].

                  All was well until 16th aug 2016, where it started showing a horizontal line which is around 1-inch wide on the lower half of the tv plus an additional blackness was seen on the left half of the screen making it blackish.

                  Upon requesting the service from its authorised centre, technician informed that it is a problem with the display panel & that it need to be replaced for which it will cost around rs.46, 000/-.

                  Whaaaaaat the hell???

                  I have sent a mail directly to sony requesting to replace the display foc or asking for a discount on the new spare part price; as its only been 3 yrs now.

                  I have been a sony customer for the last 28 years, but when i am confronted with a genuine complaint, sony had not even cared to reply the mail or to support me in any manner. The tv is very expensive with a price tag of rs.1, 13, 000/-.

                  It was quite a shock and a huge scar on the repute of sony, to understand that there is no warranty provided for display panel for such a costly product, even for atleast 5 years???

                  Very bad quality product i must say, always highly priced & horrible service. Sony still uses its "old" brand image to mis-sell their bad quality products, i must say. All sony priducts has lost its quality & no after sales support no matter how genuine tge complaints are.

                    Dear Sir

                    I have lodged a complaint to your service center @[protected] and to the bangalore authorised service center "Abhivrudhi Tech" on 22nd August 2016, complaint number [protected]. The complaint was the Red color was not visible in the picture. The picture quality and the voice quality was perfect. There was no problem with the picture or the voice.

                    But with deep regret to inform you that the responds from both the service centers were pretty bad. On 24th evening @ 9.30 pm one of the technician had come and without checking the TV, he has informed that the picture tube has gone. He was bit hurry and not having the intention to identify the complaint or to rectify the problem. I could notice that his attitude was not good. But the TV was in perfect working condition, we were able to see the TV and the picture quality, voice quality was pretty good except the red colour was not visible.

                    Since I have insisted, he has open the TV and checked. He has cleaned the circute board and done something. It was working. The red color was visible and the picture quality was perfect. But next day(25th August 2016) we have switched on the TV, we could find that the same old problem is persisting. We could not see the Red color in the picture. I have again lodged a complaint to your service center. Your call center executive has informed that he will sent another technician. But till today no one has responded.

                    Yesterday (27th august 2016) again i have called up you service center, but as a surprise, I got different update from your service center people. I could find that there is a gap and the differences in the actual fact and the update provided my your bangalore service center/technician in your system.
                    I have informed your people to cross check and address my complaint immediately. I had a discussion with one Mr.Ashik(Supervisor) and requested him to cross check with the technician and address my complaint immediately. But till now, no responds and no communication

                      Its very bad. I have logged complaint to change TV screen from last month but there is not any action by Sony. I have extended warranty also . Its not cover under it. But I think Sony is not serious or interested for service. Can anyone from Sony look in these matter and resolve it on priority?

                            Hello Sir,

                            I have purchased Sony Bravia LED KLV-28R412B worth 25k in March 2015. and only within 14-15 months, it has started to show several black vertical lines on the display. The technician sent by the sony service center told us that display panel need to be replaced which will cost 10, 000. Servicing center is not very cooperative when asked about how a brand like sony can fool people like this. NO action has been taken after we refused to pay such high amount to repair the tv. Please help me to find out solution for this situation.

                              This is reference to - SONY KDL46W700A smart television that I purchased on 12th May 2014 from Rahul electronic PVT LTD (Goregaon West), details of the same are as mentioned below:

                              I am very unhappy with the current situation that I am facing, its been 3-4 days since my Television is not working, on checking with the service team we have been notified that the panel is out and we need to replace it with a new one worth 30, 000.00 INR. i fully understand that the warranty was only for a year & its been more than 2yrs now, but does that mean that if such huge misshapes occur the Sony group does not take any ownership, looking at it this way sonny would manage to earn 1, 10, 000.00 on such cases in a short span of just two years.

                              The reputation of Sony is so huge that common salaried people like us, use up even their saving & opt for such expensive television thinking that this is a one time investment & to my surprise the television has stopped working in just a year over the warranty period.

                              I am very disappointed with the product & the service equally is bad as the people are not willing to provide any kind of support. I need a replacement of the dead part with a new one as early as possible and at a considerate rate and i am absolutely not willing to pay 30, 000.00 INR as it does not make sense to pay such a big amount in such a short span of time that too after buying a product from a reputed company like SONY, I could have easily opted for a Micromax or any other competitor prevailing in the market with same features & at a very low cost, just because people have faith in you & your products, you have no rights to play with their emotions.

                              I expect a very positive response and quick resolution to my problem.

                                  I bought Xperia XA Dual (F3116) with product ID: [protected] on 25/08/2016 from sai electronics shop no. 28, B&E DDA market, Dilshad garden, Delhi 110095 and got to know that the phone has major battery drainage issues. It gets discharged even without using it. It runs for 3-4 hours only on average usage and it takes longer time to get fully charged although the company promises fast charging, it also hangs. Camera is also below average. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and also i would like to return the product and get a refund. i want my money back. i feel duped

                                    We purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-55W800C 139cm 55" Full HD 3D LED Android TV from an authorized Sony Center(THE R&R MARKETING COMPANY), Chokalingam Nagar, Madurai.

                                    I would like to bring this to your notice, that this TV has taken away our peace of mind.

                                    We paid not to buy the TV, but to ruin our happiness at home. This TV is hanging very frequently. The authorized service center at Madurai has employees that do not know how to diagnose the problem. I am sick and tired of hearing the following from from every technician who comes home
                                    (i) The WiFi should be switched off( What is the purpose of buying a smart TV)
                                    (ii) The HDMI Port is causing problems, so use the other slot
                                    (iii) DTH set top box should be replaced
                                    (iv) The software should be updated and so on

                                    This is a perfect example of the great saying" A bad carpenter blames his tools"

                                    I kindly request you to please replace the TV for almighty's sake and give me a piece of mind

                                      I submitted my laptop to change the diaplay in the service center haldwani on dated 8th aug 2016..they changed the display but some small part of laptop is with the engineer and he is in leave now but now from 15th aug daily the service center guys are giving excuses like still the engineer is on leave he will come after 1 day..sometimes after 2..3 days..i visited their so many times now..plz give me a good solution bcoz i cant wait now or otherwise i will go for a complaint in consumer court.

                                        Purchased on 28-4-16 installed on 1-5-16 same day display problem it replaced. From 10-8-16 internet not sporting dates changed to 1-1-15. Complain registered on12-8-16 id 33857722 tech. From paragon enterprises chennai visited. Again complaint registered on 19-8-16 id 34024730 three times technician visited problem not yet solved. How long do you want us to wait. We have not purchased your product just to keep it like show off. Pl do the necessary
