I Sony Experia M4 aqua dual sim, still under warranty is not getting charged. Sony service centre in Shimla is not attending to my problem.Asking me to go to Chandigarh myself. Really not acceptable.. Disappointed in the service. Need my problem to b attended as soon as possible . This is not what I signed up for when I bought the phone. Will tell the people around me to not buy any product of this brand.

    i have sony vaio laptop, model name SVF15219SNB, i have issue for bubble creating on my touch screen, i have attached video with this complaint, which is creating a problem in my computer work as mouse printer stucking, some times mouse printer bliking very frequently. kindly suggest for best solution.

      My complaint-[1]-my smartphone heating/camera /hanging problem after one month later i will going to service center vanarasi 10 feb 2016but service center not solved my problem one month ten days later job no-w[protected] i recived mobile 19 march 2016
      [2]-after ten days i will going to service center 29 march 2016 same problem and flash problem job no w[protected] i recived the smartphone 23 april 2016 but problem not solved
      [3]-after two days i will going to service center 25 april 2016 same problem and speed problem battery backup problem job no w[protected] but service center not solved my problem i recived a replacement handset imei no-[protected] but handset not properly very falts in replacment handset i recived 19 may 2016
      [4]-after five days i will going to service center 24 may 2016 same problem and camera problem heating problem flash problem slow working and etc job no-w[protected] recived handset 18 june 2016 but problem not solved service center
      [5]-18 june 2016 digit my handset job no w[protected] problem same slow working and heating camera flash battery slow working and etc problem recived 6 july 2016 but problem not solved the service center
      [6]-06 july 2016 digit my handset job no w[protected] battery /heating /flash /speed and etc i recived the hand set 04 august 2016 but problem not solved the service center
      [7]- now my problem over heating /slow working/camera /disply pixel dead /battery not give backup /sim card not run this phone/hanging problem etc
      [8]-main service center six month run but problem not solved i say that you will give me my rupees or a new phone next 48 hour for you or i complaint to upbhokta phoram next seven days please solved my problem
      Plese rsolve my problem very fast

          We are using sony xperia c4 model mobile. 3 weeks back, we gave the phone to service in hosur service center, after service finished at the time of talking, automatically the apps are getting open without my knowledge. When i discuss about this in the service center they are not answering properly.In hosur service center peoples are not giving a proper response for this problem. So do the needfull.

            This is about the customer service regarding the mobile charger which i requested to replace fortnights back and the service centre gave me nothing but toing and froing even after 10 days. I have had the similar experience earlier too. This is surprising that a brand like sony might behave like that and and disappoint and force me to the extent that i hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

              It is to bring it to your notice that i have purchased the sony music system which when it's switched on then it's turn off immediately, when check with the service center at club electronics, sony authorized service center, e-25 south ext.-ii, delhi, mr. Satbir singh told us that the dm board is faulty, model no.- hcd-az33d, fan no.- 6106236 and he dosn't have this part. I being a loyal customer of sony products feels that the company should be able to either repair or give an alternate music system (I do not mind paying some amount)

              Looking forward to an early solution of repair or replacement. Attaching the image of service job sheet.

              I have purchased Sony Bravia TV KLV-32EX330 serial no.3263465 in Sep.2016 based on the b rand image, reliability even though its cost is very very high compared to same type other company TVs expecting its high quality and I feel great after purchasing TV. But surprisingly this high branded TV gave the double image and I gave complaint to customer care with request no 34005540. The service engineer told it is the problem with pannel and it has to be replaced with the cost of Rs 11, 000.My expectations with high branded TV totally failed.Again paying this huge amount make me heavy burden. Requested sony management to look into it other wise impression on Sony products will come down

                I have sony led tv model no. Klv32ex330 which has been brought on 2012. Within four years, problems starts arsing, the tv screen is now jumping. I had registered complaint and sony engineer had came and examine the tv. He said this is happen because you "switching of the tv by remote and left it for some hours" he said you have to switch off the main switch immediately when it is not in use.. If we didn't switch off main connection then colors will spilled and screen will damage that is happened with my tv. My question is that, if really this is the issue then your distributor or installation person should has to clearly inform us for same. Now the tv screen is damaged. Who will take responsible for this damage...? I know warranty period is over but this not our mistake that i have to bear the screen cost. If i am or anyone who purchasing brand tv sony because we believe they provide good quality product, we don't see cost but this time i have worst experience ever happened in my life. I had send e-mail to sony india and response also came from ms. Nilima but after listening my issue she is also not replying.

                  I have purchased sony xperia t3 mobile phone on 10/01/2015. From starting i have a issue of battery backup problem. After several visits to sony service centre problem of battery drain not resolved. At last on 04/07/2016 i handed my mobile phone in
                  Sree balaji electronics (Sony authorised service centre). Still now there is no response. And now the service engineer is telling me to pay 21000/- rupees for exchange for an another mobile phone because the company has no stock for mobile battery. Sir i have buyed sony xperia t3 for 20000/- and again 21000. Sir i can pay only 25%of my mobile coast for another mobile phone. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      My name is mr. Rahul chauhan and i have purchased sony android tv model number kdl50w800c and serial number 4502446 from reliance digital (Borivali west-shimpoli branch) on 8th april 2016.

                      My tv got stop working on last week of july 2016 and so i launch complaint against it and my complaint number is j61818641. The sony services person had visited my place on 30th july 2016 and ask us to wait for 7 days to replace some internal part. The services person has not given us any standby facility. At the end of 7 days i got call from services center to wait for another 7 days. So i strongly asked for standby facility, which was given it to me on 9th august 2016 end of the day. The tv which was given on standby facility was also faulty and it did not work.

                      I am very much brand averse person and chosen sony which is one of the best brand for all the electronics products. But i fail to understand the after sale services, which is till now very bad experience for me.

                      I request sony to please address my problem and provide me the replacement for the tv which i bought on april 2016, which got stop working on end of july 2016.

                      It is less than 6 month, my tv has got problem and before i loose faith on sony brand. I expect that my replacement request is much more valuable than global sony brand.

                      Sincere request to replace my television as soon as possible. I expect my problem will be addressed earliest and i will get satisfactory revert from sony.

                        Sony india :-techincal problem


                        Sir, i bought android tv from sony - model-kdl-50w950c in nov 2015 product no :[protected] serial no _so[protected]. I had to get a fresh piece soon after purchase as it was some electrical problem such as (All external /internal connecting component carrying electric current eg usb cable blue ray, hdmi cable or tv back panel out put connector) as reason our blue ray damage mother board. Alreday i made a complaint no[protected] about 4 month but not satisfied note that it giving problem exactly.
                        Service engineer who visited more time but said that the not problem solve so far as me after that i am yet to hear back from near sony service center (Shop no 5-6 yashonarayn bldg plot no 403/b old panvel railway staion). Again as same statement. So, i doubt whether the replacement given to me earlier was a show room piece?

                          Its an extreme displeasure to let u know that my xpria handset is hanging up many many times since the day i purchased, when giving to sony service center, they had no clue of what is wrong and simply said its out of warranty and its hard ware problem, their call center no is not giving and explanation and the local service center where i put the phone for service has no aidea except saying its goign to cost you and it will take 7 days
                          This is shere disgrace and lak of customer support from a company like sony

                          Please help urgently, compare your self with so great and consumer friendly phones like samsung, i think buying a sony product is a big mistake i have made

                            My phone was defective was never got repaired properly till date & need replacement now. details of issues are frequent shutting off, heating, mic problem, wifi/bluetooth problem, motherboard problem etc as per job sheet given at your service centre below;
                            For your ready reference i am giving you following details: (date of purchase – 14/12/2014)

                            During warranty time it was submitted for faultiness & each time delivered with same defects remaining unsolved.

I complaint my sony rv22 music system repairing issue last month, in that case company call back to mee and tell abt refund my half purchase money for my deck, then once again no reply on that, i also send my service centre receipt by mail, service centre staff behave very bad words also, also not refund my deck also, such a bad response from sony, don't take any sony products, also customer service is too much bad, good but sony

                                Sony india — technical problem

                                Sir / mam, i purchased sony xperia xa f3116 (Imei number - [protected]) from chadha mobile house which located at near bhagat singh chowk, jalandhar on dated[protected] in rs. 20, 000. On very next day i was start facing some problems in my phone. Within two days i went to sony service point jalandhar and the technical person update my phone and make me sure that it will work correctly but next day the problems are still in phone. I again went to service point and request to replace my phone. They accept and issue a doa to me. I received a new phone in same model (Imei number - [protected]), color on[protected]. I don't know why but the phone was changed but problem were same. I went to service point and they updated it even after updation the problems are there.
                                I send a legal notice to the service point at jalandhar which i demand that give a phone replace or exchange or back me money including damages.
                                Please reply me within 12-15 days otherwise i will proceed

                                  Uddenly it's stop working on 30/7/2016
                                  I hv lodge complaint and their engineer came chkd n he one part to be
                                  Replace which will be done within 4/5 days
                                  From 1st aug i am contacting their customer service they were saying
                                  It's under process tdy i spk to them firmly they said part is not available in
                                  India so they hv to get from abroad then only my tv will be repair
                                  When exactly they will get part they don't know
                                  I hv sent them many email asking replace with new tv since they do not have
                                  Parts but no one reply and customer service standard reply under process
                                  Ince part is not available why we should suffer my tv down from 30/7

                                  So tv buyer be aware to buy foreign co products

                                    My sony bravia led tv not working since 20 july 2016. I complain in your call center on 20 july 2016. Your representative (Krish electronics) come for repair on 21 jul 2016. He told me my tv mother board burnout due to moisture, i told him to replace that, krish electronics told me that my tv repair cost go max upto rs 6000 only, but some money required in advance and duration of time approx 4 to 5 days. I pay money on 30 july 2016, today 08 july no one come to repair or change the motherboard, i call krish electronics and your call center on 06 & 08 july 2016 both days. He told me i call and inform you detail. But no call i receive from your side, today either krish electronics or your call center ready to say accurate date for repair. If sony center not have parts then who suppose to kept parts of your tv. From last 20 days my family and myself without tv. You under stand without entertainment and news how people will live. I frusted from your side. I not purchase the tv life only 3 to 4 years, i purchase the sony brand due to service expect from your side. Please help me earlier as soon as possible.

                                      I bought android tv from sony - model-kdl-43w950c in july 2015. I had to get a fresh piece soon after purchase as it was restarting frequently. I got a new piece and serial number is 4501719.
                                      On saturday, 30th july 2015, tv was not switching on and i made a complaint[protected]. Note that it started giving problem exactly after the expiry of warranty. So, i doubt whether the replacement given to me earlier was a show room piece?
                                      Service engineer who visited said that the mother board has gone and after that i am yet to hear back from sony.
                                      Despite repeated follow-up, i got to know that it would cost rs. 10, 350/-. I am really surprised to know that sony has become very bad in quality of late??!!.
                                      I am a hard-core fan of sony products, particularly tv and home theater systems.
                                      Not sure what should i do now as i have no communication from sony for more than 10 days now.
                                      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I am yet to get an update from Sony. I have been calling Sony call center on the toll free number - [protected] almost every alternate day to check on my complaint number[protected] and I keep getting the same answer that they have notified the service center and someone will come. It has not happened for the last 15 days now.

                                      The service centre number[protected] is always engaged and could not talk to anyone.

                                      This is pathetic service by Sony.

                                      After continuous follow-up with the service center, the issue was finally resolved on Saturday, 27th August.

                                        I had given my lcd tv to the sony service center in velachery on 23rd july 2016 since the power fucntion was not working manually / by remote. After 3/4 days they informed that the mother board is to be changed and i gave a green signal. After three days they informed that the spare parts are not available but i am eligible for 25% discount on any new product i buy. I selected the product and informed them about the led tv - model no. Klv 48w 562d and they informed the price is rs. 55900 but wanted to confirm the dd amount. After several days on august 06, 2016 they informed me the dd amount will be informed only by monday i. E. Today (8.8.2016). I told them i am not happy with the speed and quality of service i am not interested in sony products and went ahead and purchased a led tv of lg make (Despite the fact that i preferred sony products so far) my complaints are:
                                        1.In this era of digital world why it is taking so much time to respond to customer queries? They should be able to tell the availability of parts by click of a button.

                                        2. Why does it take so much days to inform the customer about price of a product while it is available across the counter in your showrooms?

                                        3. The customer service people lack the concern and attention to customers and they respond as if it's company's rules and policy and so on.

                                        I strongly feel sony should be one of the top companies in india for quality and service, but no where near the mark in my latest experience. Now, i am forced to take back my tv set without repairs which i shall do with utter dissatisfaction in my mind.

Surprising to note the time taken to inform spare parts availability takes more than 4 days and more than 5 days to inform the price of a product in this digital and automation era.

                                        Hope the consumer product companies soon realize that the customer decides the business and not the company.

                                        I have purchased Sony android TV in November 2015. Few months TV was ossam.but after it started blinking oftenlly. When I called customer service, they said it's software update issue. After software update the issue is same. I am thinking it's hardware issue. But company is not agreeing.
