I have given my cyber shot for repair, when I visited again to pay the actual fee to repair it, the girl told me that we are not sure that after repairing this it will work fine or not but when I got a call from service center she told me you have to pay 4000 and it will work fine. The same thing I told her today and she rudely said to me that after calling you our engineer told us that I may work properly. I said for this you are taking 173 charge and still you have not diagnosed the exact problemishes. She told me come tomorrow n take ur camera and come before 7 pm, I said not sure bcs tomorrow is my working and today I m on leave and she replied and said still you r coming at 6:50 pm and she told me that directly say that you will not come to collect this and she stood goes went in a room and bought my camera and said take your camera. I said 5 min before u said sir is not in office so we cannot give u camera right now den from where u got it now. She straightforward said that I haven't saif like this and find out a better skilled labour to repair this camera. A lot more happened but this was my worst customer service experience in my life. Truely speaking not going to buy any Sony products know and I will do the complaint to higher or may be highest level if I will not get the satisfactory resolution

    I, vijay shah, your customer is facing issue with an led tv of model no: kdl - 46w700a of your company.

    It has just been 2-3 years, that we have purchased it from vijay sales, and the entire tv display is showing trouble. Regarding this, we had also called your customer care office, they had sent a boy with job no: j61996756 on 19/8/2016. He informed that we need to change the entire panel of the tv and the cost we will have to bear is of rs 30, 228/-.
    Sir/ma'm, at this price one can actually buy a new tv. We being your loyal customer deserve good discount on repairs or replacment. And any tv lasts for a longer period than this tv of sony did. I demand better discount, as we have been using sony for years and this kind of fault should not arise within such a short term of period.
    Request you to take my complaint in consideration and act on it asap.

      Got my 1 year and two days old tablets display broken and got answer from service center and toll free number that they have discountinued product so i dont have any other option than throwing one year old tablet to dustbin. Bs i have more than 20 sony products at my home and i wont really buy a 500 rs. Product also from sony again. Worst customer service experience ever.

      when i registered a ticket my tablet was under warranty and i went to service center just after two days and they are saying its out of warranty. so what does ticket number means to you guys ? and to hell with the warranty i am ready to pay for display. sell it to me. how can you discontinue product at any time and not provide support for it.

        I had bought sony ex330 (32 inches) in november2012 at 32000 rupees, which comes with 1year waranty only. On aug2016, tv gone blank no response. Raised complaint with sony service center and engineer checked it and found main board of tv gone. Sony service center given cost of repair as:
        1. Main board cost - 6500
        2. Servicing charge - 600
        3. Onsite tv inspection charge/travel charge -200
        I had opted for sony with high prices reason being high quality and durable long lasting product. But it failed in 3 year only, i will recommend never go for sony better buy low cost led tv (Same size tv less than 20k)
        Which comes with 3-5 year waranty like mircomax, croma etc.
        Instead of reparining it from sony, i hired a local tv engineer he will fix the main board and reinstall it.

          I has submitted my sony tv for repair and first they took one month to intimate me that they are unable to repair after that i was told that they can offer me a replacement in payment of 75 percent of mrp on some other model and they will retain my set. As i was left with no other and made the payment through cheque. More than fifteen days have passed and no information is being given when the set will be delivered. The service centre response is pathetic and customercare response is not coming this inspite various mails to the service head and sony india

            I have purchased the sony lcd tv model klv 32 r 402 a, sl. no, 4315787 on 12/9/2013 from pittappallil, ettumanor, ktm. now the display not working.. as per direction of the c care on complaint, i handed it over to madona customer care, kottayam_the customer care said to me that if the parts is out of stock the product will be replaced with condition that the cost of the damaged parts will be bear with. but there is no response so far. what shall i do to get it back? why this undue delay from a good named brand? and where is the customer's right to have a satisfactory dealing? due response through malayalam to [protected]

              This is alok kumar from pune. My complaint is regarding sony laptop. I am totally disappointed with your service center. Actually i purchased sony laptop from reliance store, bhopal. My laptop is around of 3 and half years old. I went to service centre more than 15 or around 20 times in sony service center but i never get my proper solution from your service center side. I have lot's of complaint regarding the same but still i mentioned in short. Please see my problem and contact to me as soon as possible.

                I have dropped my sony xperia t3 d5102 hand set at your sony i-connect service center sheetla mata road gurgaon.122001 (Haryana)

                To resolve charging problem. My hand set has repaired by untrained and unprofessional person he damaged my set.

                At the time of hand-over there is minor crack on right sight on back cover and when i came to collect my hand set the back cover has broken on the other side

                This is happened because your untrained mechanic he don't have a experience how to fit back cover. When i complained to your care executive he don't want to hear my voice.

                This is indefensible and very shameful. This type of sony i connect service is not appreciable from any point of view.

                I think your gurgaon i connect care center are creating a conspiracy against sony brand.

                They want to spoil sony brand and promote your competitors

                Your intervention is required to resolve my issue

                  Dear sir,

                  I am sorry to write such a mail to a Japanese concern. I understand Japanese product are excellent and they charge premium for the product.

                  I had purchased a sony TV KDL32EX720 which has features of LED and 3D along with 2X 3D goggles ( which was latest at that time in 32") four years back. After one year warranty, I had extended warranty for 2 more years.

                  I lodged a complaint on 20-jul-16 and visit was made by Jolly electronics person on 22-jul-16.

                  After attending the call, engineer told me there is problem in the panel and estimated cost of replacement will be around Rs. 16000/-. which I agreed.

                  TV was picked from my house on 24-jul-16.

                  After followup with Jolly electronics, it was informed that panel is not available. after again 3-4 days, I was offered KDL32W562D which does not have 3D feature. Jolly electronics told me that SONY has stopped 3D in 32" and 43" TV will cost around 47000/-

                  Pl. answer the following:-

                  According to product liability, company must maintain part for the replacement for atleast 10 years.
                  How SONY can discontinue model without keeping the part for replacement.

                  I received a call from Mr. Gaurav(Sony office) on 08-08-16 at 3 PM. I discussed the same and I offered 2 options to him.
                  1. Rs. 16000(around)- SONY should compensate for additional 3D feature amount I paid+ cost of 2 Goggles at that time and give the model sony is offering
                  2. Take difference of 43- 32 3D TV prevailing at my purchase time + 16000(around) and ensure that new offered TV will not be discontinued.

                  He agreed that he will revert in 48 hours.

                  I am writing this mail after expiry of 48 hours.

                  Before replying to mail, pl answer the following questions to yourself:-
                  1. Is SoNY quality is so bad that it stops functioning in 4 years.
                  2. Is SONY service is so bad a customer is living without TV for 30 days and no hope of resolution.

                  Why Sony India is keen on destroying the image of SONY, a Japenese concern.

                  If I am not getting proper reply by 12-08-16, I will go different forums which will further spoil SONY image.

                  Looking forward for a suitable reply.

                    I have purchased one lcd colour television model-klv-32nx650 batch 3253612 dated 28/08/2015 but it is not working up to the mark.
                    Since it is a internet tv and dealer said to me at the time of purchase you can use inernet, browsing, youtube, open mail id and done all other work which you can use by a computer but it is not working as per his commitment.
                    I have made a complaint against no is[protected] and your engineer had visited two times but my complaint is not resolved.
                    I m enclosing your engineer's report with invoice.
                    Pl. resolved the issue immediately.

                        I have submitted my mobile on date 08/08/2016 for repair, at the time of submission service center told me they will repair it within 7 to 10 days, today is 22/08/2016 till no service has done. 16 days having passed. Today i came to know sony have no policy for his customer. If you are not able to repair mobile within your said before time limit why not sony replace it with it new one. Today i have purchased a new mobile because i have to do lots of business work on my mobile. Tell me what i will do with my old sony mobile phone. This kind of delay not expected by sony like brand.

                          The only reason, u r geeting loss is because o[censored]r worst servicing, how much u make perfect, is perfectly spoiled by ur technician in service cebtre. They always dissappoint customer, m not gonna buy any Sony product further,
                          I gave my vaio to Sony authorised service centre, avivrudhi at jayanagar, 6th block, banglore
                          When I gave my laptop its in perpect condition, still he mentioned back panel was broken, so i asked him, he showed the joint with screen is moving, ( it was plastic whenever u press something, it simply show some changes in plastic board) he told me to come on Monday, they will give me estimation because, rain drops had damged the keyboard little much,
                          Whem I visited on Monday, they gave me laptop and repairing job sheet later to sign, first I checked my laptop, then I saw, one screw is broken, back panel is coming out, from front left speaker side, I didnt sign the paper, they told me, the back panel was already broken, what a S, ur technician are doing same thing with all customers all. Over India, u r not gonna get gud reputation till u, people first teach ur technician, how to open a screw, Sony brand is becoming a S., I want my laptop in the same condition, as given by me, i[censored] think. U care about ur customer, then take action against ur that service centre, first teach ur manager how to talk to ur customer, bloody rascals people working their, u simply take some local market repair man, to ur service center, they work better than ur technician, atleast they know how to open laptop. I have pic of laptop, before handling the laptop, as I know ur serivice experince. Take strick action. i[censored] have guts to care o[censored]r customers.

                            I purchase sony aqva m4 last year.. But it has lots of problem with in 1 year 4 time i submit my mobile at service station.. But day 2 day a new problem arise.. I want to refund or else replace with new device.. I dont want this device..                               I ordered Sony 32gp pendrive Saturday 20/08/2016 is my order was about to deliver but delivery boy not delivered it to mentioned address.I call to that delivery boy. But he switched off our mobile phone. I mentioned that number

                              I am call the delivery boy. He received my call and he say come and receive your parcel.
                              That delivery boy was not ready to wait for while and not even ready to deliver product to mentioned address.

                                One of the worst company i have ever seen, even their service is more poor rather then product.. So i never going to by it's product again even nor recommend to other for the same... As my phone is in warranty, i don't know how it's display gone crashed, i visited to it's store here in haldwani, i speak to the cro regarding to the same he declared that it has been not replaced any more.. I said ok, i ready to pay for the required amt for it, and i asked him them to provide me at least standby of this mobile as i don't have any other phone, he denied my request and said as crashed phone is not comes under the warranty so you can not get the standby for this... Now its more then 5 days i did not get my phone till now... I called them by today,, they were saying the replacement is not yet dispatched by the store.. Now you all can imagine, that what the hell is going on... Am fed up from this all...

                                  I have discovered that the phone has submitted four times for the faulty product has following problem.
                                  1. Heating battery problem, android restated automatically, audio jack problem due to battery drain.
                                  When i was submitted phone last time they give me commitment for replacement of phone

                                  Now again phone touch and headphone jack not working so, they are showing me reason which litmus paper is red so product is out of warranty

                                    I purchased sony 32 he led tv 32r412d tv from reliance retail limited, thakurpukur, kolkata on 17.08.2016 and installed on 18.08.2016 which was not satisfied as because no fm function is going on. Installing agent gave assurance that fm radio will restore within day or two. Till date no response as yet get and fm radio is still nonfunctioning. I repeatedly telephoned to the concerned person, no response as yet received. Sony company a smart in the world and we can expect a prompt action otherwise debarred from sony's product.

                                      1. I am one of sony suffered/ harassed consumer of sony bravia lcd product. I purchased sony bravia model ex 300 in year 2011.in year jul 2015 there were wrinkle on whole screen and i changed the panel (Costing rs. 10, 525/-) as advised by sony customer care from sony service center in muzaffarpur (Bihar). But the screen shows double images twice – thrice times and automatically fix the problem within 20-30 mins by itself. Hence, i didn’t contact to sony customer care.

                                      2. Now, i am posted to siliguri (W. B.) in the month of mar this year.in this month (Aug 16), the screen shows randomly double images with effect from 14 aug 16, sony customer care suggested to change the panel again when i contacted to sony customer care. Service job sheet dt 20 aug 16 is enclosed herewith. Sony representative told me to receive the estimate price of panel from his shop, which will be more than rs. 10, 525/-.

                                      3. Such incidents represent the followings:-

                                      (A) the is no difference between sony products/ brand and local products.

                                      (B) i am paying annual premium of that product (Sony bravia ex 300) of rs 10, 000/- or more, because i purchased such product.

                                      (C) sony is not an international brand and a fake and cheater brand.

                                      (D) sony service centre is providing local or duplicate panels to customers.

                                      (E) i have to pay annually visitor and service charges to your engineers as rs. 300/- and rs. 600/- respectively.

                                      (F) sony customer care says that visiting charges is rs. 200/- and engineer says is rs. 300/-.

                                      (G) sony customer care says guarantee/warranty of the panel is 3 months and your service engineer says more than one year.

                                      (H) if the eyes of my family and children get defect/faulty due to their product, it will be a court case in future.

                                      (I) in this time, no one have much time to give u to resolve the issue.

                                      (J) neither your consumer can through your product nor can they bear the big amount as service charge and change the items parts every year.

                                      (K) isn’t true?, that it is better to purchase another lcd/led in preference to expense more than rs. 23, 000/- as charge to change panel and service charge to your service centre twice; as told by your representative. And real cost of my lcd is another matter.

                                      4. I am serving person and my income is not enough to pay this huge amount to replace the panel. I am totally distraught and upset from this matter. Hence, the enumerated actions/ points are suggested for sony's favourable action:-

                                      (A) either replaces my lcd to any other lcd which does not produce any problem/issues, at least every year.

                                      (B) keep it in their museum.

                                      (C) replace the panel free as a compensation/advantage to your consumer.

                                        Tv model no-klv-22p40213 was purchased on 01.09.2015. Complain no[protected] was made in sony complaint center on dt 13.07.2016. Then a person came home on 21.07.2016 and visualize the tv and detected the defect. Then they assured me that the tv will be repaired within 10 days. When i was called on service centre they will be assured me that your problem is resolved in 2 or 3 days. But i am waiting for resolving my problem.
                                        Kindly resolve our problem as soon as posiible.
