Hi,

I am compelled to write this complaint following my experience with "vigneshwar services" to fix my sony experia z phone. My phone had a battery problem and a broken back panel which needed replacement.

To start with, behavior of service center executive was utter disrespecting and unprofessional. I took the token, waited for my turn to explain my problem. But when i asked to explain me the charges to be incurred (They quoted 4k-5-k), i was asked to wait aside since "other customers were waiting". When asked for reason, the representative replied "you are taking too much time to understand expenses".

Anyhow i handed over my phone and waited for 3 long weeks for any response. Following no information i called them and figured that no one was bothered about the phone till now. I followed up for atleast 10 times, called repeatedly 10-12 time a day pleading to get the phone back but all went in vain. Post 3 days i got a message that phone has reached back to service center and they will bring my phone mid-way between my place and service center. On receiving phone, the lock button was not responding and delivery person was adamant to take money from me. I showed him the problem and he was tried convincing that lock button will respond post 5-6 attempts. I couldn't help but felt amused on his suggestion. I sent back the phone to get it fixed.

Two weeks more went by and still no news about the phone. Losing patience i started following up on the phone and always got a response "what can we do, head office is not responding". I was kept on hold for apprx 20-25 min just to be told "manager is attending another customer and will call in 5 min". I never received any call for any information on my phone and shear ignorance from service center. I have had worse experience and still no news about my phone. I also requested to return my phone in whichever condition it is, but for this as well they have asked for a week and only when they will have atleast 20 phones, they will fetch it from head office (Both head office and service center are few kilometres apart).

I fail to understand if there is any sla to fix an issue and is there any ground responsibility for service center to respond to customer. Not to mention the amount charged for repair is still hefty and yet it is always the customer who ends up feeling frustrated.

    I bought c4 dual mobile last year, mobile is full of hardware problem totally 5 times they changed the display touch but again and again problem will come. at finally i submitted my mobile on july 16 2016 erode. i dont want that mobile again i need a replacement or money refund immediately. i contact them many times but no action from sony side. but they are not giving respect to customers. i send lot of mail and lot of calls to xperia care but no actions from sony side.

My rv22 deck not repaired by your service centre, also not tell about charges for viewing my deck, also bad talking language by your customer representative in service centre, also last 8 months the service centre shifted, and my deck not repaired also not return to mee, it's too much bad service by u, shall i complained to police station or court

        Dear sir,

        I purchase the sony led tv & home theater in 2013 but from day first i am suffering huge problem in home theater & tv
        1) dvd & home tether

         in year 2013 dvd player not working properly which resolved under warranty after complaint.
         in year 2014 both left & right speaker sound was not proper in that left speaker change under warranty but still right speaker not change after complaint.
         in year 2016 sound of tv not heard through home tether.
         currently the dvd volume slow & louder automatically.
        2) bravia led.
         automatic menu bar will open as shown in snap
         tv speaker volume gone to silent mode
        Till today problem was not resolved & i am very afraid agianst same.

          I have submitted my sony xperia c4 dual in warranty period at (chaitanya electronics, pune) on 18th june 2016 due to facing a touch problem. today its more than a month and still i have not got my cellphone back. and they are not giving me and telling that they are unable to repair.
          I want my phone repaired within 2 days... this is too much now.

            I have bought a phone sony xperia m4 aqua dual 16gb black. Now i found that this phone doesn't work well.
            Its gps is not working.
            It is heating at very unacceptable level.
            Phone is also too much lagging at every time.
            This is completely company defected phone.
            When i was going to its service center, they kept my phone for a day, but still my phone doesn't working well.
            Now i don't trust on sony, i just want my money back.
            I don't want to use this defective product more.
            I want my money back.

              This is the worst experience i have had with sony. i recently bought a led sony tv from bareilly on the 26th june, after a couple of days, i spotted a black spot on the extreme right hand corner of the tv. after making numerous calls to the customer care centre in delhi, the engineer finally came, took some pictures and told me a story saying that he will send the pictures to the sony delhi head office for the replacement of the set since it's not even been a full month since the purchase of the tv the engineer promised that i would get a definite reply in 2 working days. he was from a authorized service centre of sony in delhi named boscos. where, when you call people don't even pick up your call and don't even know how to talk to customers. anyway, i called in after 2 days at the call centre, since the engineer was not answering my phone calls, and told sony to get the tv replaced with a new one, they promised it would be done within the same week. i called in again and another executive from the customer centre said that within 2 working days the tv would be replaced. it's been over a week now since sony has been making false commitments. it is defective with ridiculous customer service given by sony.

              I have purchased sony xperia st27i mobile few years back but its sim tray is damaged now, so no one sony service centers are not ready repair it due to non availability of sim tray of particular mobile.

                A very tiny rubber band kind of thing that holds the charging slot cover has lost its elasticity n hence came out of the charging slot cover now that slot cover doesn't fits in and it hangs loosely. this flaw has questioned the very boasted feature of xperia x1 of being water proof is flawed. on asking for replacement of the same at authorised service center of sony mobile phone, they said that small elastic band that holds the cover in position would cost rs 1000/-. i feel like am being fooled. this is very unreasonable. please respond because it is the question of affecting customers trust.

                  Details of sonyphone :- xperia c -4, mobile no:- [protected], ticket no:-[protected], name abhishek jain.


                  I am a using sony phone c-4, i purchase it on date:-13/10/2015, due the brand name of sony and have a faith on the company, i purchase it for rs.21500/- for a common man its is big amount.


                  Now the problem is within 4 months from the date purchased, i found that mobile is not working having a problem of touch, i visit your service center.


                  1st time they said it software problem and need to update the handset, so they ask me 2 days time they format the mobile and give it to me, i said ok and i got my mobile formatted.


                  2nd time after 5 days again i found the same problem, touch was not working again i visit the office and they said the touch is not working they need 15 days time to repair it. again i said ok and they format my number after 15 days i received a call, that your mobile is ready i visit the office and i came to know that mother board of the phone as been change, (during this time i came to know that sony c 4 phone having problem from company side) but i ignore and came back.


                  3rd time after one month again having the same problem, touch is not working i visit the sony office, they said that its a touch problem they ask me to wait for 15 days and they will repair the phone now after 14 days i call them about my phone they said phone is ready but now my problem is after 2 months my phone warrantee is going to expire and after that if its again having same problem then what i will do? i don't have money to invest more in the phone.


                  So i need a written document from your side that touch problem will not be arise till one year or provide me new handset.


                  3 time mobile formatted and update the software

                  1 time mother board change

                  1 time touch screen change.


                  All these problem is happened during the 7 months time. (out of 7 months 1.5 moths my phone was at services center)


                  Please revert on this mail as i am a valuable and loyal customer of sony company, i hope will not disappoint from sony company. its a big company in the world.


                  Please look in to the matter and resolve the problem.

                    I have send several mails to sony india complaint forum as well as service head of sony tv, but till date i have not received any reply to my complaints my email is [protected]@gmail.com since more than months i have been sending mail as well as speaking with customer care nilima dharve gave ony assurance but no reply to my complaints when i wrote to head office through service head mail again assurance is given that regional office has been intimate4d that immediate action, but surprisingly no reply to my mails till date.

                      I have purchased this cell & attach all informations & service center says that the piece is damage & cant consider it in warranty case.
                      I am using phone & i am sure it didnt fall or drop from me so that it damaged, may be it damaged in my pocket coz of its size or that your mobile body is so weak.
                      So please do legal favour otherwise give me your grievience redressal email id i will manage.

                          I just buy sony experia c4 handset.. Since last 10 days ago.. I goes to much hang when i was in call it will become total blank then it will not able see anything on screen, phone is on but u could not do anything because display is gonna black and it will not operate...
                          After restarting it will start.. After call this will happen again i totally dispointed with this phone... I wonna replaced the phone
                          It will replace or not???

                            Please rechange the product and my cash in reply i have seriously please return my amount, this product very old and not working, please rechange the product i requested him... This product not working and not charge please refund my amount soon... This is sony company this a duplicate product iam not happy please refund my amount
                            I have given my mobile on 6. July.2016 but till today... Still repair status and don't tell me about any other status when i will get my mobile. they didn't give me proper response about my mobile status. I have given my mobile for repair sector 18, sony service center. here they din't pick call . I am not happy from the sony service.

                              I have sunmitted my phone on your service center on[protected], my job sheet no - w[protected] and my imei no is [protected]. When i submit my set it was in guarantee period with minor scratches on back side and the issue was battery prb and signal prb, but when i inquiry my ph status they said your display is broken nd u have to pay for it, but when i submit my ph there is not a single scratche on its display.

                                I had purchased a tv on 31st october, 2015 and it is still under warranty. I am experiencing a blank display of my tv. I have already complaint about my blank display of my led tv. Technician who came on 16/07/2016 checked our tv and he says that the tv is damaged and telling us to pay a sum of amount of rs.31000. My tv is still under warranty why i need to pay this amount. The technician is lying tv is not at all damaged from any side or corner. There is not a single scratch on my tv, then why should i pay rs.31000. I want a replacement of my led tv free of cost because it is still under warranty.

                                  Very bad company in mobile phones. No value of money of customers. Since last one month my handset didn't repaired. Every time they say no part available in india. What is this?? You should not sell this type of mobile. I had buy this sony c3 mobile in dec 2015. Till then two times it gone for repair. I tried to call so many times with customers service but they didn't give positive response

                                    I am muthukumar. my contact no is [protected]. address : 106, 10the avenue, dae township, kalpakkam. i purchased a above mentioned model on 31/12/2015 from co-op stores, kalpakkam. my tv is not working since 14/07/2016, the very same day, complaint was registered. mr. santosh attended my service call on 15/07/2016 and reported that it was a software problem and committed that another person would attend the next day. but no one came till 22/07/2016 forenoon. on 22/07/2016, mr. ganesh attended the service call at 7.30 p. m and reported that the tv has to be taken to the service centre. i am annoyed with the way sony service centre has handled the issue causing immense mental agony and left me with no choice but to go for the legal forum unless replaced with a new tv at the earliest possible.

                                      I bought my sony experia z5 a few days back but on the very first day o[censored]se, it stared to heat up and the battery drainage was also very fast. I went to the retailer regarding this problem and the response was not at all satisfactory they asked me to go and share this problem with any sony center. Experia being the flagship of sony was not expected to give such a bad performance. Now what should i do for this?
