My sony bravia led tv not working since 20 july 2016. I complain in your call center on 20 july 2016. Your representative (Krish electronics) come for repair on 21 jul 2016. He told me my tv mother board burnout due to moisture, i told him to replace that, krish electronics told me that my tv repair cost go max upto rs 6000 only, but some money required in advance and duration of time approx 4 to 5 days. I pay money on 30 july 2016, today 08 july no one come to repair or change the motherboard, i call krish electronics and your call center on 06 & 08 july 2016 both days. He told me i call and inform you detail. But no call i receive from your side, today either krish electronics or your call center ready to say accurate date for repair. If sony center not have parts then who suppose to kept parts of your tv. From last 20 days my family and myself without tv. You under stand without entertainment and news how people will live. I frusted from your side. I not purchase the tv life only 3 to 4 years, i purchase the sony brand due to service expect from your side. Please help me earlier as soon as possible.

    I bought android tv from sony - model-kdl-43w950c in july 2015. I had to get a fresh piece soon after purchase as it was restarting frequently. I got a new piece and serial number is 4501719.
    On saturday, 30th july 2015, tv was not switching on and i made a complaint[protected]. Note that it started giving problem exactly after the expiry of warranty. So, i doubt whether the replacement given to me earlier was a show room piece?
    Service engineer who visited said that the mother board has gone and after that i am yet to hear back from sony.
    Despite repeated follow-up, i got to know that it would cost rs. 10, 350/-. I am really surprised to know that sony has become very bad in quality of late??!!.
    I am a hard-core fan of sony products, particularly tv and home theater systems.
    Not sure what should i do now as i have no communication from sony for more than 10 days now.

    I am yet to get an update from Sony. I have been calling Sony call center on the toll free number - [protected] almost every alternate day to check on my complaint number[protected] and I keep getting the same answer that they have notified the service center and someone will come. It has not happened for the last 15 days now.

    The service centre number[protected] is always engaged and could not talk to anyone.

    This is pathetic service by Sony.

      I had given my lcd tv to the sony service center in velachery on 23rd july 2016 since the power fucntion was not working manually / by remote. After 3/4 days they informed that the mother board is to be changed and i gave a green signal. After three days they informed that the spare parts are not available but i am eligible for 25% discount on any new product i buy. I selected the product and informed them about the led tv - model no. Klv 48w 562d and they informed the price is rs. 55900 but wanted to confirm the dd amount. After several days on august 06, 2016 they informed me the dd amount will be informed only by monday i. E. Today (8.8.2016). I told them i am not happy with the speed and quality of service i am not interested in sony products and went ahead and purchased a led tv of lg make (Despite the fact that i preferred sony products so far) my complaints are:
      1.In this era of digital world why it is taking so much time to respond to customer queries? They should be able to tell the availability of parts by click of a button.

      2. Why does it take so much days to inform the customer about price of a product while it is available across the counter in your showrooms?

      3. The customer service people lack the concern and attention to customers and they respond as if it's company's rules and policy and so on.

      I strongly feel sony should be one of the top companies in india for quality and service, but no where near the mark in my latest experience. Now, i am forced to take back my tv set without repairs which i shall do with utter dissatisfaction in my mind.

      SONY product is terrible and as bad as any other consumer electronics companies. Surprising to note the time taken to inform spare parts availability takes more than 4 days and more than 5 days to inform the price of a product in this digital and automation era.

      Hope the consumer product companies soon realize that the customer decides the business and not the company.

      I have purchased Sony android TV in November 2015. Few months TV was ossam.but after it started blinking oftenlly. When I called customer service, they said it's software update issue. After software update the issue is same. I am thinking it's hardware issue. But company is not agreeing.

        Sir / mam, i purchased sony xperia xa f3116 from chadha mobile house which located at near bhagat singh chowk, jalandhar on dated[protected]. On very next day i was start facing some problems in my phone. Within two days i went to sony service point jalandhar and the technical person update my phone and make me sure that it will work correctly but next day the problems are still in phone. I again went to service point and request to replace my phone. They accept and issue a doa to me. I received a new phone in same model, color on[protected]. I don't know why but the phone was changed but problem were same. I went to service point and they updated it even after updation the problems are there.
        I send a legal notice to the service point at jalandhar which i demand that give a phone replace or exchange or back me money including damages.
        Please reply me within 12-15 days otherwise i will proceed.

          I have purchased a 43 colour Sony Android TV KDL-43w800D on 1 March 2016. Now I am facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen after just 1 month after complaint no body came to my home. My Service Request is registered with u vide ID 33663919.
          I think it was the display panel problem and which needs to be changed and the cost would be around Rs. 22000. I was continue to watch the TV with vertical lines
          till recently but now finally the whole screen is sometimes come black, This is a manufacturing defect I would request sony to replace the panel or TV

            Hi support team,
            This is regarding my Laptop, which I have submitted to repair on Sony Service Center in April 2016 but after almost 4 months still they have not repaired it even not clearly telling me its status.
            I have checked it online it shows status "Your Sony product has been collected". Not sure what's its mean as I yet not have any information about my laptop and service centre person suggesting it will take some more time to be repaired.

            Now I am escalating this matter with you to please check and speed up the progress.So at-least I will get back my repaired laptop. Details of Service centre and Repair reference number added below:

J61794491 to change the TV display and I have been complain from march-2016 but there there no response from service centre and I am also deposit 10000 rupees to LIBRA TECHNICOM Varanasi, 01/07/2016 to change display but they always sey that we will change next week . Sir i am fedup from Sony service .sir it's my humble request to take any action.

                  I have purchased a 40' colour Sony LED TV KDL-EX650 in Dec 2012. Now I am facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen after just 2 years, after complaint An engineer came to inspect the TV.

                  after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality I need to pay almost 40% of the TV cost within such short span o[censored]sage makes me think what do you
                  define as quality. I found a lot of people facing this same problem and this to be a manufacturing defect.


                  I would request the concern authority to take immediate action on this and get my TV display panel replaced free of cost or replace the TV unit itself as
                  1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects.
                  2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed,
                  do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products.

                  So please look into this matter as soon as possible, this is the least Customers of such Branded company which is so Pricey (because the products are of best quality) can expect from such a big reputed organization

                    Good morning,

                    Though there has been nothing good in my life since I bought your Sony product one month back.

                    This mail is with regards to an issue which i would like to bring in to your notice.

                    I purchased a Sony M5 Dual mobile on 11th June 2016 and a month later as, i was facing some problem with the mobile and i went to one of your authorised service center "Krish electronics, malad east Mumbai -400097" and submitted the phone on 12th july 2016. And initially told me there is some issue with motherbaord and when i again visited they said its issue with battery and no issue with motherboard And now they keep on giving me dates every time i visit the place or call them. In total i have been given 7 dates so far with promise of delivering my mobile but nothing has been done and i am still waiting for my mobile to be back and i am totally fed up with the kind of behavior they show when we go and ask for the mobile. Its gives an feel that i can't even think of going alone to a authorized center of Sony just because how they treat you and the way they talk and i dont think Sony endorse these values atleast but that's what we are getting. Surprisingly, after I got completely exhausted, at the end they gave one number of Sony representative saying that he was the area Sales manager, Goregaon. His name is ajay vishwakarma.

                    Now it was completely a shock for me that how a company like Sony can keep such a uncivilized person as its Sales manager. That person had no sense and did not know how to talk to a lady customer. His tone was like he is the Don of the country. He straight a way said to me that I can not give any service from my home and I don't know how much more time it will take with a very rude and high pitch. He also told in a very blunt way that I should have not chosen Sony product.And not only him few more whom all i met told me the same.

                    Now let me make this point very clear to Sony, that I did not choose Sony over other brands to face such humiliation publically. And nobody can tell me as to what I should choose and what not.

                    Only reason I chose Sony was its quality of products and after sales services. But now I don't think Sony is now providing any of this at all. After one month of buying my phone, I had to visit numerous time to Service center and each time suffered a lot mentally and physically.

                    So, I have already wasted my valuable time and money, took unnecessary leave from office which has made me completely sick. I request Sony to look into this matter and take adequate action as soon as possible because I do not have any phone in my hand. And from the frequent changing of reasons its quite evident that now i am not going get an genuine hardware configuration in my mobile when its being repaired from your authorized service center. So request you to deliver a new product of same configuration.

                    And I am not going to sit idle, and surely take this matter to Consumer court if I do not get satisfactory action taken into this case.

                        Sir i have purchase sony xperia m4 aqua dual phone on 25/12/2015 and on 19 may i have submit phone for battery drainage problem to service center at allahabad then after 20 day the phone is given to me with another problem display issue on 4 june again i submit phone for display problem it will take 18 day to solve but again when phone received by me then the sensor is not worked then i submit again for replacement then the phone replaced and received by me on 23 july and using 10 day again problem arise of charging the phone is not charging and the company cant provide any standby to me .the token no -W[protected], W[protected], W[protected], W[protected] etc.

                        I have submitted my phone in service center and was assured to get phone serviced in next 7 working days, But now its a month the phone is not serviced and service center people do not provide any update or ETA when the phone will be serviced.

                          My sony bravia tv is not working properly

                          I complaint a lot to customer care number but there is no response .
                          all time they give me excuse .
                          4 day ago a boy came to house from Sony company and taken 200 hundreds rupees he said he will come tomorrow with the perfect details about your TV. Still here is no response it's very irritating.

                            I have purchased sony bravia led in 2014 but in just span of 2yrs the display has gone wherin I was using samsung before it has never given me any trouble. My fault was that I selected sony product..I don't know what kind of product they sell..I want an answer from sony for this kind of product and the service provider are worst then the company.

                              As per manufacturing specification Sony xperia zr product is water proof phone but during a small rain it get water inside the phone, I went to Sony service centre at Bhubaneswar, Odisha to get it repaired but he refuses to receive my phone for repairing with a plea that we have instruction from company not to receive this water-proof phone and that they have no such facilities to repair this phone in your service centre. Please advice me in this regard.

                                sony is the most dissatisfied company i have seen till yet in terms of sales support there is no responsible person of telling the truth to us i hope it will exit from market as soon as possible i have submitted my handset before 5 to 6 days and they have committed me to deliver in 2 days but until yet nothing happened this was not the first time i am facing the problem every time some problem happened in future if anyone provide me sony mobile for free of cost i will threw it in garbage most dissatisfied company in terms of everything i have seen.

                                  I purchased SONY LED 2 years back and it stopped working. I called SONY service and they sent representative who just hard reset the TV and charged his amount. Again after 5-7 days it stopped working and since then none of the engineer bothers to visit. I have complained on SONY website but no one bothered to call. Please suggest how to file complain in consumer court. Why these company's are allowed for the sales and no service.

                                  I am now planning to buy another TV rather getting this repaired from NON _ SONY service centre. This is highly frustrating. I have all the call records from their service centre and receipt which they charged.

                                    Hi sir mera naam jassi kochar hai, meri shop Raunak computers k naam pe jalandhar me hai, main kariban 5-6 saal se Sony k products sale kar raha hun, kariban 6 mahine pehle mere ek coustmer ki sony ki 2 tb hdd warranty me kharab ho gai, maine wo hdd mr sandeep ko thik karwane k liye de di, mr sabdeep oswal media jo ki sony k distibuter hain unke paas job karte hain. mr sandeep ne hdd Mr Garewal jo ki sony company me job kartehain, ludhiana me. unko de di, mr garewal ko main aur sandeep 100 bar call aur msg kar chuke hain but wo hame 2-3 days ka bol dete hain, maine kariban 2-3 month se Sony ki billing bhi band kar rakhi hai but phir bhi in sab ko koi farak nahi hai.. pls meri help karen...

But it has already 8 day gone, everyday, the customer care executive said, the technician will contact you, but nobody contact me till now. Please look in the matter to solve my problem of installation my tv as soon as possible.

                                        I have just bought sony ilce-6000y which i'm not really satisfied with and don't want it. And at the same day of purchase i wanted to return it back and get refunded. They gave me unsealed sony product which i had to take. And it's as it is in good condition and wanted a refund. But they keep making excuses about some online transaction and how it can't be done. Sony's refund policy clearly states that within 14 days of purchase if the customer doesn't want the product, they can just get a refund without even giving any reasons as to why they don't want it. Only if it's in a good condition as good as new. And for me all criterias are met but still they don't wanna refund and make excuses as how their policy differs. But it's sony's product that i've purchased and they have to follow its policy no matter what.
