Sir i deposit my sony xperia c 4 handset in sony service center on 13/07/2016 for touch problem but till date my problem is not sort out.
My headset is in warranty.
Please sir sort out my problem as soon as possible
Also they are not given me job sheet number. The service center people told me that there are shortage of touch in sony company.

    Dear sir / madam

    I am using sony xperia z ultra mobile phone from last one and half year, i bought this phone for 18000, last few days back phone display is cracked, so i given to your service centre, today they are telling for sony xperia z ultra there is no screen replacement. So you want to buy a another z ultra phone by buying 7495 rupees, this phone of 3 months warranty and that also not of box piece, otherwise i have to buy new model by paying 80% of final price. Job sheet no-w[protected]


    I am not satisfied with this offer, because by taking phone itself we will pay huge amount and for even repair also paying huge amount, why sony making this type of worst product of no service product.

    I bought sony xperia z ultra mobile for 18000 rupees in jan 2015. few days back display as cracked i given to service centre in R -Logic Sony Service centre bangalore . Job Sheet No-W[protected]. They are saying there is no display replacement for Z ultra. Now what i have to do. i am paying huge money to brought then now they saying like that. What i have to do .so many times i contacted customer service centre also still i am not get any reply for that. why you selling this type of worst product, then why you cheating people like this, if you are not giving a good service then why running a company if your product not have service you have to tell before selling.

      I have purchased the mobile model no-xperia z3+ on 30/07.2015. I am facing problem since one month about the product display. I contacted nearest service station before one month i. E onjjune, 2016 for resolving my issue but there is lot of harassment from service center.
      I request for a replacement from the company sony india.
      Being a female/lady i get mental harassment and wrong commitments from company service center as well as from company customer care.
      Since the warranty period expiring on 30.07.2016, so i am not in a position to wait still and requesting for a new mobile of same model from the company or refund of money.
      Due to poor service of the company my communication has stopped and suffering a financial losses also and life has become miserable resulting mental harashment. Company complain work order number is. W[protected].

        Sony is providing the worthless service in patna sp verma road
        I submitted my phone for repairing model xperia c5, on 04 july 2016, but it is still not repair service centre is pretending about the parts according to him it is unavilabale in all over india,
        I want to know when parts are not avilabale how this company is selling phone indian market, and promises for the best services in india, when the call is service centre [protected] no one is avilable receive the call which is discuisting. Whole & sole the service centre & the company is providing the chep lavel of service. Pls see the attachment of service bill.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I bought my sony experia c4 dual handset on 09-aug-2015 (job no. w[protected]. after 2 months its touch creates problem and not working so i submit my handset to sunrise electronics, iscon elegance, ahmedabad on 12-oct-2015, after 3 days they replaced the touch of my phone and handover to me. i asked for the reason of touch problem but i have not got any reason for that.
          After 4 months, again touch of my handset not worked so i again submit my handset to sunrise on 21-mar-16 (job no. w[protected]. they again replaced the touch and handover to me. i again asked for the reason of touch problem but i have not got any reason for that.
          After 4 months, again touch of my handset not worked so i again submit my handset to sunrise on 27-may-16 (job no. w[protected]. this time they told me that this due to water emersion and your warranty is void. so this service is on chargeable basis. i again submit my phone for repair on chargeable basis. i got my phone after one week with the same action by replacing the touch and net service charges are rs. 6707.23/-
          Now after only one month again touch of my phone creates problem and not working. again i submit my phone to sunrise on 27-jun-16 (job no. w[protected] and ask for the reason but this time also they are speechless.
          Dear sir this is 4 times in 10 months i am facing this problem but still no proper solution is given to me by sony service. due to touch problem i am unable to take backup of my valuable data each and every time before submit to service center. now next month my handset guarantee also going to complete and for me it’s a worst experience with sony.
          Now i don’t want to take this handset again after repairing, so i request you to kindly give a new handset in replacement of this because i’m really very upset with the service of sony and this handset.

            Sony service centre at varanasi is being handled by gundas who attacked customer and misbehaved

            This is to enlighten you the worst case which never happened in sony company history and you would be shocked to know that people are gunda at varanasi service centre these people have to be taken on action and if possible you need to take code of conduct as per the company’s norms i do believe that the company policy and guidelines does not entitled mr. Uday and rest to use and harrash any customer if he is visiting the service centre, please get in touch with me as per the company act’1956 the people neither has been assigned with the arm and given these kind of special, illegal, unethical, unprofessional, and against the company laws and value too.

            And gaurav and uday they enquired about my company, my place and other unprofessional question which is none of their business - i have the video recording of all this when i visited last month the service centre and on 18.07.2016 this shows that they are indulged in the criminal business along with the job in your company and that’s the reason uday has mishandled me and gaurav was enjoying as shankar as well as gaurav should be taken in action too because when i denied over the with shankar he forced me please do visit we have some offer for you that ‘s why gaurav is calling you at service centre. Believe me these people will definitely drown down the goodwill and spoil the name at least in varanasi which will lead the defamation across the globe.

            Gaurav, even he has seen all the scenario and seems that the things is being manipulated and seems that this was pre-planned and mr. Shankar has called me to come and meet at service centre at 4 p. M and when i said him that i already wasted my 2 and half hours yesterday at your service centre and there was no solution provided at all;

            Then i am not interested to come tell me what is the issue why are you calling me at service centre you can discuss everything over the call but even though he called me and asked that please come he wants to speak you something personally, it proves all three were indulged in this conspiracy.

            He said he does not has the stand by handset (Lack of planning and proper management) which is unprofessional attitude and i was standing there for two and half hour and there was no resolution he forcefully kept my handset and there was damaged handset he was was giving as standby and i denied to accept that mobile and it seems that all this incident which happens today was trapped and pre-planned and then in that case these people have called me today and i ensure if there has not been the cctv they might have killed me today itself -

            #it means a customer can't use his right and i am in dilemma that if i am in democracy or monarchy??
            # he threw my mobile on desk and screen has got broken and also the mobile has been completely damaged, he had willing and done it just like a gali ka gunda, why have you offered your service centre to someone who is doing criminal activity and gundagardi, loot with customers and also your other staff were enjoying this scene, why???
            #he pushed me mishandled me and my personal property (Mobile my bag and helmet) which was lying with mr. Gaurav and mr. Gaurav didn't object why you are (Uday) interfering in this issue why you misbehaved why you mishandeled?

            I was having a decent discussion with gaurav but he involved willing and mr. Gaurav dint ask him please don't deal with my customer as i invited him but he was enjoying and just enjoying and enjoying, why has he called me (Gaurav and shankar,???
            #why this guy and people of service centre were looking on the exhibition as this happens everyday, who??

            He did not let me collect my helmet and pushed, hit me grab my coller and took me out side the gate and these people mr. Gaurav and shankar and rest of the staff were just enjoying.. Think of that i am literate and if there has been some illiterate person these people might have killed him, do you have some company's goodwill, value, integrity, compliance, company ethics and principles or these have been sold out to few people called uday, gaurav and shankar???

            And what exactly seems that he mr. Gaurav is trying to do some manipulation.
            Talking about integrity issue - whenyesterday he called me up and he was trying to say that he is

            There has not been taken any serious action neither anyone from human resource team, nor from top level management has come up to say anything about this non-humiliating, killing one’ morale, self respect and they are still quite..

            Now what do you want to say can't a customer raise his own problems regarding products and services if he raises these gunda will handle to customer as the people there like area manager gaurav and service manager shankar were not able to respond to question raised by me and my mobile issues???

            This is nothing but this picture clarifies and it proves that the company is being managed administered and mishandled by uday, gaurav and shankar like people who promote gundagardi, loot and mishandling of customer and misbehaving too...

              Dear team

              I have purchased a brand new z ultra on jan 2015 from kanpur attach is the bill of same
              Last month due to an accident it was broken and screen is stop working
              Now i want to repair my set and i tried it in delhi and in kanpur at sony authorized service centre but both confirmed that repairing of this series is not under sony policy and they can exchange it with any other sony set with discount but nothing in writing

              I am following this issue since last month but i am not getting any responsive reply from any body and i am really very frustrated

              Request you to please help me out and confirm,
              1 - is there any policy that this z series is not repairable
              2 - weather my phone is repairable or not
              3 - if repairable what will be thw estimate of repair

              Note - this is now became hight of irresponsible approach toward consumer no service centre is respondin on that nor customer care team i have send mail to cc team atlest 3 timrs but all time only an autogenerated mails are recived, but no one even tried to understand consumer complaints

                Poor quality of service & not trust worthy.
                Sony xperia m2 purchased on 28th. Jun/2014. Recently the battery was discharging within minutes. When given to sony authorized service station, sri sai cells service station no.1032, 26th main, opp. M. K. Ahmed stores. Bangalore - 560041, they replaced my battery with a new one, which wasent working and charged me rs.1600/- i took the phone thrice with the same complaint, once he changed my old battery which was not returned to me after replacing the new battery. When complained, the service station guy jai shankar was least bothered. Later he says motherboard was damaged. It has to be replaced which will cost 6000/- when the phone was checked to replace the battery at that time service station people told motherboard is fine only battery to be replaced.
                When contacted to sony company, he asked for the work order no. Which to my surprise was not filled by the service station. For your kind information, i have attached the receipt below.
                When no body is there to take the responsibility, then why do you keep service stations if you don't give proper service. While selling their product they assure you in such a way that they are there for the service of the product any time of the day. When you go with the complaint of their product, first thing they do is they will not recognize you, they feel bad about you, they will tell you that you don't know how to use the product, you have not read the manual properly, all this queries they put on you.
                I'm highly disappointed with your service team.
                I suggest the sony company to first learn to give service to your product promptly & honestly, then do the marketing.
                The service station people are well trained in deceiving customers. What we people should do now is stop buying sony mobiles, they will come to know that they are because of customers & customers are not dependent to sony products. Poor people they are greedy and want to make easy money with out hard work. For easy & fast earning they should open a massage parlor. It is my suggestion to the sony company & its service station.

                  Refer Job card no. J 61663547 dated 13 Jul 16 against Sony Bravia serial no. 3283364. The same TV was serviced by Authorized service in April 2016 (panel changed at cost of about 8500/-). Again the on 13 Jul 16 tv handed over to Sandhya Enterrprises for having issue of frequent booting and switching off there after. Only Sony displaying..
                  After using original part in authorised outlet, this the condition of y product is worest that the same part had to be replaced in same cost after about 4 month.

                    I had purchased sony xperia z3 mobile last year in may 2015 of rs 37000. after one year and 2 month on 18.07.2016 night it was alrigth, but next morning when i started using the mobile it was not switching on even after 1 hrs charging. when i visited sony authorized service centre in ranchi, they told me that it can't be repaired and they offered me 20% discount on purchase of new set of same model. if i go for this offer i have to pay another rs. 32000 again.
                    What a hell, my question is why it can't be repaired. every thing is repairable. but sony india is not helping me. what way i can raise complain against sony india?

                      My name is murali krishnan i purchased two mobile sony e4 and t3 mobile on 29/10/2015 now that t3 got repaired i visit sony service center coimbatore he tells that some board are not working. and also it's payable approximately charge is rupees 7000 i told that mobile is under warranty i produced my warranty and bill copy. he tell that the imei number is already activated before bill data so it can't able to claim warranty. i purchased mobile on sony showrooms is located in lakshmimills in coimbatore not a local store but he not agree he tell that mobile is second hand. how can it possible is sony is delivered second hand phone??? how can i accept for paid money for new mobile and get secondary mobile. i didn't get any solution i need new mobile phone for my payment. kindly take a step for this issue i submit my mobile on service center one mouth before still now i not received.

After 7 days from purchasing the power button was not working, i gave the phone in service center the next day when the phone was returned to me the sim block was not working again i took the phone to service center, they settled the problem now again power button is not working... Please pay attention to my complain my phone has not even completed 6 months

                              Purchased led tv model no. klv-22p402b product no 8dn[protected] sr. no 8250389 from sadguru watch and electronics, kudal, dist. sindhudurgh, tal. kudal, maharashtra on 20.1.2015 vide bill no 226. however within a year time frame now vertical lines are appearing on tv screen and are increasing in size day by day. had complained to the above authorised seller on 26.6.2016 who gave complaint token no 825038 with suggestion that technician will come and attain. however, one technician mr. laxmikant kulkarni visited our house on 30.06.2016 and left without repairing the tv set and he charged rs. 240/- as visiting fees on the pretext that he will need to send pictures of tv set to company at delhi before repairing.
                              We are following him since than but he is not replying. on the advice of above authorised seller we made an toll free complaint to your office on 16.7.2016 vide registration no 33344982 and directed the request to kolhapur.
                              We are unsatisfied with the below par customer service offered by your company and the products offered for sale by your company as the same seems to be substandard quality product as within a year the defect has arisen in your product whereas other companies selling similar products are far more better and have no issue related to there products for years together.
                              Hope that you will resolve the dispute at the earliest.

                                Complaint lodge on dt 08.06.16. also payed rs 9000/- against repair of telivision klv-40ex430 part code a1889767ap - mod (ssi s400nn01). till date no response from customer care and repairer so look in to matter, period of more than one month is already passed. we are facing huge problems please help to repair on urgent basis.

                                  I lodged a complaint about my sony tv in gurgaon service center on 9th july. Somebody turned up on 11th july and took faulty mother board for replacement. No body has repaired my tv till today ie 17th july 7pm inspite of persistant follow up and assurance from ur side. I m highly dissatisfied with the after sales service. Are you doing a favor by repairing my tv or it is your duty to provide gud after sales service. Pls respond.

                                    I was deposit my sony mobile at shree gajanan services, my ticket id is [protected] on 05th july 2016, but till now they are not returned my mobile. the gajanan services told me that they can't return my mobiles before month of october 2016. so what i do sir? i need my mobile,

                                      I seriously telling you that i like sony very much... I'm the customer of sony mobiles since last 9-10 years... Now the problem is that i'm seriously fed up of from yor customer service... I hv currently your device sony xperia z5 premium dual this is the best device till date... But unfortunately it's audio jack not working and i submitted my device on 5-7-2016 to our nearest sony service centre nri electonics ghaziabad uttar pradesh... My job sheet no-w[protected]... Your staff of nri electonics are very bad they didn't support customer, they didn't provide stand-by handset, their behaviour regarding customer is horrible... Yesterday i call him for my device enquiry...3rd time they recieve my call... I want to know my reparing status... They tell that part is in order... Which they said to me from last week... I tell that the part is not available in whole sony in india... They said that we don't know... I[censored] know that there is part o[censored]r device in entire sony india... U can take it from their and give us... So please i humble request to you... Please resolve it

                                        I have lodge complaint about this. Ref. No. 32750356 dt. 14.06.2016, a person from raipur service centre visited and after that no response, let me know how long i will wait? If it is not possible than also let me know so that i will free to go further. I have tried so many times on companies toll free number but their ivr system repeatedly narrates the same thing, no answer from company's executive.

                                        My mobile speaker not support to headset from 2day.what can I do for that.no one repair my phone.plz do needful for me.i m trying lots of time. But it is not working.why u not understand. Your service is very poor. Of I do not understand that is your fault.
                                        I given my Sony Xperia m4 aqua for repair in warranty. job card no. W[protected]. I am not get stand by cell. I called 3 times for service center. no response from their side.
