Hi sir mera naam jassi kochar hai, meri shop Raunak computers k naam pe jalandhar me hai, main kariban 5-6 saal se Sony k products sale kar raha hun, kariban 6 mahine pehle mere ek coustmer ki sony ki 2 tb hdd warranty me kharab ho gai, maine wo hdd mr sandeep ko thik karwane k liye de di, mr sabdeep oswal media jo ki sony k distibuter hain unke paas job karte hain. mr sandeep ne hdd Mr Garewal jo ki sony company me job kartehain, ludhiana me. unko de di, mr garewal ko main aur sandeep 100 bar call aur msg kar chuke hain but wo hame 2-3 days ka bol dete hain, maine kariban 2-3 month se Sony ki billing bhi band kar rakhi hai but phir bhi in sab ko koi farak nahi hai.. pls meri help karen...

    I have bought a tv on 12.06.2016. I booked for installation on 25.06.2016. Then it comes under excellent care. Customer your service request id 33541260 is assigned to excellent care - park street - berhampur-760002; phone no :[protected]. But it has already 8 day gone, everyday, the customer care executive said, the technician will contact you, but nobody contact me till now. Please look in the matter to solve my problem of installation my tv as soon as possible.

      I have just bought sony ilce-6000y which i'm not really satisfied with and don't want it. And at the same day of purchase i wanted to return it back and get refunded. They gave me unsealed sony product which i had to take. And it's as it is in good condition and wanted a refund. But they keep making excuses about some online transaction and how it can't be done. Sony's refund policy clearly states that within 14 days of purchase if the customer doesn't want the product, they can just get a refund without even giving any reasons as to why they don't want it. Only if it's in a good condition as good as new. And for me all criterias are met but still they don't wanna refund and make excuses as how their policy differs. But it's sony's product that i've purchased and they have to follow its policy no matter what.

        I have sony xperia z2 mobile.
        Screen of my mobile broken after fall from height of 2.5 ft.
        Now screen some times blinks, touch command is late or donot respond.
        I want to repair it through your service centre.
        I also want pick up facility as service centre at my place is not able to repair this z 2 range mobile.
        So, if possible please inform me what should i do and what will be the approx estimate (Cost) of repair or replacement of parts.

One representative from khammam visited and said display panel problem. We were told at the time tv purchase that there will be no problem for 10000 hours. Hardly we have viewed tv for 4000 hours, but problems started in viewing tv. Please let me get a qualified service engineer, who can diagnose correct problem of tv. Thanking you.             This is to inform you that on 8 april 2016 purchased new sony xperia m5 mobile, after the date of purchased my mobile has been switched off immediately given a call to customer care they had informed that give a long press on on/off and volume button by doing that mobile was re started
            Same problem i had faced morethan 5 times.

            Day by day mobile brightness is getting low.

            Volume is increasing by itself,

            There is no clarity in camera.

            No battery back up,

            Mobile is getting hang,

            Given my hand set to sony service centre on 22 july 2016 but till now they had not repaired and giving improper answer

            Requesting you to replace my mobile asap.

              Dear team,

              I have a huge complaint. The problem started after the software update to marshallow in my phone z3 compact. Job id-w[protected]
              Vibration and speaker werent working.
              I submitted my phone around mid june. Its august now. No one is giving any update on when i will receive the phone.
              The last update is that there are no spare parts and i would receive a new phone. Now im not sure what the new phone will be but i wont accept any phone less than my previous specifications or price group (Preferably z series) and it should be new.
              The next thing is why is taking months to give an update for a phone which is in warranty.
              Service center and sony support both throw the blame on each other. Service center asks me to call sony support. And support says the opposite. No one gives a solution but waste for the costumer.

              No one are responsible. Sony promotes phones but the service is pathetic. Now if this continues. People like me will share the feed back to hundred of humans around who wants to buy a phone saying never go for sony. Dont you think this will spread?
              Now im not going to sit back and keep waiting.
              I need a proper response on this.


              Please tell me the escalation matrix for sony india.

                I bought one sony xperia c4 mobile worth rs.21000/- from skycell (Authorized service shop, kollam district, kerala on dt. 30.01.2016. The touch screen and display not worked on next 2 months from the date of purchese. I gave the mobile at the sony service centre on 15.03..2016 and the part was replaced on warranty and received on 16.03.2016.

                Again, the same problem arised on 02.06.2016 and repeated the part replaced at the sony service centre and received on 07.06.2016.

                Again the same problem arised on 23.07.2016 and gave the mobile at the sony service centre and the part replaced at the 3rd time and received the product on 28.07.2016.

                And.. Now it is just 4 days, the set received after replacing the mobile set, again arised the display and touch screen hanging and not working properly.
                Service centre executives not taking the problem in serious and showed unwilling to report the product failure of the sony mobile c4 to the sony india company.

                I have buy sony xperia phone but after some time 6months latter, that phone's mother board creak, there is dead. sony phone is bakwaaas, very bad phone
                Sir, Sorry to say that I purchased a Sony C4 set and same is got defect during its warranty period and deposited at Sony service center on 05.07.2016 at Bangalore, BENCHMARK INFOTECH due to touch malfunction.                   I purchsed a Xperia M2 from kharar, Punjab. But I have a problem with it that when I am use this phone it will heat up. I have contacted the dealer so many times but no response.
                  Now with this it also have the problem with speaker and generally hangs.

                  I had given my mobile for repair to an authorized service centre of Sony india i:e Onus services, Patna, Bihar ticket I.d [protected] on 12/7/2016 .For the repair work an amount of Rs. 6000/- was also paid in advance.
                  The mobile is still not repaired and the company onus is not reverting on the status

                    I bought sony led tv four years back, for the cost of 64800 rs, it was working fine.
                    3 weeks before i had a problem with tv it showing vertical lines and discoloration.
                    Checked with sony service center they told it having problem with tv display unit, it cant be repaired, it should be replaced at cost of 22000 rs,
                    I felt shocked what can be done alternatively, they told no other option is available for this tv.
                    Also they suggested 90days warranty for the display unit... this is highly shocking for me...
                    My question is there is no value for money i have spent on this tv??
                    They suggested they will take this tv at cost of 3000rs
                    In market 22000 new tv is available, then how they are expecting we will ready to spend this much amount?

                    Please understand the consumer situation, we are not ready to repair with this much high cost and with 90days warranty
                    Finally i lost my money... i bought new tv and sold my tv out side with cost of 4500rs...
                    Please make model and design technology with nominal repair charge... this is highly problem for middle class...
                    Else you make option like exchange the tv affordable price.

                    we have ordered for the first time from this side but getting such response we are feeling so upset that is this the way you treat your customers. And secondly there is no contact no. provided on the slip so that customer can easily call for any query. The no's provided ([protected] & [protected]) on collection slip are also wrong no's.
                    My mobile Sony m4 aqua is under water, Sony service center not accenting this handset, she answered this handset is not warranty but my mobile waranty period up to 4 month. Plz accept my Complaint and call back up...
                    I have odered for buy 1 get 1 sony MDR-AS200OEM stereo sport headset although i recived the delivery of both the handset but was very upset to see that one of the headset is totally damaged... i want replacement of my order now... my order no. is 13620076

                        I purchased sony xperia z5 in january 2016 for 50, 000/-.
                        As it is still in warranty.

                        My phone stopped working when i was using during rain. I gave it for repair in sony authorized service center, they says warranty is void and have to repair on chargeable basis which costs 32, 000/-

                        As company says it is water proof phone till the depth of 1.5 meter and for 30 minutes.

                        If company is taking a grantee for water proof, then why it is repaired on chargeable basis you should give replacement or repair it for free.

                        I want replacement.

                          My phone was left in a service centre 23rd june 2016. (after just 5 months o[censored]se)

                          (im having trouble tracking repair status, as your website starts with a "j" for job number.) thank you.

                          This will be the 3rd month that i will be waiting. all my contacts are lost, due to me been offline. relationships are strained. and time is something one can not get back-i do not wish for a standby device to be given to me - i have no time to play with phones.
                          During this time i have saved (2000pm) using less data, gained more time, and the old phone that im using has a battery life of 7 days! - it doesnt let me down, its cheaper to replace, and its instant.

                            First time i m using your product but from starting i m not getting service,
                            My first handset imei was [protected] which was replaced only in twenty four hours because of device not working properly.
                            And in my second handset i also facing hange problem and memory lock proble.
                            I m working in airtel and busy with my job, no time to complain or visit to service center but today i decided that i have to complain becuase as like me many peoples were facing this types problem.
                            Today i reached to sony service center at telephone exchnge nagpur ca road near baleza saloon,
                            I asked about problem,
                            I purchase the phone from the mobile store that i always get the best service from sony companny, i was samsung user from last 6 years this time just because of service commitment i purchase sony,
                            Only in one moth my memory corde failed, after that at every week my mobile ask to reset without any setting when ever i re starting it,
                            Today i went to service center of ca road nagpur, i meet a guy who chekc my phone and says that i have to submit the phone, i feel irrited that he not asked me any question not told me my handset problem jut said to submit the phone, then i ask him by my self that how many time it will take, he said ten to twelve days,
                            Then again i asked him why it will take 10 to 12 days. executive told me that mother board change required,
                            What is this this is not a proper way to handle the customer, if you have a work load you should hier the more executive to handle it,
                            Is a mobile company dont know that how a mobile user can submit his phone for 10 to 12 days, and executive explaining him the problem when customer asked by himself.
                            When i was using samsung at every time i get the proper and instant service. first time i used it and get the third class service from starting, i dont know if your executives are not giving me proper service or this is produvt fault.
                            If your company can help me tin thsi case for instant service so kindly revert

                              I have purchased this television in dubai through one of my friend in jan 2011.
                              The tv was working from may 2016. By contacting sony service centre, i came to know that led panel got problem and tone replaced at cost of 26500 rupees.
                              How come the led panel can go wrong within 4.5 years.?
                              What about sony reliability.?
                              I didn't expected this quality from sony.

                              Another sad point is the service, the part is ordered and it is in transit and still not arrived.

                              Moreover the service personnel unable to track the status of part and does not have any idea, when the part will arrive?

                              I have really concerned about the quality of products as well as service.

                              I will not buy any sony products here after and will not recommend sony products to my friends.

                                  I have submitted my sony xperia c4 dual to sony service centre-fortune, pradhan tower, 5, main road, ranchi, jharkhand due to abnormality in touch pad . Since i have submitted my phone on 4th of july 2016 with a assurance of getting my phone repaired within 15 days but till date it is not available to me.On asking from the service centre they say that the touchpad is not available in thier stock.After going to service centre three-four times they say that the phone will be provided to you within 1-2 days but its 28th of july and i cant get my phone.Even calling today they said that the touchpad of your phone is not available and again gave me 2-3 days time to recheck to know that the phone is repaired or not.My phone is in warranty and they are just making me revolve around their service centre again and again to keep checking.They also assured to provide me a new phone but till now i cant get new phone or even my old phone which i have submitted lumpsum a month ago for repair.my reciepts job no. w[protected].

                                    Hi,

                                    With great regret i am writing this email. I am new to sony mobiles. I was using other brand mobiles (2) for almost 3 years without any issue and as i wanted an official phone, i opted for sony xperia m4 aqua dual android phone after suggestion from my friend.

                                    The phone was working fine for almost four months and later it started behaving abnormal. My usage was very low with the phone and there was no rough usage. As i use it for official messaging or calls only.

                                    After four months, the first issue appeared with one of the sim slot, in which i was able to make call but not able to receive call, due to this issue. I lost a project worth 1.5 lac. As the client was not able to conduct me over sim one and sim one was behaving abnormally then i reported in sony service center, vadapalani, where they send for servicing and i did happened to use spare mobile for 3 days.

                                    Again, after a month the same problem raised and they replaced the mother board. So, that was the second time i was visiting service center within 6 months from the date of purchase.

                                    So, after a month yesterday, my camera stopped working, i visited service center again and they updated software. Again today (19th of july) the same problem happened again and now i have send the phone to service center again.

                                    Its, very frustrating experience i am facing with sony, i am an o. S and android developer myself and i am pretty sure that the phone is not behaving properly. Now, that again i have send my phone for service center. I need my phone to be replaced. I need a new one, i am fed up visiting service center again and again (Im coming there in between my office hours). Its a very frustrating really, now i have five months warranty period left, i am not sure what i will be doing if the same issues happen after warranty period. I am a first time user of sony mobile.

                                    After purchasing the phone worth 19, 000 /- i am now experiencing the pain of visiting service center very often, i know the the job sheets don't tell the story of software updates done in vadapalani service center. Still,

                                    I am attaching the job number of each complaints below. I was told that you are the one who can give an official reply. So i am placing my request to replace my phone.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have bought sony xperia c3 for 20000 it worked fine for 1 year. After my warranty is finished within 3 days my mobile started troubling me. One fine day it shut down and never restarted again. I was worried and took it to the authorized service center, they checked and informed me its mother board issue and need to be replaced, they took 6700rs/- from me. After 2 months i again got the same issues like automatic shutdown, battery discharging fastly, battery not charging. Finally it shutdown completely. I took it to the same service center, they checked and said again this is motherboard issue. Also informed me that motherboards warranty is only for 3 months and i need to pay for the new motherboard replacement. Iam done with the mobile and the service center also. I want justice because 20000 is a big amount for a middle class man like me. Somebody please help me.

                                        I have a sony bravia tv and it had some display issues due to which the tv stopped working. i had lodged a complaint on the customer care on 10th of july 2016 (id[protected] and was promised that the complaint is lodged on priority basis and i will get a technician the very next day still the technician has not come. i called several times to customer care and service center finally one week back technician came and took my tv. again i called them simply they will promise today will resolve that issues.
                                        Really i dis appointed for purchase this tv and * your service. let me know i will get back this tv or not. if not i will purchase new tv.in my life i never purchase sony brand.
