    I have sony bravia - klv 24p 422b. But this model not support all videos format. So many times i am unable to enjoy this tv and then i am feeling about this tv like a box.       Taken to your service centre at vista enterprises care gandhi nagar jammu.

      For necessary repairs. It took 1 hr to reach the person listining complaints.

      Felt as if i have entered a vegetable market. It was 21/06/2016 and i was

      Assured to get my problem solved by 24/06/16. Where as on 25/06 i am

      Told that another 3 days will take. The job no. Is w[protected].

      This is learnt from your so called authorised service centre that may god

      Never make any customer happen to visit sony shopping centres.

          I gave my phone to Sony Service Center, Ashoka Mall, Pune for Mike and ear phone problem. They gave me high estimate of 9K for repairing the same so I rejected their quote but then phone came back dead. They said there was water damage and we can't take responsibility of it. Now they are giving me quote of 22K for repairing 28K thousand phone.

          No one should by Sony phones as they are very slippery. Apple Phone is better option as they have put hard material from side to help hold phone properly.

          Also it is important that if you go to service center for repairing of your water proof phone then you should ask them to do litmus test in front of your eyes as later on there is no way to prove who did water damage.

          Also most of the sony smart phones have this issue of mike and ear phone not working. We have seen so many people in service center complaining about same issue. I myself repaired my phone 4 months later buying it for same problem and then faced it again in next 5 months.

            This is to informed to that unfortunately i have purchased a android tv (Model no - sony-43w950d-45" led on 16th april, 2016 from great eastern. After 1 month using 1 have facing so many problem, mainly facing auto restart issue... Concern is when i raise a complain for this issue no executive attained me and no proper solution given.. I have called up again and again for register my complain but no body picked up the call... After that your executive visit my house on 25.06.2016 and he told that this auto restart problem occur due to motherboard issue and it need to replaced.. My concern is mother board issue means a big quality issue of a product and i have purchased very last month. That's the reason i want replacement of this product...
            This is request to you plz replaced my product as early as possible otherwise i will take a legal action.. Related doc attached here

              I bought a Sony Z1 compact not more than 2 years ago. The battery has been draining completely within 2 hours of charging. I called the nearest sony service centre in secunderabad and they said that the service for z1 series have been discontinued more than 6 months ago and they cant service or replace my phone's battery.
              I paid a premium for this phone and being denied service is a huge arrogance on the service centre's part. Is there any truth in what the service centre told me? I have all the bills and the phone recording pertaining to this matter. Pls respond immediately.

                I had purchased a sony projection tv 8 years ago. a few days ago it has stopped working. when i switch it on, the sound can be heard for a few minutes and than it goes silent. but the picture is totally gone.
                once in a while, when i switch it on, the picture and sound are working. But after switching it off, next time when i switch it on, it does not work.
                please resolve at the earliest.
                i have tried to contact your local dealer and explained the problem. But he is not responding or taking any action.

                  From past 5months we are facing issue, suddenly some red light is blinking. Tv is going some mode entire screen will go blank.
                  I don't know how to resolve this problem.

                    A Sony LCD Bravia TV was purchased from LULU Hypermarket Kuwait on 17/8/2012 Model No.32BX350 and Sl.No.2016817. The TV was not functioning and the local service here at Palakkad, Kerala was informed about the complaint and I was told that it is apanel complaint and has to be replaced. For replacement an advance as sought by the serive centre was remitted but now since the TV was not purchased from India they wont be able to replace the panel and I have to go for anew purchase by exchanging the old one. This is a lear cut violation of norms and neither I have been reimbursed the advance amount nor the TV has been serviced. So I am compelled to move to consumer forum if I am not able to get a satisfactory service to the TV.

                      Reminder-1

                      I am a constant sony user. Cause of the quality product, i used to buy sony products even though its price range is bit high. I have sony tv model no. Kdl65hx925, serical no.2420011 facing display problem. I have contacted to sony service centre, a person from m/s f1 info solutions & service pvt. Ltd. (Sony authorized service centre), unit no.208, 2nd floor, building no.93, ashok bhawan, nehru place, new delhi-110020 visited on 08/06/2016 and said the display is defective & advised to change the display at a cost of rs.13, 000/- (Rupees thirteen thousand only). They said the display will be changed in 3-4 working days.In this regard i have paid rs.2, 000/- (Rupees two thousand only) in advance on 08/06/2016 vide their receipt no.001868 (Copy of service job sheet & payment receipt attached). After that i have so many times contacted them but they replied the display is not available yet in stock.

                      I am so much surprised & shocked to hear this from a reputed branded company in the market. It is disgusting and embarrassing. On what basis products of sony can be purchase or recommend? I have used so many brands but this is the first time i am facing this type of problem. So please do the needful at your earliest, otherwise there is no other way to take an necessary action.

                      You are also requested to let me know the cost of display & service charges.

                      An early positive reply will be highly appreciated.

                        I purchased the phone 7 months before . due to facing a problem with charging phone I submitted the phnoe to sevice center after a week they asked me to collect it . but the problem was still there .son needed to submit it again after 15 days they handed my phone but I was still facing same issue . they have submitted my phone again saying will return in 3 days .It just disgusting

                          I have booked a compliant regarding my 32 inch sony bravia tv.Within two years of purchase the tv got complaint.I have purchased it for 40 k.Its so disappointing to happen so spending 40k and lasting for only two years.The service man came and said to replace display panel which costs about 15k and i have paid an advance amount of rs 3000 for the replacement.Later after ten days they informed me that the display panel is not available.They also offered me that they can provide me with same new tv with the service amount 15k.I accepted their offer and paid total rs 14400 by online transfer.I have debited the amount by May 24 and still they havent provided with the new tv.Its been one month am waiting.Please do necessary steps or refund my money.My complaint reg no: 31949935

                            Yesterday i had handover my handset to your service centre (Ambe electronics, shop no - 40-41, 2nd floor, wave mall sec-18, noida.)

                            The job sheet no is w[protected].

                            I had dropped my handset four times at above mentioned service centre with the same and some new problems, they have just done the upgrade the software but the problem never being resolved.

                            This the below service job sheet generated by them in my every visit:-

                            A) w[protected] on dt. 02/12/2016
                            B) w[protected] on dt. 02/01.2016
                            C) w[protected] on dt. 23/01/2016
                            D) w[protected] on dt 20/06/2016

                            Every time is not possible to go there and hand over my handset to you. Then wait for two or three day to get repair without provide me any stand by. When i asking for a stand by they denied. Than why you guys have put that post on each walls of service centre that "asking for stand by". Pl remove it because it can not possible that stand by not available every time or every visit when i asked.

                            As you all know that toady life without cell phone the we all are handicap, he suffering from so many problem only because of your failure product.

                            This time i have dropped my handset to send my old phone to sony and give me a new one. I never go again to collect this handset, it's exceed the tolerance limit.

                            Again i am requesting you to send me a new sealed packed handset or take it back refund my money.

                            If this time you do not take proper action, i never purchased any sony product in my whole life and escalate this matter to social media and consumer forum. My trust from this brand totally diluted and never suggest to any one to purchase sony.

                            Hope you get the clear pics from my side and replace it soon.

                              I have given my television for repair in bangalore in abhivridhi tech in jayanagar and they tell that it costs 3641 rupees and they also can't give the tv until 7 to 10 days of service. What kind of service do you give? A company like Sony doesn't have parts in bangalore and they are importing from Delhi. ITS HAS BEEN ONLY ONE YEAR since we took the tv and soon the complaint starts.one year four months. This is totally not ok I want my tv back within TOMORROW. How can you live without a tv for one week or more. I want it tomorrow.

                                I had taken sony m5 black on 30th may. on the 3rd day o[censored]sage which was on 3rd june phone just switched off and i had to take it to your service center where they told me that il get an replacement for it within a week. On 10th june after thousands of call they gave me new cell which was gold in color as they told me black wasn't available with them i had no option an had to take it. on 21st june my front camera stopped working without any reason when i took it again to the service center they told me that there is some issue out and i have to wait till they repair my cell like for 2 weeks. My cell is used less and kept in your service centers more. Do you even do something or its just that you guys got a brand? seriously this is a disgusting experience i had with sony you aren't worth even 5000 where you cost 23000 for your phones. Do you even have a permanent solution or i have to deal with your for lifetime?

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    This is regarding my mobile model no:e236 (Aqua m4)
                                    On 8th june i had given for the service, the problem was with the mic & 2nd sim network. The voice was very low & the network for 2nd sim was showing only 50%- 60%. The ticket id :[protected] dtd: 8th june 2016.

                                    On 13th june 2016, they said it was ready, but on that day the problem was not resolved, same problem was continued & now the 1st sim was showing only 50% - 60% network, once again i had given it for the service with the ticket id : [protected].


                                    On 21st june 2016, they said it was ready, once again it is the same problem. Once again i gave to the service centre he made something & gave me, but only 50% of the voice could have been heard, so i called to the customer care ([protected]), mr bhaskar took my called and now he suggested me to go to the other service centre, but now the warranty is also expired what should i do?

                                    Now once again i have given back the mobile for the servicing, iam really annoyed, is this the quality of service you people give?

                                      This is to bring in the notice of sony experia company that I Monila bought a brand new sony experia C 4 dual from faridkot punjab in the month of august 2015. After 6 months its touch got disfunctional and i sent it to service centre una himachal. After getting so called repaired it agian showed the same problem within 1 week. To my despair i again sent the phone for repair to faridkot sony service centre..this time they claimed to replace the front touch screen..after one week i got my phone back but it showed the same problem within 10 days..i want to tell that my phone is within one uear warranty and i want that my phone should b replaced with a new one as problem is not being solved. This time no fake promises as i have lost many contacts and many useful information.. Plz the so called renowed sony experia take some steps to help us out.otherwise things can get worsen from our side.

                                        Dear sir, i am dr swapnanjali avhad, md physician, from aurangabad, maharashtra. People buy sony mobile for being a reputed company and the one i bought from sony is just a junk.
                                        As i had a trust in the quality and the services offered by sony, i had purchased a sony experia m4 dual aqua on 18th october 2015 from reliance digital shop in city centre mall, nashik, maharashtra. To my sheer disappointment, the mobile started giving problems from the very next month itself. The problems i faced were over heating while using during the calls, the battery backup was poor and the phone used to go off any time never to start up again unless given to service centre.
                                        Till date in last 8 months i have visited the sony authorised service centre in aurangabad many times. The centre named mobile solutions, dwarika complex, jalna road aurangabad and i have submitted my mobile 3 times in the service centre for these problems. The service centre people just format my mobile every time (All 3 times), saying the problem is solved. But the problem still persists. Once the battery reaches zero, the mobile shuts off and never starts again even after charging for hours. Every time the mobile shuts down, does not starts again and i have to format it.                                         Can you imagine the problem faced by a reputed practising doctor, when her mobile get formatted every month? I lose all my important stored numbers, i lose all the data i have about my patients and i lose all important text messages which my hospitals and other related institutions send me. I lose all reminders, all appointment data which gives me lot of professional losses. Very disgusted, i pity on my decision to choose sony mobile.
                                        Third time when i submitted my mobile, i was told that the mother body of the mobile was changed assuring me that no further problem will arise still the very next month similar problem has started. Since i purchased the mobile is with the service center for longer duration than with me. This is very disgusting and pathetic on the part of sony international.
                                        The point is, i have been given a faulty manufactured piece at beginning or your authorized service center in aurangabad is just substandard and filled with unskilled staff who cannot recognize the problem in the mobile handset. I request you for the replacement of this faulty piece with a brand new mobile considering the problems i faced using the mobile.
                                        I request you to look into the matter and replace my mobile handset with a brand new handset. I don’t want to repair this pathetic faulty handset anymore. This faulty handset has given me a lot of losses, both economical and with respect to the valuable information lost while formatting. I am so fed up with this kind of service offered by sony authorised service centers. If my complaints are not solved till satisfaction, i will be unwilling forced to take the help of consumer’s court for my monetary losses and the mental exhaustion caused by the company.
                                        I hope the problem will be solved by sony mobile company and this faulty piece will be replaced by a new one considering my losses.
