I purchased one laptop from vijaysales and i got the sony 8 gb pendrive with the laptop .
Pendrive contains mib movie and the pendrive is write protected .
I tried all the process for formatting the pd and removing this readonly property of the pendrive.
Still no go.
I checked on the internet and i found so many users are suffering from the same issue.
This pd is of no use.
Please help if possible .
Otherwise only one way is there that to throw this pendrive .

    I have placed order on 20/04/2016. Actuvally my sonia tc picture tube got damaged. hope that is waranty period. my tv picture tube gone.

    They said pay 14600 rs we will provide the sony kdl 700cc new tv with in 4 working days. currently amost all near reach the dead line of latest date 30.04.2015. but till now problem got resolved.

    when i called up customer care service center they are simple passing time. and kept the phone number half hour hold and simply passing time.

    Now day sony services are worst situation

    kindly speed up the process.

      Hello sir...u buy recently home therter Sony sa D100 4.1 with Bluetooth but I have a problem speaker wire is very short...i not able to fix my satelite speaker on my drawing room on four side...and I dont know how to extend speaker wire...i was gone ur service center but they saticfy me...plz help me about this matter.
      otherwise I go to the consumer court because when i buy the home theater ur excative not tell me about the speaker wire is limited...
      plz reply me as early as possible

        I have bought Sony Xperia Z5 from Sony centre Mall Road Amritsar. The dealer at the time of deal told that i will receive the smart cover within a month but stil after 4 months of purchase i have not received it.
        The dealer didn't even told the reedemption no.
        Actully it is said that sony xperia z3 is running android 5.1.1 in india. it is released in january it self.but still i did't get any update.mine is still under android 5.0. can you please solve my problem

          Sir, I purchased T3 model 18 months ago.from last 2 months it used to switch off 3 t0 4 times daily.when i complained about this in the sevice centre they told me that the internal plate( fb ) of this set was damaged and they need to change it.I gave the set to them. From last 2 months they were telling me that the part to be changed was not available in the company so i demanded back my set . As soon as i demanded back within 24 hours they informed me that your set is ready.How this became possible so fast. I want to know which parts have been changed and its total cost. I have attached jobsheet with this complain. I need an urgent reply

            Respected Sir/Madam

            I have given my mobile (Sony xperia C) for the repairing purpose at the sony service center(Star Customer care, Shop no. 1/2 Guru Govind Singh Nagar, Hotel Gurulane Pandri Raipur-492001.
            The problem in the set was given below:-
            a) Its back cover was damage.
            b) Its Power on /Off button was not working properly

            While receiving the job sheet I asked to the related member that is the word written by you is correct she said yes than i have sign the job sheet, after few days the related person gave me a call that the amount of your set is approx Rs/- 3290 can we proceed, I said OK than the phone was disconnected. After that they have changed the mobile battery without any information and saying me to pay the money I have taken my job sheet back also not taken my set and not given the money. None of the technical sound person has given me the call that what they are changing.

                I have purchased sony walkman, model no nwz-w273smbm1e, purchased on[protected], at sony showroom, located in ashok nagar, chennai, tamil nadu, india.
                I have purchased this product from sony believing that, it will be very useful for me to listen songs while jogging and swimming. As i am in the habit of doing the same for past 10 years.
                But unfortunately i had a very bad experience, and now i really regret why have chosen the same. I have narrated my bitter experience, as follows,

                First, i have purchased this product on[protected], but with in one month of regular usage, the product was not charging properly, and also the sound quality has become very poor
                As one of the speaker audio has almost stopped, hence i have taken the product to the nearby sony service station, and submitted the product, through job card no; j52727654 and got the replacement on[protected].

                After receiving this new product on[protected], again i have underwent the the similar problem like poor audio quality, meaning, one of the speaker was not working properly, went to the same sony service centre, and submitted the product through job card no: j53409583, and your service provider after carefully checking my complaint, came to the same conclusion, and replaced my product for second time, on[protected], within the span of two months from the date of purchase.

                After receiving the new product for the second time i thought the problem would be over, unfortunately over, for the third consecutive time with in the span of six months from the date of purchase, again i am facing the same issue of poor audio quality, meaning that one or both the speaker audio quality has become very poor, which has also been duly checked by your service engineer and accepted my complaint, through a job card no: j60943695 dt[protected].

                Now my question is why this is happening to a product like sony continuously, what is the guarantee, that this replacement also, may not get faulty again? If this type of fault and replacement continues where will it end, now i have only another 6 months warranty, if this problem continues what will i do after warranty, i have purchased this product with lot of hope now i am really disappointed.

                The company has contacted me, and i have given my set to them, and asked for another product, as this product is having constant problem, again i have contacted the sony service centre, regarding my status of my problem, they have told it is still under process, and yet to be resolved. as on today.                   it's speed is only in the range of 3-4mbps that is not capable to it.
                  and also some time it will not connected to computer as another can.

                    Why has c.I.D stopped airing on sony channel ? C.I.D. Has a huge fan following. It will be beneficial to both audience as well as the channel if c.I.D is aired again. The sony channel will lose its trp and loyal viewers of c.I.D. Is not aired back. The channel can reduce the repeated telecasts of 'crime patrol' and make time slot for c.I.D. C.I.D. Has entertained us since the past 19 years. Such a loyal entertaining show must not be removed by the channel. The people do not appreciate the removal of c.I.D. The fans of c.I.D are much upset with the channel for its decision of not airing the show. Initially the promos of c.I.D were reduced and now the show itself doesn't air. We did not expected such a thing from the channel. We are disappointed a lot. It'll be better if you look into the matter and air c.I.D back again. Actually it'll be a lot much better.

                      We have purchased a sony tv model no kdl-40ex520 in5 and serial no 2424992, from sony center, b-12, 11th cross main road, thillai nagar, tiruchy 620018. On 23 april 2011.Our tv is not working since 25th of this april 2016. We made a complaint to max electronic sony authorized service center vijay towers, collector office road, tiruchy and they visited our house the same day and inspected the tv and informed as the screen is lost and should be replaced with a new one and got rs 1000 as advance for the new screen . On today, they informed as since the new screen for the above model is not available and already purchase date just crossed just 5 years (23th april 2011), replacement with new tv not possible and advised to get a new model with 20% rebate. This is highly unfair to get a new one for huge money, since we have already spent rs 65000 on april 2011 and benifit is not being enjoyed by us for the huge money spent on your tv. We spent huge money because of your brand name and the just crossed only 30 days above 5 yeras. We are regulqy customer of sony product. We have a complaint with service centre last yera and at that time they infored as that tv was in good condition and now they are advising as to get new one with full payment or with meager discount that is not accetable to as since only 30 days ago it crossed 5 years. So requested to consider our request to replace wth the new screen or if not supply a new one as with payment for the cost of screen as advised by the service center.

                        Dear sony team,
                        I have purchased sony lcd tv model klv-32bx320in5 in january 2016.
                        By keeping utmost respect & honor the purchase was made. To my bad luck horizontal line started coming.
                        The complaint was made on 22/4/2016 comp no 31821050 & technician visited after 4 days and confirmed lcd display has gone after checking the same thoroughly.
                        Technician told the lcd panel will be replaced free of cost as it is under warranty.
                        I called customer care on 27/4/2016, after having half an hour lengthy conversation with mr. Jay the call was transferred to mr. Neeraj. He assured the same will be resolved within two days.
                        Again on27/04/2016 i called customer care & spoken with mr. Neeraj he has taken con call with service center, and to my utter surprise they are giving the answer you have not purchased from authorized dealer hence warranty will not be given at any cost after 9 precious days.
                        .
                        Now can i know where is the mistake happened.
                        1.For buying sony product.
                        2.For paying rs.29000 hard earned money to sony.
                        3.If it is unauthorized dealer why the sony product has gone to him.

                          We bought an LCD Sony Bravia TV (Model no. KLV-40BX400) in the year 2011.
                          Recently we encountered an issue regarding the display of the TV. We registered a complaint on the very same day, i.e., Sunday, April 24 2016. We were told that the engineer will be sent at our residence within 2 days, but to our disappointment no one came. We called the customer care multiple times but every time we were given false hopes. Today we even called the Service Centre repeatedly, but the result was the same. We are really very disappointed with the services of Sony India as we have heard very highly of the brand. Please resolve our problem at the earliest, else we will see to it that we do not purchase any other product related to Sony.

                            I bought Sony TV on sunday 24th April 2016 and since then I have been waiting for the installation of the TV. My installation request has got assigned to New Friends Electronics, Pune. I got the number of one of their technician Rahul(Mob.No. [protected]) who was supposed to visit my home on 27th April. I called him first at 3 pm, he said I will come around 6:30-7. I said ok and stayed at home waiting for him. Again I called him multiple times, he kept saying that I will come around 7:30. Then again when I called him at 7:20, he told me he will come by 8. Finally I called him at 8 and his mobiles was answered by his friend and not by him and he told me that if you want to speak to Rahul then call after 10 mins. I did the same, but again call was answered by his friend saying they cannot come today because of some problem and I got annoyed since I stayed at home just waiting for them to come and this guy's attitude while speaking was like 'yes, we will not come today anyhow and come tomorrow at our convenient time'. I am really annoyed. Please take some action.

                              I have a Sony Bravia with model no. KPL-32W600A. The job no. of service is J60957033. Firstly i had my TV repaired on[protected]. Then again on[protected] we had to call for service and they came the next day i.e.[protected]. They again took service charges from us just after a month of previous service. They told that there is problem with the mother board.This is the 3rd time im facing a problem with the motherboard of my 2 sony TVs. They told that they will replace the mother board but still nothing has been done yet. I cant understand how can it take so much time just to get a motherboard, its the most basic thing. Sony only collects high charges and does nothing. Im seriously thinking that it is pointless to buy a sony product that provides such a pathetic service.

                                I have bought sony xperia z2 in the month of december 2014, and its a water proof and dust resistant cell phone, my cell phone has not been working since last sunday due to water drops toched under the screen, i wonder why it happened and before it my cell phone has drop into water many times and this time unfortunately it happened and my reason to know that company claims that it is a water proof phone and now sony authorised centre executive suggest me its damage now you will have to change the glass of this phone and it will cost you around 13000.

                                i have bought sony m5 aqua in the month feb 2016, the problem came after two months suddenly signal were not coming then i changed the sim to other phone it was working, so i went to sony service centre they replaced the mother board now the problem is when switched off the phone when i turned on the power button its not oning again i when to the service centre they updated software and it was working after i when downloaded some apps i faced some problems now i want replacement of the phone.

Head phone and network problem occurred in the mobile so i deposited it at varanashi service center on 14 march. The device is still not ready (26 april) and they broke the back panel too. They r still not ready to replace it after 3 attempt to repair it

                                        Referring to job no w[protected] submitted to mangalmurti service center in thane

                                        My handset xperia m5 dual sim was purchased on 7th apr from mango showroom in thane, immediately after the purchase it was noticed that mobile was switching off automatically and powering on only when connected to charger, submitted the handset to mangalmurthi service center on 15th apr.It's been more than 10 days and the service center has no clue by when they can return by handset.I am getting standard reply saying "piece is defective, one part is missing".Even tried speaking to global customer care, got the same reply.

                                        I feel cheated and robbed of my hard earned money of 25k by sony, post sales service is terrible and it's been an awful & disgusting experience so far.

                                        Will sony bother to wake up up and respond atleast now?When can i get my handset back? Why cant sony replace my handset if it is non repairable?
