Sir,
I have purchased a New brand Sony Xperia M5 on 21th April 2016 Cost Rs.24950.40, that cell phone is defective, on the same day the cell phone shut down and restarts for few times,
Next day again it was automatically shut down and restarts again and again. I was busy in some work so I could not go to servicing center on second day, I went to sony authorised servicing center on 2nd may 2016. I kept the mobile there for next 4 days, I continually taken follow up, then I have received the phone on 6th may, 2016 with the memo of battery replaced but the problem has not been solved vice versa the problem improved, the very same day the phone was again shut down and restart but as I have received my phone in the evening I could not submit it on the same day and on sunday the center was closed.
Again I have submitted my mobile on 9th May 2016, but no progress till the date.
Now I have only way to file the complain against concerned company and servicing center,
I want my money back with interest and compensation of Rs. 50, 000 for mental, physical harassment and wastage of my valuable time.
