I have purchased Xperia C 4 2.5 months back, since then I m facing problems like... Phone getting hanged very much, camera not working properly, phone getting heat up, battery problem... Have approached to service Centre n they updated software, but still problem remains same... No resolution to my problem. I need handset replacement... How can I do that... Kindly help

        Dear sir/madam
        I am Senthilkumar.V using our product LCD NX500-2010 MODEL Last month 27/2/2016 give to Nashik Sony service center due to inputs power supply not coming.what is the problems everyone know what's root causes every body know but still not getting by LCD.I am believing Sony is Very good product service still yesterday but today I am worst feeling Sony product because 1 months completed give to service centre.
        So anyway as soon as possible repair give to me.

            I had placed order for 2 white shirts online. This was

            supposed to be delivered on 3-Mar-2016 but after

            complaining, the same was delivered on 12-Mar-2016.

            The delivery status was updated on 13-Mar-2016. I

            found that they had sent me 2 used, old, dirty, torn

            shirt instead of new fresh product. I had immediately

            called the customer care on 11-Mar-2016 for the

            return of the product. They had sent me a link by

            email and also by sms. Later every time the customer

            care over phone could not find any return request and

            had sent me the same email and sms. Later I learnt

            that the return button was not activated. Finally the

            return request could be filed on 16-Mar-2016. Every

            time I updated my query on the portal I received

            standard reply : "This is to inform you that your

            concern is being taken care of in another ticket

            number. Hence, to avoid further confusion and miss-

            communication, we are closing this duplicate ticket.

            You will soon be contacted regarding further

            proceedings". I had to communicate many times (may

            be over 50 times) over mail but all in vain, every time I

            received the aforesaid standard reply.
            Today, 21-Mar-2016 I again called the customer care

            and a lady said that since I have selected "quality" as

            my reason for the return and since the refund request

            was raised beyond 2 days the refund will not be

            possible. I have communicated or expressed my

            dissatisfaction since 11-Mar-2016, the day I received

            the product, but now they have come up with a new

            clause. They do not have an appropriate return reason

            in the drop down where I could select the next best

            option when they are selling used old dirty torn

            products. I have kept the bill, packing as sent to me.

              We Purchased a SONY LED T.V On[protected]First Sony Product In the house) However we did not installed it until February and it was kept packed. In Feb 16 we open the box and found that there is no power cable in the box. i would like to mentioned here that even though we had installation card with us valid till oct. 16 were refused by the customer support for the company installation. I called up customer support and told them i did not got the power cable in the box they ask me to contact the dealer. On contacting the dealer He told that customer care can resolve the problem. i contacted the customer care again after providing the full documents and about 10- 20 emails they refuse to entertain the request. The wire just cost INR 1500 in the market but here its about honesty. I do not have any other sony product at my home. the details of the dealer is as below.

                I have my sony mobile M4 AQUA, i bought it on 21 feb 2016 in Rs 17600 and within 20 days i reached service center twice. On my first time they repair my mobile in 1 hr but in second time they said it will take 12 days to repair . and since now i don't have my mobile in my hand . very very disappointed.

                        I purchased 1 color led tv from m/s vasuda electronic agency, kota (Raj.)on[protected]. It was under 1 year warranty. It started to give problem (Not getting on and giving fault indication by red light flashing) after 7 months of purchase. But i would like to mention here that the nature of problem was random, means it is not repeating always, in fact in the starting the problem was repeating once in month.Slowly the frequency of problem increased. I lodged my first complaint on 18/11/2014 the id given by costumer care was "22466697".The engineer visited to my home. Seen the tv but unfortunately the problem not repeated in front of the engineer. The tv functioned normal, and nothing is done by service engineer.After many days the problem repeated again. I lodged complaint again. But i have not got any response. (Complaint id 29579493 dtd. 12/12/2015). I gain lodged complaint on 29/02/2016 (Id[protected] and engineer visited and this time he seen the problem. He reported that the main-board of tv is defective and needs to be replaced. He also asked for visit fees and i paid him rs. 200/-.I emailed to sony care and wrote that as the problem started in its warranty period but because of random nature of the problem the service was not able to rectify the problem on his first visit because problem was not occurred that time. But the the problem was still that time too. Hence sony india has to replace the faulty component/card free of cost. But i have not received any reply from sony till date. I sent many reminders but i got only automated acknowledgements.Hence i decided to lodge a complaint in consumer halpline. Thanks!

                          Hi, we purchased a SONY 3D TV cost approx. 85 K and within 1 year and 6 months it is not working. Already registered complain with customer care No 31201697. Service Engineer visited and told, its panel have issue and needs to replace, which cost is around 25 K. As I already paid huge amount to purchase this product and warranty just expired. I am not happy with this product and feel shocked.

                            I purchased a 40'' colour sony led tv kdl-ex520 in feb 2012. This was my first sony product purchased and as i had heard a lot about sony product quality i blindly bought the product. Now i am facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen, when approached the customer care(Complaint no[protected], they asked to do the factory settings which i did but the problem still exists. Then an engineer came to inspect the tv. He told me that it was the display panel problem and which needs to be changed and the cost would be around rs. 22000. I mean after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality i need to pay almost 40% of the tv cost within such short span o[censored]sage makes me think what do you define as quality. When i did some research on the internet on the product i found a lot of people facing this same problem and this to be a manufacturing defect (That explains why production of this model has stopped). I would request the concern authority to take immediate action on this and get my tv display panel replaced free of cost or replace the tv unit itself as 1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects. 2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products. So please look into this matter as soon as possible, this is the least customers of such branded company which is so pricey (Because the products are of best quality) can expect from such a big reputed organization.

                              Problems just after a year and half of purchase. TV started showing Black Horizontal Lines, Coloured Vertical Lines, Double Image, Partially Blacked Screen. Had called Sony Customer Care, they made Estimate of ₹13, 500, asked them for exchange or buy back they said its not it their policy. Highly Dissatisfied with the product and after sales service.

                                I am giving my phone in Sony service center Ahmedabad in November 2015 then I got my phone with solving my problem but their was a another issue this time network issue and speaker issue, I am going to Sony service center they says me we want to send it our head office I am OK with this then today when my warranty last day she call me your phone was repairs already outside of Sony service station, that's why we not giving you a free warranty, I have a proof I am not opening phone to out side. & why I should do this my phone is already in warranty, I am saying her how much cost of this, she says me 12, 500, you tell me how can she blem on me, this is worst service to customer if you don't have a guts to make money says me I have a idea for this but don't make fool because this is second time issue, its cost is 40, 000,
                                I hope you know what I am saying exact,
                                if this is not solve I am going to court for this and take a legal action, I have full of proof,
                                I hope you solve this as soon as possible otherwise I also going to in media also.

                                  I have previously raised complaint for my sony bravia lCD.
                                  Complaint Id:1241696 on 7th march.
                                  Then I got a call from your support team and after listening to my issue the asked me a list of documents to be submitted for verification.
                                  I have mailed the documents to sony.[protected]@india.com on 10th march
                                  Then no body called me .
                                  I called back for the follow-up and the team said they will discuss this with the management and revert and haven't reverted back.
                                  What kind pf management is this.
                                  This is what you call support?
                                  Are you only interested in getting customers to buy your products which are cheap in quality and not at all worth the cost and fuzz which is created about it?
                                  Isn't it your responsibility to provide the after sales service which is obliviously required for the quality which you provide.

                                    I bought a Sony home theatre mode DVD tz 215 on 28/09/2014 which I am not able to use because of no sound output, I registered compliant and attended by service engineer who said it will cost 12000 rupees but I bought the set for 12990/ repair cost is equal to new set, worst in part of sony which is not able to give a solution after complained over phone and site. No response still. In future I will not buy or recommend Sony products.

                                        I have bought Sony Home Theatre Blue Ray from QRS Retail Limited, Kollam, Invoice No:316378 on 31/12/2015. Quiet satisfied with the quality of the product but with a defect.

                                        During the view with a DVD, at times the picture will split vertically into four blurred segments with no difference in the sound quality. If switched off and restart it is resolved but may recur unexpectedly.
