I purchased a tv from croma malad (W) in dec 14 with extended warranty
There was a problem with the tv set in mar 16. A complaint was lodged and a technician visited from sony. He told me that there is a problem with the panel of tv and it can not be repaired here & it needs to be taken away. It was taken away by persons from sg infotech vasai in mar 16. I was informed on mail that part is not available & they will replace the tv with wanother model on 14/04/16. The confirmation was given to them but till today i have not received the tv and i do not have any idea when i will get the same. I called on toll free number bit they are not ready to register my complaint without job number.
This raised several questions in my mind
1) why job number was not given to me
2) why toll free number did not register my complaint specifically when i said that it is not possible for me to give job number as the dealer has not given it to me

You are requested to look in the matter and satisfy yourself that service standards sat in service level agreement have been followed.

    I bought sony xperia z5 dual on the day of its launching india i.E. On 22/10/2015 for rs.47000/- & just after for using 3-4 days i noticed display has white patches so i gave it to sony service centre at nashik maharashtra india after examining my handset carefully they gave me replacement of new handset on 02 nov 2015.

    Handset was working fine till march 2016 but then on one day suddenly auto rotation of the screen stops working so i handed over to service centre on 1 april 2016, they promise that they will repair my handset within 15 days. But now after 20 days there is nothing positive outcome coming from sony india ltd. Just giving me rubbish answers .

      I Abhishek Bera.My SONY XPERIA M5 is not work properly.My mobile is not complete 1year. I went to many time to Sony Authorised Service Center in Laxmi Nagar.But my problem is not resolved. Problem are Back Panel Open, Camera, Overheating, Battery and Hanging problems.So that's why i am went to service center but my problem is not resolved so i'm very dissappointed after buying sony xperia m5 mobile handsets.Not good service sony service center.i want refund or replace this mobile handset.

        As per my complaint id:31532179, one member from 'neosa electronics pvt ltd'
        Sony authorised service center in kolkata
        Had come to my room regarding problem of my led sony bravia.
        He had note-down the serial number, and took pictures and what else
        Required by him and assured that within 7-8 days the panel replacement process has been completed.He had also took service charge rs.200 and estimated a total cost
        Of 987, and also assured that the warranty of panel is 2 yrs, so i got free of cost replacement on 8-apr-2016.
        But till today[protected] the issues remain same and i haven't got the panel.
        As per result, since that day my tv remain switched.Off.

        I have expected quick service from sony but they prove me wrong.

        Kindly have a urgent look into this matter.

          Sir,
          1. Refer job no.: j60641415 regarding repair of sony lcd tv klv-22bx320in[protected] at digitek computer services, sony authorized service centre. Ooty, the nilgiris, tamil nadu.-643001.
          2. I had procured a sony lcd tv from murugan metal mart, gudalur on 10 mar 2012. The tv set developed some technical snag for which i had given it for service to digitek computer services, authorized service centre in ooty through the authorized service dealer on 18 feb 2016. I was told that the board had to be replaced and i had to pay for the same as the warranty period as expired.
          3. Its been two months now and i am sorry to say that the services provided by you is worst to say the least as i had to call up the service centre a number of times for which the standard reply which i got from mr.Senthil, service manager in sony service centre, ooty was he will be delivering the tv within two days.
          4.I had lost my cool a few days before wherein i ended up calling your customer care for support for which they demanded the job number.I contacted mr.Senthil, your service manager for the job no for which he requested me not to forward any complaint to you by citing some mistake on his part in the wrong delivery of the tv board.
          5.Today i got a call from murugan metal mart, authorized dealer that my tv has reached them and will be delivered soon. My dad had called up mr.Senthil requesting him to install the tv at my home and that he will pay the service charges for the same.
          6. Mr.Senthil who is the your service manager flatly declined the request by stating that out tv was not under warranty. When questioned he started abusing my dad using unparlimentary words that are not expected from a person who holds the position as service manager of a reputed company. He even ended up challenging my dad to lodge a complaint against him and the firm.
          7. I have been particuar in purchasing all items from sony even my mobile phone. I had a lot of trust in your products. I do agree that an electrical item may develop a technical snag. But i am not able to digest the callous and indecent approach of your service personnel. I have decided not to procure any of your items hereafter and will strongly advise my friends against purchasing your items in the future.
          8. I would suggest you to recruit and train your staff properly on how to deal with customers or else all the fame and glory you have earned after putting in all your efforts will go to waste. Better to have a retrospection and take things on stock or else your firm may face tough times ahead.
          9. I am badly hurt and am contemplating to lodge a complaint regarding your poor services in a consumer court.

            Hello sir, my self kasim mafat, from godhra. I purchased two sony xperia z3 compact handsets around 70 thousand rupees in april-2015. Within 5 months o[censored]sing, the phone have started mice problems due to that the other person cannot hear my voice during call n also while playing music or video the voice is very low.

            I have given my both mobiles 5-6 times to the service center (Parshwa Services, 52-B, Kunj Society, Alkapuri, Opposite Centre Point, vadodara) but they couldn’t solve my problems & they were behaving very rudely & giving me excuses all the times whenever i visited the service center.

            During this 11 month of purchasing, my both handsets were at the service center for 3-4 months. Due to this repeated problems When i asked to service center people about the replacement or refund or up gradation for my both xperia handsets there answer was like "have kai naa thay or "hum shamaa chahte hai" & smile on me. (like they are making me fool)

            And for your information, every time whenever i had to visit the service center to submit or to collect my handsets which is 85 kms away from my home, i had to take leave from my job, n i had to wait there for 2-3 hrs because of lazy peoples are sitting there.

            So i kindly request you to give my money back or replace or upgrade my both handsets & i will pay the differences.

            Because of the both handsets serviced 5-6 times during this 10 months of purchasing I don’t want to use the same faulty handsets.

            Also i called 3-4 times to sony customer care[protected] but they also didn’t give me satisfactory response just saying that (hum shamaa chhahte hai & hamare pas authority nahi hai..)

            Hope you will help me for this problem as I don’t want to use the same faulty handsets which wasted my time, money(for travelling), & exhausted for visiting every months to service center.

            I am middle class men & 70, 000 amount is big for me, hope you will understand and do the needful..

              Hi, I''ve purchased Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual in November 2015 on Diwali. As it was Diwali i was busy in household works and thus havnt used the new mobile a lot except clicking the pictures. but after 7-8 days of purchase i got to know that the caller on the other side is not able to hear my voice. No matter how loudly I speak. I called the customer care they asked me to go to the service centre. I was against this. Who takes a 10-15 days old phone to the service centre. It took me 6 months to buy a 20K Rs mobile. Still I took it to the service centre. They kept my phone for almost 3-4 days. After that also the same issue was there. I again called the customer care people. They ask me to go to the service centre again. I was very disappointed. Again i took it to the service centre. They updated the software but nothing happened. It happened again.Thus I took a newly bought phone 3 time within 1 month of purchase to the service centre. 15 days before my phone got hanged of no reason and got started in 5 hours. yesterday night again my phone got hanged. My earphones are no more working. Earlier i used to talk with the earphones as the callers were not able to hear my voice. but few days before my earphones also stopped working suddenly. I dont find a logic to call their customer service and go to the service centre again. The last hope is you guys. Please help me if you can.

                My life's biggest mistake when i purchase sony xperia Z1 Compact. First time in my whole life i purchase the sony brand product and that's my biggest fault because this is the waste of money. Only Eight months ago i purchase xperia Z1 his not any instruction how to use in water present day handset inside the water and continuous vibrate and power key is not working i am going to service center and he tell me this is loquied damage and repaired by chargeable basis but i am purchase this moblie 15/7/2015 only 15, 500/- and repairing cost is 18, 500/- why i am pay this mobile is under warranty and water resident please answer me.

                  Myself siddharth dutta, from assam, district: tinsukia, town - digboi., an old customer of your brand. I would like to inform you that i have bought a new sony led tv on 10th, april, 2016. And as i know the new tv is mounted by company service person within 2 days. Bt today is 19th april, i.E. 9th day but till now no service man came to do so. Although i have registered on 10th april. to confirm my address i myself gave a call to your branch office at dibrugarh sony service centre. But mr. Dipanjal service manager told me that they will send a person on 12th but didn't, again i called him, he told after bihu. I.E. 13th -14th is holiday as assam festival bihu. But after that also they are not sending an electrician for wall mounting. When again i called him today, he gave me a number of tinsukia service centre, i gave a call to tinsukia service centre, they are telling that today is not possible for them to come to my address and mount a t.V... Such a bad service of sony will affect your company 's reputation. My address is around. 32 km from your service centre but still they are not responding..
                  lastly, i will be very much thankfull to you if you please look after the matter and kindly take necessary step to do my t.V. Mounting..

                    Suddenly my t v started showing double images on full screen. I'm getting same problem while connecting with home theatre too.
                    Initialy there was single colour (Yellow) distributed uniformly all over the screen .Later on it turned to pink . And then suddenly started showing double picture..

                      I was using a cell sony experia m4 aqua dual in warranty it is a wrost cell with too much problems i get it replaced it 3 times than also having defect it is a waterproof phone by company but it got damaged by water due to body prblm now service centre is receiving out of warranty and charging very high rate... For replacement soooo pls solve this because i am fed up with all this ... I want a good service because it was a waterproof phone in warranty...

                          Sony Xperia Z3 is claimed to be water resistant, but my mobile got damaged when taken to swimming pool only within 5 minutes.
                          If it is not water proof, then why company is misleading the consumers. If i had known it will get damaged, i would not have taken it to swimming pool.
                          False claims the company is making & then asking huge amount of 25K to repair the phone.
                          I am very disappointed.

                            I have sony walkman ipod, i brought from usa . It's really nice product . But last 3/4 months it's have some problem . It's not charge properly and not works .
                            Today i visit to sony care at kunj 58 alkapuri vadodara . For repair . But they says it's not repairs . It's directly replace . You need to show the bill . I have the online purchase receipt and bill . But they said it's already 5 years done . So they won't help me for replacement as well . It's just past 3 months to 5 year .
                            So what can we do as a customer .I am ready to pay for repair or pay for give chargers for replace as well but if customer purchase expensive and brand name product . Just belive as a good brand . Should i throw this product ? How customer can believe in big brand . Now what can i do with this walkman . They don't repair or not replace . What is the brand value for customer now ? There is no values of our bills it's just over 3 months . Even if customer request to pay for replacement . Which kind of service or ans getting at customer service center

                            I am sorry to say that i have just purchased my phone on 25/02/2016 from thrissur sony showroom, the phone is getting simply restarted several times & now its not getting switching on.The phone is completely dead and is of no use anymore.Primary camera quality is also not good.

                              Issue of horizontal line appearing on screen was reported to customer care of sony on 13.3.16 id 31136210. engineer came and said panel has to be changed for this he took 5000/- via cheque which has been credited to their account. Till date on enquiries with call centre i am getting a reply that the panel is not available when it fact i was told i would get in in a week's time. today one month has passed and there is no response from their end.

                                Dear sir,
                                I purchased a sony tv model klv-28r412b on[protected]. My tv is out of order since[protected]. It is in warranty period. I lodge a complaint to sony customer care, id 31499712, to attend my tv on[protected]. One person visited my tv from ranchi service centre on[protected] to check my tv. After that i contacted sony service centre many times, they reply that some part have to be replaced that is not available in india. They have sent the requisition to singapore. They are waiting for the parts.Till date[protected] i did not get any service from the company.
                                I lodge a coplaint by email also to sony custore care and my request has been logged as : 31566393. Till date[protected] i did not get any solution.
                                Here i have to say that how long a customer should wait to get service from a company. My tv is in warranty period it may be replaced by a new one. Otherwise, i should get the solution immediately. In the present time how long i family can do without tv?

                                Therefore you are requested to attend my complain immediately.

                                  I m unable to charge my sony mobile because the charger socket is defective and all the cables connected to it does not help in charging the mobile.i had given my phone to sony service center in ahmedabad (Parshwa Services, ashram road) but the socket was not repaired or replaced properly by the center and the job sheet was made of socket replacement.
                                  Is this the way sony service centers cheat their users?
                                  i am still facing the charging problem and no help is provided by sony, though the mobile is still in warranty period.
                                  i will surely appreciate if my complaint is heard and immediate assistance provided by the company in this matter at the earliest as i m seriously facing charging problem and unable to use my cell.

                                    Hi sony,
                                    I wish to start my complaint by a compliment that i am a fan of all your products, i have in my house all electronics from sony starting from mobile, laptops, camera and a tv.

                                    I never had any issue as non of the products ever faced an issue.

                                    Recently my sony bravia 42 inch tv had an issue and i called up sony customer care after regular follow ups i got a message that ap network in east delhi will manage our complaint, their engineer came and checked the tv and communicated that its panel has to be replaced, we agreed and inspite of huge cost respected sony and agreed to pay 21500 approx amount.
                                    Today ap network executive called us and told us that we need to pay 50% of the cost and than only they will go ahead, the reason given was lot of customers do not pay.
                                    We agreed to this term, the engineer and executive told us that tv will not be picked up and the panel will be replaced at home once they procure it.

                                    Today they picked the tv as they said that we need to take tv we were confused as this was not agreed upon still we agreed, they also demanded bill copy which was given.

                                    Later we get a call from service centre that bill copy is not original and nothing is visible, if that would have been the case why did they picked my tv.
                                    The executive was talking as if i have done a crime, they wanted me to go to croma and get the bill copy, its been a 5 years and this should have been communicated before picking up the expensive stuff. To add over here the executive was so rude in communication that i had to request her to give me back my tv and i will get it repaired from other centre.
                                    I also called call centre where i wanted to lodge the complaint on this behavior issue.
                                    The complaint number is 31692803 the customer care person was trying to defend the service centre which was also not understood, he than said we demand bill copy as we need to see if part if not available we will do replacement now question is if part is not available why was an estimate given, why did i got a call on the repairs and why an assurance was given that it will be done at a cost.
                                    I am not sure how many customers you will loose due to this behavior but frankly you have lost one today, i head a company which is in service industry and we are world leaders in training sony india is our client we feel sorry as we never gave such a bad service to them and never taught them this bad that they start cheating and loosing customers.
                                    I am depressed feel cheated and insulted, i will never ever now buy a sony product as i had a very bad taste today.
                                    I want someone to listen to me and tell me whats wrong with sony.

                                      I bought Sony Xperia Z3 (Model: D6653 white colour) on 26 Jan 2015, for Rs 45k+ 1.5k insurance, its huge investment to buy a smart phone, one expect it to work atleast for more than 1 year, but just after the warranty period ended, in Feb 2016 it stopped working, went to service centre, they are asking Rs 25k to repair it. Now who is going to invest 25k on it when the present phone price has dropped to 27k, its completely useless, are they making fun by asking 25k for 27k phone to repair.
                                      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      same thing happened with me also. They claim there Sony experia Z3 is water resistant atleast for 30min, but my mobile went dead in 5 minutes. When i sent it to service centre, they are asking 25K to repair.
                                      False claim company is making
                                      so have you done something yet, or have they responded back?

                                        I purchased sony xperia z3 on june 22 2015, from jalandhar . From very beginning mobile was getting hanged. On march 18, 2016 it became completely dead. Service center asked for 10 to 20 days for repair as they felt some major defect. On april 2, 2016 i.E after 15 days mobile was delivered. I was informed that motherboard has been replaced and now it is all right. Just after three days i.E on april 5, 2016 again same problem occurred and the mobile turned off and became dead. When approached service center the concerned engineer informed that there is a manufacturing defect.
