ime no.[protected]. it"s screen has damaged in an accident. during accident my mob phone was in my jeans pocket. i slipped on road and my mob falled on road and got damage in its screen. i insured my mobile phone froem biscoot insurance in last of august i tried to claim many times but due to some reasons it couldnt earlier possible. i talked with your customer care and lodge my complain.

    Submitted my Sony M4 aqua to sony service centre for 5th Time, now they are saying it water damaged being water resistant phone, and When I had word with Customer care executive Mr. Himanshu he said I ma eligible for Device replacement as I have submitted it for many times, It's been more then 3 weeks my phone is with them now they are saying I will not get replacement and have to bear the repairing cost for the same.
    First they committed me replacement now they are saying sorry for wrong commitment I have got.

      Purchased new tv from reliance digital hubli in karnataka model:kd43x8500c series:4508838 poduct no:18740801 has failed within 15 days but till today not rectified and once they said software to be updated and once mother board
      Not allowed to replace motherboard and asked for replacement not yet given and the product is lying with sony and reliance digital

      Worst support and response from realince and sony service

      Need replacement urgently

        Hi,

        Please help me to deal with sony regarding to handle my device in improper way.. When my device was under warranty period sony person did wrong with my phone 2 times and also assemble my phones (Sony z3) wrongly this is because now the dust is accumulating inside the phone...

        I have complain about it to sony care several time but they are not taking an appropriate action on my complain... And they are going to charge to repair my phone... Because this is fault of the engineer that is why i am not suppose to pay any amount...

        Because i facing this issue at the time when my phone was under warranty and after taking a long followup the warranty has been expired[protected] however as per service center there is 3 months extended warranty they had given me when the phone was last repaired on[protected]...

        Please look into this matter...

        My tv model is KDL-40R470B. 3 days back, there was no display but audio was coming. Wehave raised call with sony support and a person came and checked yesterday. it was disappointing that he was telling that display has gone and it would be 20k approx to fix it. It is just more than 1 year now and such a disappointing product we received.

          We are facing the problem in Zee TV Channel No.110 as there is no sound in the channel and after changing any of the channel the TV stops automatically and after booting off the TV we view all the channel with sound and picture but only zee tv channel no.110 we are unable to hear the sound and only we view the picture . Kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

            Sony India once advertised that CID would be aired thrice in a week. But we had it for just two days sat - sun .
            Now since April 16th, after episode No. 1348 Sony stopped airing CID .
            Is this kinda joke !

            We r fans of CID. Every weekend we expect to watch it and all we get is some boring laughter ! Its getting very annoying to watch Kapil sharma show / Crime patrol for so long hours .
            Your website says, Kapil Sharma show is allotted for 9pm - 10 pm and Crime patrol is from 11pm .
            Then why the hell did you stop CID show from 10pm to 11pm ???

            Just because of CID, I watch Sony Tv . If you guys decided to stop that, then frankly declare it, so that we wont be fooled every week .

            As a viewer of Sony Tv and fan of CID I want to know what's happening there?
            We want back our favourite team of ACP-Abhijit-Daya-Sachin, i.e CID as earliest.
            Hope to don't want to lose your TRP rate .

              I had purchased the sony smart watch 1 and half rear before from Flipkart, after 8 months display got problem so I handed over the watch in service centre and the told this is our issue so will provide the new watch. later they told we don't have same watch so will refund your money I agreed but, after that when I am asking the they are making excuses like It will take month and bla bla...
              after month I called again same respone, sometime not picking call sometime giving someone number, so after 9 month finally they told come and collect your cheque when I went there again they said u will get watch same or upgrated watch...
              Till now no response, the date I gave for servicing was 23/05/2015
              one year about to complete very worst response...

                Dear Sir,

                I purchased a Stereo System Model No. SRS-D9 Serial No: 6275629 on October 2014. Since last 3 months I have been observing an irritating buzzing sound along with the music being played. I took it to "Sony-Tech Shop" Service centre in Guwahati on 6th of May 2016. They just played the system heard the irritating sound and without opening the screws declared that the system's circuit is not properly functioning. And as the warranty period is expired this cannot be replaced, when I inquired about repair they said that it cannot be repaired and I have to purchase an entirely new system.

                So if the Warranty Period expires 6 months back and then you are having an issue, it remains unresolved? What a pathetic system, didn't expect this from Sony

                  I purchased the tv 2 years and 3 months ago and now the display is not working. When i called the service center they arrived after 3 days and detected failure in the lcd screen.They could not give any reason about the failure of the display however despite knowing that this is a defective product, they denied to give replacement for the tv. There has been absolutely no misuse with the tv and now they want 1 lakh to repair the display. This is absolutely disappointing because i have been using a sony tv since 20 years and not once has there been any problem with it. Looking for an immediate solution..

                      I had bought sony tv thinking it will be good and the beat quality tv in india available . But unfortuntely this behaviour made me think to trust sony .
                      Just after 13 months where you get the warranty of 12 months my tv comes up with the problem .
                      There are 3 major parts in any tv in todays generation ie. Motherboard, idvs, picture tube. Rest speakers
                      Unfortunately my tv came up with the problem with mother board i gave you my tv for repair . You repair mother board but at the same time you also claim that my idvs isn't working and i trust you and spend more 2000 after spending 8000 on my motherboard just because i trusted song service centre.
                      My tv is tepaired after a week. But the time when my tv comes is working very much fine just after two days of getting my tv repaired i see a problem again . This time i call sony centre thinking about your commitment of 3 months warranty . But this time you say mh pocture tube is gone and send me a quotation of 13000/
                      I am just wondering how is it possble all thing gors right kne after one .
                      Moreover when the tv comes your techicians speaks to the service centre infront of me about the discount should be given as i just spend bomb miney for my tv . But then again you say that it is not your fault . How can you expect any person yo trust the brand service centre. I have beena huge sony fan since long . Buying from tv to music theatre to all electronics in my house is of sony brand . But this time i losg complete faith on song . And would request other also to see before buying . Sony is no more a trustable company specially the sony service centre.

                        It was installed by sony service engineer very next day. Pls see the way your engineer has installed my new tv set. I'm shocked to see the way sony trained their engineers.
                        Further, your engineer sold a cable worth inr 250 without any bill saying this is must.
                        What kind of service you are offering?

                          I submitted my handset due to sudden hangup while updating the new andoid version, for which i submitted my phone to nearest service centre with job id w[protected], along with hangup my phone front screen pannel was coming out too .
                          After repair and wait for 7 days, they gave me my handset after reapiring and i found out that after inserting my sim there were no network, there was no problem of sim networks before and my sim was working perfect in other handset and i had to submit my phone again for which they said they are sorry and will get my phone repaired as soon as possible and i submitted my phone on 30 april 2016, and they said i will get my phone by 3 or 4 may 2016, and after calling them and enquiring about my product status they said that the phone mother bord is changing so it will take more time and when i called customer care they hungup my phone in between and here i am with no phone and a faulty repair of my phone, the problem was just one and they made it so big that phone mother board is changing and i am suffering for 20 days without my phone . The new job id created for sim problem was w[protected] . Its like my whole phone is being ruined . With almost no gaurantee that they will place new motherboard or an old one . With such a bad service whats the gaurantee that my phone will work again the same way after a month or two .
                          They have changed my phone whole internal and external body .
                          Such a bad service and cheat they are that they dont even care to take up the matter and hung up my phone for several time .
                          I have been suffering so problems due to no phone .
                          Kindly take this as urgent matter and help me with this .

                            Initially i started to communicate the authorized service center m/s esquare point at indore and consumer care department on 01/04/16 where i was suggested to deposit my sony vaio laptop with service center and it will be serviced with replacing the required parts within a week. Also they suggested me to mail it to the sony india therefore i mailed with my concern. The system was in warranty therefore they called the issue as a physical damage and asked for certain amount but as it was a technical problem i talked to the customer care and they considered, which already took 5 days by then but still my part wasn't ordered. My part was ordered on 12th april. And calling the part isn't available in domestic market so the part is ordered overseas. They kept on giving excuses over the call till 30 april. By then it was already 30 days of my laptop with service center without issuing any service laptop for the daily use. Again had a call to customer care asking for my laptop status and as usual it took 20-25 mins to reach the concerned person. Every time i called i wasted 25-30 mins. Also on 30th april they assured me 5th they will be able to return my laptop but on 5th(Toady) i have wasted my 1 hour talking certain departments on phone and no laptop is been delivered. Now on 34th day again the problem remains same just as it was on first day, only single part out of 3 is been replaced and other parts they are asking for amount calling it a physical damage. I just wanted to ask how long does sony take to service laptop and won't it be a problem for its customer to work without laptop for 33-34 days? And why sony india doesn't reply on customer mails and if they don't have to respond why they recommend to mail?

                              Dear Sir, I purchased one sony xperia d2302 set on[protected]. Within 3/4 days when i removed the tested sim and inserted my permanent sim the network was not registering. It was a costly and important set for me so i was bound to take one day leave on[protected] to get warranty service from nearest service centre at midnapore. I expressed my problem and got astonished that on hearing itself sri prakash kamillya told me the sim slot is damaged so it will be chargeable. How it can happen within 3/4 days? If so what is the quality with present sony sets? Even i had to believe him and agreed to pay the charges. He kept me waiting for 3 valuable hours and lastly returned the set without providing any services rather i was asked to leave the set for 7days or more to get the service. As a Production Engineer of a Central Govt. concern, this I believe to be a manufacturing defect. Even then I requested for a stand by set as per company provisions so that, I can leave my set and manage my work in absence of the set that too he denied. With this experience I returned with my defective set. Now I urge the company to replace the defective set which was purchased from the sweat of my brow and these service personnel may be taken up who instead of providing quick service, harasses the customers and behaves in such a manner, that they are showing pity on us. Waiting for your valuable response and immediate necessary action please.

                                We have selected the above camera in the market after examining the features thoroughly, for taking the photographs of the trees in the forest, flowers and fruits at the tips of the tall trees of more than 30 ft. height as part of our forest research programme in studying the phenology of forest species and the various stages in the life cycle of trees in each year. Summer is the right season to take up the study because most of the forest species in dry deciduous forests of our parts flower and bear fruits during summer only. Hence, the above camera was purchased from your local dealer M/s Rayalasemma Agency, Tirupati vide Invoice No.C.6246, dt.28.03.2016 along with the accessories.

                                The above camera worked well for few days, i.e., hardly one month and after that stopped focusing on the object i.e., flowers and fruits on the tree at the tips up to 30-40 ft. above. In zooming, the very purpose for which this camera was selected and purchased, it is not focusing on the object and there is no clarity in the zooming mode. Hence, it was taken to the SONY Service Centre, Tirupati to find out the possibility of immediate rectification of the defect. However, the technician tried his level best but could not succeed in rectifying the defect through changing the settings. It was given to understand that there is some hardware problem and hence the camera has to be sent to the company. The service centre strongly recommended for a replacement with new camera.

                                In this regard, you are requested to replace the above newly purchased defective camera with a brand new camera immediately to serve our needs as the time is running out for taking photographs of the flowers and fruits of forest species because the duration of the reproductive stage is too short for the trees in dry forests and if we lose this opportunity, we have to wait for one more year till next season of reproductive stage.

                                You being the MNC of International recognition and have a brand name of great credibility we hope our request will be attended immediately to our utmost satisfaction.

                                  Booking for supply of Battery on an urgent basis for Vaio Laptop made on 5.4.2016 at Neosa Electronics private limited ( auhorised service centre ) vide job no :- J60818066. Assured of delivery within 7 days. Almost a month has elapsed but the delivery of product is still lying pending. Several reminders sent to expedite resolution of the issue but to no avail. Deeply aggrieved over the inordinate delay and quality of service . The stock reply curtly given ' request is under process ' . Hope the brand name ' Sony ' which spell quality and reliability is not tarnished by such atrocious and fake promise.

                                      I purchased one laptop from vijaysales and i got the sony 8 gb pendrive with the laptop .
                                      Pendrive contains mib movie and the pendrive is write protected .
                                      I tried all the process for formatting the pd and removing this readonly property of the pendrive.
                                      Still no go.
                                      I checked on the internet and i found so many users are suffering from the same issue.
                                      This pd is of no use.
                                      Please help if possible .
                                      Otherwise only one way is there that to throw this pendrive .

                                        I have placed order on 20/04/2016. Actuvally my sonia tc picture tube got damaged. hope that is waranty period. my tv picture tube gone.

                                        They said pay 14600 rs we will provide the sony kdl 700cc new tv with in 4 working days. currently amost all near reach the dead line of latest date 30.04.2015. but till now problem got resolved.

                                        when i called up customer care service center they are simple passing time. and kept the phone number half hour hold and simply passing time.

                                        Now day sony services are worst situation

                                        kindly speed up the process.
                                        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
