Subject: Service of BRAVIA Television Model: KLV-32R412C IN5, Serial No.: 4692750, Purchased on 12th November 2015.
1. This is further to my email sent to you on 12.05.2016 at 11:17 pm, but for no response at all till date, like my previous letters and many reminders to Ms. Nilima Dharve and even her promise to talk to me, but for no response from her till date.
2. This clearly shows that the SONY INDIA management has many GREAT RASCALS and SCOUNDRELS of your variety including Ms. Nilima Dharve and others.
3. As you completely stopped responding to my repeated complaint seeking appropriate redressal of my grievances by providing me fresh warranty from the date of your service to be provided to me (i.e. from today); having no other option, I had to finally allow your local service centre to change the mother board of my TV, which is done today.
4. Please note that even your engineer who visited at my residence today has clearly admitted the fact that the said mother-board was already faulty prior to the delivery of the said TV to me, and he further said that I was lucky enough that the said fault has been noticed by me at early stage and well within the warranty period itself, as the company never entertains any customer after the expiry of the warranty period even if the problem might be persisting from earlier.
5. From this, it would be clear that the company has indeed no just reason, justifiable or otherwise, for not providing me the fresh warranty of entire one year from today (i.e., from the date of change of the said faulty mother-board and service of the said TV).
6. Please note that the company (Sony India) has now became a quite defamed company in India, and many complaints have been filed by many consumers from different corners of the country which are well published on the internet and other social media. I am really surprise to see that almost similar problems have been faced by many others too, as I have faced recently, still the RASCALS of this company do not appear bending even a little bit and changing their usual shoddy conduct, as they are only after selling their shoddy product somehow at quite higher prises, but not at all concerned for the rapidly falling reputation and earning a quite bad reputation for the company.
7. However, absolutely as a last chance, I hereby call upon you to provide me fresh warranty of entire one year from today on the said faulty TV that has been sold to me by you through your local agent M/s. Vijay Sales of Mumbai, under the false and dishonest representations, and in addition, please also arrange to pay me a sum of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) for causing immense hardships, harassments, difficulties, torture, pains and sufferings to me for no fault of mine. You are requested to comply with the above requisites strictly within a week from receipt hereof, failing which I may be constrained to file necessary legal proceedings against all of you before the appropriate authority or forum, obviously on your risks as to all cost and consequences, which please note.
